Wore this to a bridal shower where everyone was supposed to wear black and it was a perfect fit. I got lots of complements and no one wore anything similar. However, I'm making the transition from accepting that I'm a size 0/2 to actually being a size 4/6 and with that said, this dress runs a little snug. The knit material is clingy yet heavy and hangs nicely, but if your belly is a problem spot it definitely will show. Overall I loved the accents on the dress, the length, and how it photographed.

I thought this dress looked cute in the photos and reviews but it looked awful on me. I rented the L and was able to zip it up, but it just didn't look good.bIf you have any extra belly weight, it will show and be emphasised by ruffles directly underneath it.

This is one of my favorite dresses! It is great fabric. It stretches and has a great cut. LOVE!!! I normally wear a size small, and if anything it is a generous cut.

May be irritating for people who cannot wear wool

I rented this to wear to a spring lunch. The fabric was very comfortable and I really liked the shoulder design and the tiered skirt. But the XS was very tight in the chest - I am small chested with a big rib cage and I just felt like you could see the entire outline of my rib cage and bra etc. On top of that the fabric bunched a ton in the back - I think I am just too short waisted for the design I liked the design so much that I ordered it in a S but there was very little difference in the sizes. Sadly I sent them both back. This would look great on a narrow long waisted woman.

Just didnt fit right

The ruffles look nice but the torso was really unflattering on me. It bunched up and looked boxy. Did not wear.
