This dress is gorgeous and very flattering. For size reference I am usually a 2 on dresses and tops and I went with a 4 and the fit was perfect. The 2 was tight on the chest area. I will say this dress is not forgiving for bloating but on your prime days it's gorgeous.

Fit like a glove! For reference, I usually wear a 4 or 6 in dresses depending on the brand, but a 4 in this dress would not have worked. The color is very nice, and the fabric is quality. The picture: ignore the shoes, was deciding (went with the nude). Worked well for an early-fall cocktail event.

Can't say enough amazing things about this dress (which is hard to find with staple work dresses)! Its a phenomenal color, that is subtle enough to pass at my conservative finance office, but also noticeable enough to get compliments from the women I work with. The fit was perfect-- hit just below the knee and the slit went 3-4 inches above my knee (I'm 5' 5.5") and was fitted throughout (its got plenty of room for girls with larger chests though). Was not too revealing but still felt sexy. Would wear again in a heartbeat!

I rented this from RTR Georgetown. I had rented a similar style that did not fit, so was very happy to find this dress. Fit was true to size and flattering. I work with a cardigan and black tights for work. Would rent again.

The perfect evening work dress. Color is rich, fit is great. The slit is very delicate though, so not good if you plan to be moving or dancing.

This dress is conservative without being frumpy. The fit was true to size and the fabric has enough give that it is comfortable for a 12+ hour work day. The neckline is really pretty and it's a great dress to show off your arms. Looks good under your standard black blazer. Would recommend as an interview dress.

The fabric and silhouette were flattering but the top was a little baggier than I would have liked. It also hit just below the knee, a little longer than I would like!

I loved how this dress fit. The design made me look slim and professional. I felt confident wearing it to work with a jacket. My only complaint would be that skirt is on the narrow side, so it was challenging to get out of the car, even with the slit at the bottom.

Wow, I didn't expect to like this dress as much as I did. I wore it several times, as it is very versatile. I wore to work, to a conference and out to dinner. The neckline and slit on the leg were both very flattering, and the dress made me feel great!

Very pretty dress that fits very well. I wore shapewear underneath but the way the fabric is cut lets you get away with a lot. I got it for work but it ended up being a little dressier than I thought so I wore it to a semi-fancy affair (orchestra). The split in the front looked like it had been repaired previously with bright red thread which threw me off a little but it's not something anyone else would notice. Overall, really loved this dress.
