This coat is absolutely gorgeous. The mix of materials and colors works beautifully and makes it feel really unique. It’s surprisingly warm perfect for chilly winter weather. The coat is on the heavier, bulkier side, but when you tie it properly, it cinches the waist nicely and creates a really flattering shape. I received so many compliments, and it kept me comfortably warm in 30 degree weather.

This jacket was so cute and yes, it was oversized and big but if you’re renting it to keep you warm and still look stylish while doing it highly recommend, it is not flattering, but definitely fashionable. Size down.

I think to love it, you need to be tall and not self conscious about a piece which is definitively not slimming. The lower half is bell shaped. I loved this coat for the high quality, warmth, inner slick red material, outer wool top, flash of red. My only complaint is the belt is slow and tedious to put on every time you wear it.

So glad I got XS! Keeping her all winter 🤩 Also prefer this wrapped not buttoned for extra snug fit & adjustable belt keeps everything in place even unbuttoned AND gives curves if cinched tighter! Very warm for AL winter- will add a little bulk but not as thick as traditional puffer. Stunning coat w amazing details...dressy or casual. 15 yo son said I love your coat mom....unsolicited. This coat is seriously warm and undeniably cool. I really wanted to love this coat but there was too much material and the belt is too difficult. Unless you have a very large chest and larger waist than the size you order, you're going to be pulling that belt taut for a while and trying to get it through the slimmest opening of the loop. I ended up tying it every time I wore it which defeated the purpose of the look.

I went against my best judgement and rented it. I saw that the reviews were not positive. I told myself there were not that many photos. So maybe the people who liked it did not comment. I really like Plan C, so I wanted to like this piece. My advice, take it or leave it: it looked better on me when I wore it with wider leg pants or something with some volume at the bottom. Tried with leggings and just looked like a big burrito with feet. The coat is bulky and the wool piece is scratchy. It did function well for warmth.

It could have been cute, but in the words of Taylor Swift, the proportions are wild. The arms are so long. It’s so wide. My husband laughed and laughed.

This is a stylish coat that can get you through the coldest winter days in NYC. I received a lot of compliments wearing this coat. Size down to get the right fit.

I loved this coat. Very well insulated. Wore during are stretch of time where the weather was 15°f and below for weeks. It's stylish and keeps you warm. I sized up because I like my coats a little large to accommodate layers.

Was worried about renting this after the initial reviews but sized down and wound up wearing it most of my trip to NYC this December. I don't live in a cold weather environment...but considered buying this nonetheless.

This coat is beyond. This size (XL) was too big. I've left a review already, but the key is to size down. I re-rented this in a Medium and I'm keeping it all winter.

I actually love it! It is heavier and puffier than I thought it would be but is so much fun to wear. I have been getting compliments everywhere I go. I probably could have sized down, but the red belt makes it work!

I love this coat. I wore the XL for a bit but have since sent it back for a L. It is warm and different. When it's too large it's a bit much. Wrap it and tie it as another reviewer said or size down.

I would normally wear a bigger size - I'm often choosing between M or L, especially since I'm quite busty. But I got this in a S and could have done an XS just fine - I still had a LOT of room in the coat, even the chest. I would feel like I was swimming in a bigger size than S. Recommend taking a chance on this if it's appealing to you - the coat was in great shape and plenty warm. My only complaint is that the belt was hard to operate - it may have just been my version, but the metal end of the belt was like just a tiny bit too long, so it was kind of an ordeal to loop it through the metal buckle.

I’m usually a L and I ordered an M based on reviews. It was still big but stylishly so on my frame. However I could see this swallowing you up if you are shorter than my height (5’5”). It was EXTREMELY warm, almost too warm for the weather (mid-low 40s), and very heavy to carry through the airport. Would highly recommend for a med-to-tall woman in a very cold location, but if that doesn’t describe you, skip this.

Ordered my normal size and it was laughably big. Nice materials and heavy weight. Just ordered a smaller size, so fingers crossed. It's such a nice coat!

With a belt it was wearable but a little silly. Might work better if sized down.

This coat feels high-quality and heavy. It was just too large for me. It was also too long for me so it looked like I was drowning in it.

Unfortunately, this jacket is just really big and bulky. Maybe it would work in a smaller size, but I usually wear a large jacket and this was a medium. I can't imagine that a small would work. Great idea, but just way too big bulky and unflattering.
