A first for me— Italian sizing runs large! 27” waist, 37.5” hips, ordered a 6. The waist was large and hung 2-3” below natural waist. Wearable, but low slung. While this was new with tags, the fabric was stubbornly wrinkled all over. The photo above is after 10 minutes of steaming which was not very productive. I just gave up. Wearing required vigilance; there’s not much overlap for the wrap and sitting without flashing everyone requires holding the skirt closed.

It has a cute fit but if you’re very fair skinned and don’t tan (like me) it’s probably not for you. It’s also quite long so not petite-friendly.

Not sure if the skirt received was washed and dried on high several times (and shrunk) or if it just runs extremely small. I don’t usually have a problem with an item being unwearable because it’s too small. I am petite but this skirt looks like it would barely fit a doll.
