This dress is absolutely gorgeous; definitely a show-stopper. We attended a black-tie wedding, and I was receiving compliments the entire night. The dress is very true to size. If you're a busty girl, I highly suggest using fashion tape. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this dress and can't wait to rent the next one. Thank you Rent the Runway!

This was my first experience with Rent the Runway....and what a wonderful one it was! This dress came in, and I immediately fell in love. The fit is great, the material is so comfortable, and it garnered compliments from both men and women all night. The only tricky part is figuring out how to put it on at first-- all the cutouts can be a little confusing! Once you get it on, though, it's totally worth it. LOVE!

Very form fitting, the fabric is stretchy but not slinky. Hugs in all the right places. Very flattering. Show stopper, for sure.

It was for senior ball and was just perfect with enough boobs and not too much legs! If I hadn't chosen it for such a special occasion, I would have definitely bought it to wear it over and over again!

This gown is SICK. The cutout is awesome, but fashion tape is a must! Definitely not for a girl with a bigger chest. The fabric is so stretchy I wore a size down. So sexy!

I was so excited to open my beautiful gown when it came in! I must have tried it on 10 times before my event even took place! So happy with the fit, style and look.

This dress was amazing!! I loved how comfortable it felt when I was wearing it. I ordered a LONGER fit dress for heels, but my heels were also 5in. tall. I got a TON of compliments on it at the event I wore it to. I was initially worried about the cutouts, but they were classy and showed just the right amount of skin.

This dress was gorgeous and fit like a glove :) My first RTR experience could not have been better! I'm 5'4" so I got the regular length, true size 4, and my chest is a C. Definitely get the tape to hold the slash to make you more comfortable, but I didn't worry all night about falling out! I got a ton of compliments all night and they're still flooding in from Facebook. Such a gorgeous gown :)

The only issue with the dress was the openings I had to use fashion tape. But asides from that the dress was perfect and made me feel gorgeous!!! It was a masquerade so it was very formal and yet I felt Like I had the best dress! I loved it and can't wait to rent another dress!

I was sooo scared this dress going to be too sexy, with too much cleavage, but it turned out to be perfect. Was a little difficult to put on at first (I had it on backwards for a while, until I realized the slit wasn't in the front - not sure how that happened lol). Used a lot of fashion tape, just to be safe, and surprisingly, didn't have a wardrobe malfunction. May be a litter less risky on someone with a smaller chest, but isn't too bad on someone with a larger one. Definitely rent if you're looking to have all eyes on you all night!

This is why I love and have been using Rent the Runway since 2009. Thursday afternoon, I received a call from RTR that the Crimson Cutout dress I had ordered over 6 months ago had been returned in "unwearable condition" by the previous renter. The black tie wedding I was attending was less than 48 hours later in LA, so I panicked. I had been to the Showroom twice to find the perfect dress and nothing else was going to measure up -especially not the leftovers. While I flipped out, Sheridan (RTR customer service) remained calm. She overnighted 6 styles of my choice, each in 2 sizes, to my hotel in Santa Monica along with complementary accessories. This dress was the winner -classy, but sexy and edgy. It was extremely flattering (no need for Spanx) and showed just the right amount of skin (must use fashion tape). And it danced beautifully -the skirt twirled and the slit was modest but fun. I was not uncomfortable or nervous or self-conscious for a second (though I think that might be different with a larger chest). I received endless compliments from anyone from the mother of the bride to the best man to random people in the hotel. Huge win.

The dress was true to fit and the slit in the chest area covered all the essential areas. To keep everything PG, I was double taped within an inch of my life. From the front it looked great, from the side, if you have a bigger chest, you can get a lot of side boob The longer length was perfect with 5 inch heels. My only complaint about the dress is that it got dirty in the car on the way to the event. No matter what it showed every inch of dust or fleck of makeup that landed on it. I was dusting it off all night. (Weird, I know.)

The opening along the front looks way smaller on the model. I would advise against renting this dress if you are bigger than a C cup size. I barely made it. FASHION TAPE IS A MUST. Once I had enough in place I was okay if I stood up perfectly straight. Every time I sat down and got back up though I had to make sure my girls were still in place. Sitting at the table to eat was a little awkward because if your posture isn't perfect, it is a free show. I definitely got compliments but don't know if it was ultimately worth being so conscious of my dress throughout the night. I was fidgeting constantly like when you wear a strapless dress and pull it up all night.

True to size. Definitely use fashion tape for the top. Just the right amount of edgy. Loved it.

Beautiful dress.

This is the only dress in my life I had to get the photo to figure out how to put on. Hint: take careful note what goes where when removing from hanger. This dress works for a smaller bust. It looks daring but stays perfectly in place even while dancing. This is the one I really didn't want to return!!

I think it would be hard to wear with a larger chest size because the cut outs are rather large. I would definitely wear this dress again

Breathtaking gown, flawless fit, amazingly flattering, comfy as a nightgown. My chest is large (D) so I was definitely conscious of tugging at the front of it to keep covered, but the effect was worth it. Invest in tape to hold it in place. You need to be comfortable with the shape of the underside of your breasts without a bra.

I LOVED this dress. The fit was sexy without being too revealing. The cutouts are placed perfectly and the slit is extremely flattering. I have a smaller chest which worked perfectly. It might be tough with a larger bust because there is no way you can wear any type of bra (even adhesive cups) and the fabric of the dress makes it impossible to double stick tape (I tried!) The top of the dress is really tight and will hold your chest in place nicely so there really isn't a need for a bra for most people. This dress is really a WOW dress and you will turn heads!

Stunning dress with just enough edge. I did not end up wearing this dress as I was going to a Marine Corps Birthday Ball and thought I would be nervous about accidentally falling out at any point. For a small chested girl (34B at the very most) I would definitely suggest using fashion tape to secure the fabric to your chest.

This dress is really unique (especially in a sea of black dresses). I usually wear a 0 or 2 in dresses but unfortunately the 36R was just too small for me. I think the 38R would have fit perfectly but it wasn't available.

I wore this dress to a wedding. The fit and fabric are great and looked expensive. I was a little self concious about the slit in the front as it does show alot of cleavage/fold - I recieved a ton of compliments but I think a little too sexy for a wedding.

I really loved this dress, the gap in the front is much larger than it appears on the mode, but I was NOT worried about falling out. The leg slit is not too high - given how much skin you show elsewhere that makes sense! It was elegant without being trashy, but I was a little self-conscious at the beginning of the evening, but all the compliments quickly made me feel at ease.

Great gown but a bit hard to figure out to get into. Make sure to arrange it on a hangar then slide over your head carefully. I think I put it on backwards the first time. Great material. Fits true to size and I did not have to worry about side boob with my small chest. Tons of compliments for a very original dress.

This dress is smokin' hot, but is definitely fitted to your every curve. The neckline (aka hole your head has to go through) is extremely small, so you have to put the dress on before doing your hair, or putting on makeup or deodorant or it'll be a mess. Still, it's a great dress...

This was my most disappointing rental from RTR. First, it was difficult to even get on, the structure of the dress has so many different twists and cut outs, it's hard to find the arm holes from the neck from the center slit! Secondly, the right arm hole was smaller than the left. For the 36L, it was very short! It didn't even skim the ground when I was barefoot. RTR is great at sending the right things in good shape, overall I was not impressed with the design of the dress but it photographs beautifully. I also do not recommend it for anyone with a cup size larger than a full B, if you're renting a smaller size. Invest in a lot of fashion tape.

Pretty dress really funky

I received this dress in two sizes 42R and 44R. It looks great in the photos but the material is clingy and thin, I was not a fan. I have a 34D bust, normally wear a solid size 8, the size 42R zipped up and looked good on the bottom but my bust did not fit well in the crossover even with fashion tape. The 44R fit but the top was too big for my bust and a little big on the bottom. If you have bigger arms this is not the dress for you, the way the dress cuts high, makes arms look bigger. Overall I think with a smaller bust you can pull this off, I think taller girls might look better in this dress.

The fabric looks cheap but otherwise a pretty dress...also really hard to figure out how to put it on and which strap goes where. Also if you have C cup or above you need double sided tape.

This dress is quite clever with its peek-a-boo cut outs but ultimately a little difficult to wear. It's a bit of a tangle of strategically sewn fabric up top and it took me several minutes to figure out what goes wear when trying it on. Once on, it is incredibly sexy. Bring the fashion tape as you don't want the fabric shifting around. Also, the slit is super high -- you'll be showing more leg than Angelina Jolie on the Oscar stage, which is fine as long as you love your thighs. This was an alternate dress that I selected from RTR when the dress I ordered originally became unavailable in one of the sizes I ordered. Ultimately, I ended up wearing the different style which was much more comfortable, wearable and flattering.

This was my first choice dress but I ended up going with my backup. This dress is daring, yes. But even if you weren't comfortable showing that much boob (and its a lot), you could appropriately place some fashion tape to calm it down. Ultimately I chose not to wear this dress because the bottom half just wasn't flattering. It hung like a curtain. No form. Just lot of heavy fabric. It also just didn't feel formal enough for my black tie event.

I thought this dress was going to be beautiful, but I defiantly didn't have the right body type to wear it. I have a larger chest and because of the slit in the front, it wasn't flattering at all. I ordered a Long but because of my height it still wasn't long enough for me. This would look much better on a woman with a smaller chest.
