TTS and a great dress for work for me at 5’2”. I usually prefer more fitted silhouettes since I’m petite and busty, but I’ve loved everything from this brand and the deconstructed silhouette and contrasting sleeves were irresistible. I went with a pointed toe mule for work but I like the RTR suggestion to pair with chunky loafers. Total winner for me and would absolutely rent again.

This was an easy style to wear for a whole work day plus a long dinner after. Nothinthing to poke, pull, or irritate, this gave easy structured style that lasted all night.

Very comfy. Good length for my height and for work wasn't too short and I wore it with a heel. Would rent again. A good transition piece from winter to spring.

I would have purchased this if it had cost a little less. Yes, it gives school girl, nun, Wednesday … but chic vibes. The pic is paired with boots, but I wore with doc loafers. Nice fabric, weight and it didn’t cling at all. I also folded back the cuffs and pushed up the sleeves to show some wrist.

I sized down and I’m glad I did. Good quality material with slight stretch.. a little short for work but with jet black tights it worked.

Perfect for the office, material is thicker and it doesn’t wrinkle. Good for the office if you don’t have a formal environment but still need to look professional. I’d rent it again.

I thought the dress was nice - not fabulous but nice. I wore it to work. The fabric was heavy - not suited for spring or summer.

I thought this dress was chic though it's quite straight up and down and not the most flattering. The short length keeps it from being totally dowdy. It was quite heavy so probably best for fall or winter.

I wish I had sized up one or maybe two sizes on this one. It was a little snug in the butt plus it was a little on the short side. I ended up wearing it with tights so I could wear it to a meeting. I liked the dress overall though. It was professional on top and the details were fun.

I love a unique/interesting collared shirt but wish this had a slit at the sides or something to help it move a bit more freely. The bottom felt a bit restrictive.

She’s ok. A bit thicker and stiffer than I was expecting but good for work with tights. It was the perfect work to date outfit.

This one was just okay for me. I get the concept, but the execution didn’t quite land. I think it could work better styled differently—maybe with heels—but with snow and ice on the ground, that wasn’t really an option. I also should have sized down; the sleeves were very long and I had to fold the cuffs over, which kind of ruined the look for me. Overall, not a bad dress, just not a standout and not quite right for how I needed to wear it this time.

But the belt made it work. Size down.

Fit perfectly. Sleeves were perfect length. A little on the short side when sitting down and I'm only 5'3", but was ok for me. The fabric is heavy but it wasn't too warm. Just felt really luxurious. Highly recommend.

I wore this to work and received many compliments. I wore a tan belt with a gold buckle, and it was a nice finishing touch. Maybe if I sized down I wouldn't have needed the belt for structure. Great piece!
