I typically wear a medium, and would order a medium if I rented again, the large was the only size available. I have a longer waist, and the large was still barely long enough to do a small tuck. This shirt would likely not be as low cut on someone with a bigger bust, but may be too low for a conservative office. I am small chested so did not feel that it was revealing. Loved the cuffs too.

I wasn't sure how I felt about this top when I ordered it, but I actually really loved it! Super fun for work, comfortable, and can move freely. Can be dressed up or dressed down!

I have now rented this in a large and XL, and the large is much better fit. I love it!

I wore this blouse a few times, mostly for going out to dinner or drinks. It's a fairly flattering fit, but didn't feel very special. Note that the sleeves are buttoned at the wrists and felt tight but the shirt looked messy if you left them unbuttoned. Sort of annoying!

Fits perfectly. Love the ruffle on the front and on the sleeves. Pairing it with a vest from RTR.

I think this kind of animal print usually makes any cloth looks sexy. Even bedrooms designed in this pattern, with bed covers and/or pillow cases, give off a sexy vibe as does this blouse. I should've ordered an XS because that's usually what I wear (but some times S works, how would I know!). Definitely going to re-order in an XS. It's a summer blouse for sure. Very comfy and roomy. And did I mention quite sexy?The neck line is not too low. It's just the look of the blouse. Try it out !!!

This top was perfect for work and then heading out for the night. The print is fun and the cut is sliming.

Fits a bit large, but not obnoxiously so. Easy to wear with jeans or dressed up for work. LOVED this blouse and wore it many many times!

Got so many compliments on this top! Easily dressed up for a night out but also a great go to for the office. The sleeves have 3-button detail with a little ruffle that I loved!

I'm not normally an animal print person, but this was perfectly subdued. The fit was great, not too short or too long. The ruffle down the front was a great touch, and my favorite part were the sleeves/cuffs - gold buttons along the cuff made it extra special. Will rent again.

This top had a subtle sexiness. You can't tell from photos but the neckline is a mixture of romantic and sexy. The fabric was super comfortable and the sleeves were fun and different. I loved wearing this top. I wore to a party, to work and on a date :)

Wore this for thanksgiving with my family. So happy with the fit. The pattern is great, the length is perfect, and the neckline is not too low. Didn't have to wear a tank top underneath. Lightweight fabric. Will be renting this again!!

I'm a reliable M in parker and this was swimming on me. Returned and got an S and it was much better. However, the fabric is silky and gorgeous. Not super sheer - cami not necessary so long as you wear a nude bra. Looks great with jeans or tucked into a leather skirt!

This has been my favorite RTR rental to date. Such a pretty blouse that I managed to wear 3 times (2 diff work events and a dinner out). I had to wear a camisole under for work because it was pretty low cut on me. I'm so tempted to buy!

Missing a button on the sleeve but was otherwise great

After selecting three (!) items that I was later informed were unavailable to ship I ended up with this blouse. I wasn't sure about it as I'm not always a fan of ruffles and wondered if leopard plus ruffles would be a bit much. Nope... it is lovely! The cut is super flattering and makes my puny shoulders look square which has a slimming/hip-balancing effect. It is low-cut so I wear a silk cami underneath. I've worn it a lot...with jeans on the weekend and dress pants (or black jeans) for work. The print is small, cool-toned and subtle as far as animal prints go. I think it is the cut and quality that really makes it.

I'm s size XL/14 and I'd need to be a 12 year old girl to be able to button all three buttons at the arm/wrist. It didn't matter though because it's a loose fit so unbutton sleeves weren't too noticeable. Wear something underneath!

Long enough to wear with pants, nice details around the wrists and neckline make it feel dressy even for a normal work day.

Good blouse and fit just as expected, but nothing too special for me. The sleeves were too long and the heavy metal buttons on them, while nice quality, are really clunky when you need to roll the cuff to make it work. They clank around a lot too. I have brown hair and fair-medium complexion and this color was just blah on me. I wore it once for work and returned.

I don't love the print in person. The neckline is lower than I'd prefer. I still wore to work once and it was totally acceptable but won't rent again.

I rented this for work and liked it but didn't love it. It isn't too low cut and doesn't need an undershirt.

I really liked the look of this top. It has cute buttons near the wrist and a pretty ruffle down the front. The fabric is light but not sheer with a fun pattern. My main problem with this blouse is that the top is low cut and very flowy, so every time I bent over, you could see everything! It is lower than it looks in the picture with the model. Maybe a smaller size would have had less gapping in the front, but I think the shoulders would have been too small. Wore it twice, but the second time I wore it, at a party in someone's home, I was super self-conscious every time I reached over for some food or bent over to throw something out.
