Rented this for New Years. I felt and looked amazing, but the dress did ride up as I walked, so I found myself playing with the hem (which isn't worth taking off a star). REALLY fitted and not a TON of give (when I put on the Small, the pattern literally started distorting over my butt). I would still wear it again and again and have become obsessed with Parker Dresses since this little item... Perfect for a cold New Years Night with my black tights and leather jacket! Happy 2015!

When I rented this dress, I was a little larger than normal (more of a 6/8), so I rented a medium (otherwise I probably would've gotten a small). This dress kept me warm, but was light enough for me to dance the night away! Per usual from the Parker brand, this dress was so flattering and hugged me (and sucked me in) in all the right places to create the illusion of a flat tummy and a perfect hourglass shape -- what woman doesn't love that??? Never once did I have to stop to pull down the dress, as most tight dresses tend to ride up your rear. I felt covered, but I still felt sexy. I took this dress from a business event, during the day, to an upscale dinner to the club. I hope Parker (and RTR) release more dresses, like this.

Wore for a nice dinner and a concert for my Birthday on a chilly November night and felt confident and comfortable all night. Fit is tight but since it's very heavy fabric it does not make you feel self-conscious. It was not too short but did ride up a bit. Black tights work well with it which solves that problem. Highly recommend for a colder weather event!

This was definitely a tight fitting dress, I'm usually between a small and medium, wore the medium because of how tightly it fit. I loved the fun pattern on the dress! The material is like a thick sweater and kept me warm on a cool autumn evening. The thickness of the fabric made it forgiving even though it was tight fitting. I will definitely rent this dress again!

The print is great! A conservative dress sleeve and neckline-wise, but then, the length! Zing! It was just a TOUCH short on me (I am a 5'11" giant who often has this trouble at RTR). I decided to size up to get more length, and wore the darkest pantyhose I could find. This is a double layer of knit, so FUHGET about it in warm weather. Overall, a great dress on the slightly more casual side due to the knit. But a sexy choice for more professional or serious events...like a wedding in Antarctica.

Nye2014 dress- everything is black and white.

The material is very stretchy which makes it feel tight when you first but it on, it got more comfortable as the night went on. The tightness of it made my butt look great just like I was hoping! I ordered both medium and large but didn't even try the medium, new it wouldn't work after trying the large on first. Overall a great winter dress! Was in the 30s so I'm glad I had sleeves, did get a little hot dancing. I wore it with tights and black combat boots.

Pros: fit great. Loved the wild pattern and the fact that it was warm - perfect for a late fall event! Cons: because the pattern is so geometric and symmetrical, it is NOT forgiving - it shows every curve. I wore spanx to feel more comfortable but had to keep adjusting the dress to make sure the pattern was aligned.

Things I liked about this dress: fun print, and the long sleeves and thick fabric were good for staying warm at a fall event. What I didn't like about this dress was the fit. I found it to be fairly unflattering on me - the tight fit and bold print were the opposite of waistline-slimming. If you have a thin waist or an hourglass shape or are very thin, this dress would probably look great on you, but as someone with a thicker waist I was self-conscious. Also I would recommend wearing Spanx with it!

This dress fits true to size, with a little stretch for comfort.

Gorgeous dress, yes, I read reviews saying that it's short and boy was it short!! I forgot to adjust my spanx and the dress is shorter than the control top thighs lol problem fixed after a quick jaunt to el bano. If you less than 5'7" would look more appropriate, if your taller or long legged like me be prepared!

The dress is a very heavy fabric that is snug and flattering. It is a bit short but I wore tights and it was fine. The geometric print is very fun and a unique design from the typical LBD.

Wore this for my birthday dinner and loved it! So comfortable and stretchy!! Really holds everything in and is very flattering. Rides up a bit when you want but that's to be expected with a tight short dress :)

This dress was perfect for a February birthday night out. The material for the dress is heavy fabric but stretchy. Perfect to move around in. I didn't think the dress was that short or rode up that much... but I am short 5"3". I did have several ladies ask where the dress was from; they all loved the geometric pattern!!! Fun inexpensive way to have an extra fun night out.

The dress does ride up through out the night but a great dress for a date night. Casual and slightly sexy, my fiancé loved how it fit!

The dress feels like if you are wearing a bandage dress. The only thing i would say it was a little too short for me that is why i pair it with thick black stockings so it would blend with the dress.

I'm tall and this dress felt really short at times. I was also really glad I got the M, as it really held you in and the small would never have fit around my hips. Occasionally I had problems with this dress riding up a bit, but nothing terrible since I wasn't walking around too much. It was nice for cool weather, but I wouldn't want to wear it in warm weather, as the material was very thick. I'm OK with not owning this dress, but it was a great dress to wear out for dinner and a show in November.

Wore this for my birthday dinner date. It's VERY warm which was great for Wisconsin weather but wouldn't be ideal for dancing or a warmer time of year. The dress was true to size but quite short. I could barely take two steps without worrying if it was revealing too much. I chose to wear with black tights and booties to make it more modest and casual.

The material is much thicker than anticipated, which was fine for NYE. The one thing I didn't like was that the bottom of the dress rode up ALL NIGHT. I'm not sure if it's my body, the material, or because I had on tights, but I felt like I was constantly pulling it down. Otherwise, unique and cute.

This was my backup dress and I did not end up wearing it. The fit was as expected. Short but it didn't feel too short to me. The fabric is very thick and forgiving. I wasn't a huge fan of the pattern. Also, the white areas of the dress were more off white which made it look cheap.

This is a really pretty dress that will show off EVERY SINGLE CURVE, so only wear if you are not afraid to show off every detail. When I wasn't walking around I liked this dress a lot (which is why I gave 3 stars), but when I walked this dress rode up so badly. I definitely would never rent this dress again for that reason. I ordered both the XS and S and ended up wearing the S because the XS was just way too tiny.

I loved the unique pattern and my husband loved how it hugged my curves! Warm enough for a Feb date night in Boston. Both the xs and small fit, but since we planned to have a delicious dinner at an Italian restaurant I wanted to make sure there was enough room for food! Also, the xs was pretty darn short was sitting. I'm 5'3" and the small was a perfect length - fun and sexy while still being a bit conservative.

I love this dress - the only down side is that it's real short. If a dress is long sleeves, you probably only wear it in the winter months or when you have an evening affair. This dress is that dress. More of an evening type dress. You can wear black stockings to keep you warm and it's still sexy and form fitting. A great date night dress.

This dress was tight, but the fabric is so thick, I felt extremely comfortable in it. It was truly flattering and looked slimming. The fabric is perfect for winter and shows great - you don't have to worry about wrinkles or showing any undergarments. It ran a bit short, but for a long sleeve, high neck dress, you have to show some leg! I loved it!

I rented this for a rehearsal dinner but did not end up wearing it because I would have been dying of heat. The material is quite heavy. The dress itself was comfortable and would be quite nice for a winter party. I ordered a size medium (as I own another Parker dress in a M) but a size small would have fit better, the knit had a fair amount of stretch.

Admittedly, I'm pretty curvy. But fitted dresses like this usually look pretty good on me with tights and booties. No go on this one. Far too tight in the hips and butt for my liking.

Wore it to an after hours gala and was stopped by multiple strangers. Very snug -- I'm on the petit side and the xs was too tight. The small was perfect. I really can't tell you how many people were in awe of this dress... I nearly bought it to keep!

Rented this for a night out in the city. Like the other reviews, fabric is heavy but it keeps you warm so I liked that. Looks just like in the pictures. Will probably rent this again one of these days

Form fitting and very sexy-yet-conservative chic. Loved the fit and finish. Thick and durable zipper - along with my appropriately picking the correct size - made this a breeze to get into. Husband took a long, thirsty look at me when I spun around. This dress is not appropriate for a conservative event if you have a substantial booty. If you have a moderate or small bottom, this dress is great anywhere. For my build, however, the dress was not conservative wedding appropriate. My hips are 14" larger than my waist. It would be fantastic for a night on the town - a wine tasting, a musical, or a jazz club. In fact, I was only 'allowed' to return it if I promised to re-rent it for our next event.
