This one of a kind jacket was perfect for work and date night! Highly recommend!

I rented this for a job interview and I felt very comfortable and stylish in it. The jacket has beautiful embroidery details and was perfect for a cooler spring day. It definitely runs short but large at the same time. I wore the XS and I am usually a S/M. I am 5'7 for your reference

Outstanding design but a little boxy and short (which is ok if you pare with the right bottom)! It's definitely is one of the must to rent...

I got many compliments on this jacket. Boxy but great fit on the arms and shoulders. Thick fabric so I wore a white T-shirt underneath.

Softly structured and detailed with bold floral embroidery, this poised Parker jacket is a must-have for the season. The fabric is a bit thicker making the shoulders a bit stiff but overall I loved wearing this Nolita Jacket. The boxy structure and feminine floral embroidery compliment each other to create the perfect piece. Dress up or down to match you personal style. I rented to work but also wore to a date night. Overall would recommend!

Beautiful detail on front and back of jacket - perfect for work with gray pants and ballet flats. I'd also wear this with jeans. Fit is a little cropped - hits at hip.

The particular jacket that I was given was definitely worn in. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I did really like the style and fit and people complimented this piece all day long.

Nice little jacket, the sleeves were 3/4 which i didn't realize from the photos on rtr. The sleeves were not too snug on me, a problem i tend to have with jackets and blazers. I definitely was able to wear this piece multiple times while I had it.

Jacket is so pretty. Zips up front. So boxy though.

This jacket has an odd fit, but the embroidery is beautiful. Despite the fit issues, I got lots of compliments on this jacket and I will likely rent it again (to wear with white jeans in the summer). I would say this jacket runs true to size in the shoulders only, but runs small in the sleeves (both width and length) and runs large in the body of the jacket. I am usually a size 12 in RTR tops and this jacket in size Large was very big around my body, but I don't think I would have fit into a size Medium because the sleeves are tight. Also, it is made out of a heavy canvas cotton (with thin cotton lining), so the body of the jacket is quite stiff, which further accentuated that the body of the jacket was running large. It looked awful with the zipper up, but I made it work by keeping the jacket unzipped (allowing the fronts to overlap more) and pairing it with tight jeans to offset the boxed shape of the jacket. The embroidery is beautiful (made in India). The style of the jacket has a resemblance to a bolero jacket, especially in the back, and is quite short.

I like the fabric - coarse and heavy almost like a denim - perfect for snowy January. I like the symmetric white swirls pattern with bands on the sleeve; my husband said I looked like a hussar (elite Russian army cavalry officers, see War and Peace). It was slightly on the matronly vs. younger and feminine RTR clothes I usually rent, but a perfectly nice work jacket if that is what you seek.

A little worn out

Not something I think I would have worn but I really liked the look when I saw it in person.

Very boxy fit and it was kind of short on me so was awkward with regular waisted pants and dresses. I ended up pairng it with a highwaisted pencil skirt and it wworked well.

Looks great with jeans or slim pants. I received tons of compliments. It's a bold statement - but something fun. Thick material but still OK for Spring.

This beatuiful jacket is more of a three length sleeve. It pairs perfectly with jeans. I am 5'4 and petite and the XS was perfect in the shoulder. plenty of room! It was the perfect length too- any shorter and it would have looked too small. I wish I could keep it!

This was a cute jacket, though the one I rented was a little worn. It was a little more cropped than it appeared in the photo.

Loved the style but it was still pretty baggie in the back, more than intended for the style. Parker usually fits me really well but this ran big.
