the photos don't capture how cool these pants are. i LOVE THEM. would buy them if i could. i love the elastic waist (suuuuper comfy) and i love the details around the pockets and the ankles. these pants fit quite loosely, but looked great - i will say they probably require a heel or a boot to show off the cool ankle hem.

These are some no nonsense 80's gangsta breakdancing beautiful pants. I'm wearing them to work with a flouncy bright blouse but....... these are sicker and sexier with a crop top. No matter what, breakout the cute shoes because the accent metal cinch draws all the attention there. Also.. for you girls that are all legs and butt...... rent these. And size Down.

Pros: Confortable and very stylish once you size down. I'm a 6 and wore a 0. The pockets are deep enough to actually be useful. Cons: It will be large if you rent your size. The leg part being loose isn't an issue, the waist has a limited length loop belt so you can't even go tighter if you wanted. The loop belt is attached only in the front. This would be more versatile if it was a full belt so you can cinch as little or as much as needed. Then, if you sized wrong, you could still wear it.

I love these pants! So flattering and comfortable. There are a few caveats though.... you must order down 2 sizes. I fit into a 2 perfectly but my usual size is 6. Also, I'm 5'6"... and they are the perfect length. If you are much shorter than this, they may not work.

Absolutely loved wearing these. Easy to dress up or down. Recommend sizing down.

They do run big but because the style is baggy you can get away with your true size. I wore with white pointy boots (with beaded detail on the heels) and was called Pee-Wee Herman.

These did run large. I typically size-up to 14 in trousers to make sure there's room. But the size 12 was very big--I'll order a 10 next time. Very cute and comfortable. I liked the high waist and the belt detail --it actually makes you WANT to tuck in your top.

I ignored the warnings of ordering at least 2 sizes down, thinking, “Hey, I have a backside, maybe I can get away with one size smaller.” Nope. When standing still the pants are sitting lower than the Christina/Britney era circa 2000. When I walk they fall down. I did wear them around the house as a replacement for my oversized sweatpants. Keeping them favorited in hopes of getting an even smaller size - fingers crossed because I do think they are so cool!

Wanted to love this as a fun alternative to the black work pants but way too big. Should have gone down two sizes. As it was, the pants barely stayed up all day. Would potentially try going down to a side zero next time.

Love these but size down! Soft and easy like sweatpants. I may try another size down. Love the little belts and tapered legs.

Although these look like fun work pants, they are made to be a baggy fit, maybe would've been better if I had sized down since the waistband is elastic.

Absolutely huge. It’s falling off my waist with the buckle tightened completely.

This is the size 0… I checked the tag a few times to make sure.

I’m normally a size 10 or 12 in pants (30 or 31 in jeans) and the size 8 was still WAY too large in these. I tried to wear a belt with them to keep them up but there aren’t belt loops and I had to adjust every time I sat down / stood up. Don’t rent unless you can get a size that is 3 sizes below your usual size.

I read through every review and almost all recommended going 1-2 sizes down. I sized down to a 6 from my usual 10, and they were definitely too small. I do not care for my clothes to be form fitting or tight in the waist, and these were both. Great pants though, and can't wait to wear them in my true size! They are supposed to be baggy, that's the style. Very flattering concept and look forward to wearing them for travel.

I wore these to a girls night out. I have a smaller waist and larger hips, so this style fit my body well. Styled with a black body suit underneath and wore a cream leather bomber jacket over. Only issue was the length since I’m only 5’2. The synching detail on the bottom helped to bring it in a bit, but I could only wear these with 3-1/2in heals. Wouldn’t work for me with flats, but I really wanted to style these with loafers.

These were AMAZING. Comfortable and looks great. I lost weight from when I rented to returned them and put them”too big” so I didn’t screw up my fit profile.

Could look a little baggy without a fitted blouse, could have maybe gotten away with a size smaller, but overall beautiful pants and pretty verstaile for work.

Runs Large!!! I'm usually an 8 and I ordered a 6. Had to return and size down further to a 4. Elastic waist band and entire pant material is so comfortable and easy to wear. Looks great styled with heels.

Got a lot of compliments on these. They're a quirky pair of pants, the perfect thing to rent because I don't think I'd want to commit to them, but fun for a couple of weeks.

I loved the look of the tailoring and loved the material, felt very high quality, but these were absolutely huge on me and with such heavy fabric the "baggy" look wasn't going to work. I never wore them. Definitely size down.

These pants are very forgiving on your reducing baby bump. I kept these for 2 months!

These feel like pajamas but make you look like avant garde poet or philosophy major. I love them dearly and if not for the price would buy them in a heart beat. I got so many compliments from strangers even - I hesitate to rate this so highly as I don't want to share my 'secret' find lol. Thank goodness for Rent the Runway Unlimited.

runs large - I ended up trading all the way down from the 6 to the 2! never work a size 2 pants in my life - it's the waist which is elasticized and oversized to start with, but they look great!

The pants are beautiful, great detailing and quality material. They are super comfortable. I'm typically between a 2 and 4. The 2 wasn't available, so I ordered the 4. Would definitely recommend sizing down if you were in between sizes. There is not a way to make the pants tighter as the belt is more of a detail va functional. Didn't end up wearing as it was a little too big in my waist

Loved these. Great subtle statement piece. Nice twist on a classic pant. Wore them to drinks in NY. The ankle is a little awkward but you just have to get the shoe right.

These are so cute. Originally rented for work, but might be a little too edgy. Also, definitely on the bigger size. I'm in between a size 4 & 6 and think that the 4 would've been perfect.

Please order a size down. They were so large that I couldn't wear them.
