The coat runs large, so I’d recommend sizing down. It’s lightweight, making it a good choice for early winter.

Not a winter coat: with only two buttons, and no interiors, it’s not for a cold winter’s day. I adore the yellow, sweater trim at the collar and that’s why I rented it: such a fabulous design touch! I would rent a much smaller size than you typically do: I’m a 4, and the 38 was swimming on me. Beautiful coat!

No surprise this is Italian-made. I was surprised how many people commented on the yellow collar. Otherwise it is very understated and sober. Perfect.

I’m a bit wide in the hips so it wasn’t going to button up on me. It worked fine to wear it unbuttoned however because it’s a very lightweight coat so it’s for spring/fall anyway. The collar is vey cute

Made for a taller, more narrow body. The buttons were low on me so I could t button it. Otherwise would've bought because the materials are gorgeous. It's not a warm coat but suitable for early fall weather (in northeast)!

Loose yet warm. I found it to be very long in the sleeves but I rolled them up. Made it work and still looked great!

This was a great winter staple. Well made, and the yellow pop on the collar was a nice touch.

Roomy fit, so good for layering. Fabric is fine, not luxurious.

…and expected it to be felted wool. My mistake, clearly. Still. Gorgeous cotton. Perfect length. Ideal weight for fall in NYC.

This is not a warm coat. More like an early fall. I am not sure why it’s so expensive. It’s good quality but not THAT good.

Cool collar, but this wool (?) wrinkles, hangs funny, and ends up looking slovenly, not like a fine piece. A normally complimentary friend said I looked like a creep in a trench coat in an alley.
