I would recommend a cami under for length and low cut front, but overall cute top for work.

I wore this with black jeans for a nice dinner out, but you could probably pair it with dark denim during the daytime! I love Parker and this top was no exception.

I love love this blouse. I wore it to work and then had an offsite meeting with different clients and wore it again :) I would buy if it was a little less expensive but felt so luxe and fashion forward!

I love this cute ruffle top by Parker! Running true to size with little stretch, I recommend wearing one size up for your backup size. The style is loose throughout the top. It works best for all cup sizes. You are able to wear a standard bra. Pair with ripped and combat boots for a great fall look.

Loved this top! It's such a fun print and was nice and lightweight. I wore to work with a cami underneath because it is sheer, but you could probably wear without a cami for a night out. I was worried about the sleeve and torso length because I'm long in both places, but the small worked perfect for me! Would definitely rent this top again!

I found this top to be interesting, nice colors, nice feeling on. It ran a little big and boxy. My bra strap kept showing on one side. The sleeves are interesting, but they did get in the way a little bit

I liked this top a lot. The colors are beautiful. It arrived to me still with the tags on. The only thing I noticed was the bell sleeves are kind of annoying when you're typing on the computer or washing dishes etc.

I didn't like how this shirt was boxy, so I had to tuck it in. I got lots of compliments from coworkers on the color. I liked the ruffle sleeves a lot more than I expected.

This blouse is meant to be a bit loose and Foley and I really liked it. It was extremely easy to throw on with jeans, black jeans, or a skirt.

I loved this top. It fit great. It was loose, but not baggy. I balanced it with a black pencil skirt and tall boots. Wore it to work and felt great in it. I was nervous that there were too many ruffles on the shirt, but it really all just blends in together.

Pro-fit great, was really pretty and the pattern was subtle Con-my arms are really long and the sleeves weren't quite long enough. (common problem for me)

This is far more beautiful than in the photographs and is exceptionally well made. It fit perfectly; I wear a 14 in most styles. The sleeve detailing is far less pronounced in real life and the sleeves hang nicely without dangling fabric. The blouse is sheer but not see-through; no camisole required. Looks lovely with a pencil skirt for work and would dress up jeans well as well. Tempted to keep it!

This shirt is not too short but your mid section will show when you lift your arms.

Nothing special about the fit, slightly bigger than I expected. Not low cut and looks good tucked in or untucked

Length was good. I had to wear a low cut v-neck cami underneath as the neck sat a bit wider and lower cut than showing in the picture.

This blouse runs very large and is an extremely loose fitting, free style top. Style is more like a tented-looking top that had many folds in the fabric. It's nowhere close to a straighter-looking silhouette and instead is very full, especially in front. I wasn't able to get the next size down, so didn't wear it. Maybe if it were longer it would look better, but not flattering on a petite-height person. Maybe in small sizes this blouse might work for petites. Also, the blouse is pull-on, having no zipper or button closure.

I have large arms and shoulders so sometimes tops are snug, but this was too tight for me to even contemplate wearing.

The shirt feels like a medium but was a bit short and I am 5'5".

I wore this shirt once with a black pencil skirt to work and it was fine for an everyday shirt.

I ordered this for a going out or running around update but it was not flattering -- perhaps it would work better on someone not as tall-- it seems a little short in the sleeves for me

This top runs really small and I wasn't able to wear it because it didn't fit. If you are more plus size and a true 16 I would not recommend renting this
