The fit was a little off. There seemed to be extra material in the abdominal area. This dress is somewhat "flapper" style in it's fit and may be better suited to women with a smaller bust. I typically wear a size 0-2 in most things but chose the dress in a size 4 due to the length being a teensy bit short for a formal evening wedding in Atlanta.

This dress was beautiful, but I had some trouble with fit. I have an athletic body type so the dress ran tight in my arms and shoulders. Other than the arm area, everything else was perfect. The color and detail of the lace was perfect, as was the length. I wore a standard bra and some spanx to smooth myself out. It was a beautiful dress!

The lacey fabric of this dress is amazing. The color is great, the touch is very delicate and it just looks/feels very special. The fit is a bit weird though... I wore the 4 and it was ok, but It felt too large in some spots (but just the right size in some others - so the 2 would not have fitted right).

This dress, like many for me, fit everywhere but the bust. I am bigger busted, so this dress was tight in the bust, and thus made the shoulders tight as well. I bet the size 8 or 10 would have looked great!

RTR called to tell me the original dress I wanted wasn't available the day before I needed it. They were so great about getting me a new style with no hassle. Definitely will use RTR again!

I absolutely loved this dress! To feel more comfortable, I did wear a black slip underneath to make sure it wasn't too seethrough and it worked perfectly! I received so many compliments on this dress. Now only if I could buy it!

I rented this dress for a work event at my husband's law firm. It worked well for that type of affair. I felt covered up but still pretty. It is a lovely dress and is prettier in person than in the photos, which don't really show the lace detail to its best advantage. It's not as flashy as some of the dresses on the site, but if you need something conservative or subdued but still pretty and feminine, it's a good choice. Also it worked very well on my apple figure (e.g., shows off the legs and is forgiving on the midsection).

I was far too short for this dress and didn't end up wearing it to the event because it looked like a long work dress on me.

I rented this as my backup dress and didn't end up wearing it, but it was pretty and simple. Great for a low key work event.

I ordered the 2 and the 4. The 2 fit fine in the waist, hips, and bust, but the fit in the shoulders was small and awkward (I'm not athletic and do not have broad shoulders). The 4 was better in the shoulder but too big in the waist and hips. The detailing on the dress is nice. There were a few snags from previous wears. I thought the style is more suitable for dinner at a nice restaurant rather than a cocktail party (although could be dressed up for one with accessories).

I wore the 12 for the length, but the middle of the dress was too large so I belted it with a thick black patent belt. It looked great and I felt very pretty all night.

I didn't rent this dress but the one I did was unavailable so the girls were very efficient and tried to make sure I still had a killer dress for the event! The models photo does nothing for how beautiful the lace detail actually is! As much as I loved the dress and the lace detail it is, it was just to small, esp ard the bust area. This dress is definitely not for bigger chested girls, and I'm only a 34c so don't chance a smaller size order up for your second size as a backup.

I ordered this in a 10. I couldn't even get the dress on over my hips. I would definitely say this dress was more like a 4. My size 4 friend tried it on, and it fit snug on her. The dress is prettier in person than in the image, but not nice enough for an evening party.

I normally wear a 6, but I couldn't even get the 6 on. I wore my back up size, 8, which fit ok (I wonder what the 10 would have looked like). The dress was since, but the fit was a little off and it bunched up in the back around the zipper.

I needed this for a work special event. Being only 5'2" I thought dress would fall to an appropriate length on me but it did not. Way too short for professional setting.
