As most people have stated, I would suggest renting your normal size and one size up. The fit is snug but it is tailored and sleek. The color is gorgeous. I was very pleased!

I absolutely loved this dress. It is a beautiful light pink color. It's fitted throughout, but the ruffle over your stomach hides any bulge from tightness there. I loved the look of the ruffle down the side. It's a very comfortable dress too. I wore this to a black tie gala and received many compliments! I usually wear a size 2, but I wore a 4 here because it runs small as others have said. The 4 fit me like a glove. I'd buy this dress. The one thing - I'm very pale, so this color originally looked too light for my skin tone. The stylist at the Rent the Runway flagship picked out dangling pink and light blue earrings for me, and those fixed the skin tone issue right away to mellow it out. Just a tip!

The weather was cooler than planned and this was actually my back-up dress. The material was a bit thicker than the dress I originally planned to wear, and not as revealing so I opted to wear this one instead for comfort. Received a lot of compliments, the dress was an awesome color. The only complaint was that they didn't have a size 10. The 8 was a little tight in the chest; and I normally wear a standard 6 in dresses.

Loved everything about this dress! The color was sweet and the fit was very flattering. Very comfortable! I rented a 6R and 8R. I'm usually a size 6 but reading previous reviews states it runs small and they were right! Definitely a bit smug across the chest. The dress is lined well but I still had to wear a bra and could not get away with pasties like usual. It is very comfortable and the length was perfect for 3 inch heels. I'm 5'7''. If you're contemplating, just go for it!

I wore this dress to a "formal attire" wedding in August. I have never used Rent the Runway before and was a little nervous about finding a dress that fit just right to my body type - but this dress was perfect! I have more of a curvy figure with a less than flat stomach, so the ruching on this dress helped hide that area perfectly and eliminated any insecurities. The unique cut of the slit also helped to really make for a stand out dress in my opinion. The fabric was on the thicker side which I think worked to its benefit as it sucked you in and fit like a glove. I received a ton of great feedback on this dress and felt good in it too. Really felt like I was playing princess for a night! Would highly recommend.

I went a size up based on reviews and other than the chest area, it fit like a glove. I do not recommend this dress for busty women. I'm a 36B and I still felt it to be a little tight around around there. I went bra-less and it was much more comfortable. Other than that, I loved this dress and I received many compliments. I also got the 10L and not 10R because I'm tall and the length was perfect with my heels.

Loved the way the bottom of the dress fell with the ruffles and the color was great. Like a lot of the other reviews mentioned, it's very tight across the chest and I would recommend this dress for someone with a smaller bust. Overall I felt good in it.

I typically wear a size 2 and this was so tight in my ribs it felt very constricting! A replacement wouldn't arrive until time so I had to make it work. The color is gorgeous!! It was a little long even with tall heels. Would definitely recommend renting this, just make sure you size up!

This is gorgeous! The fabric is thick and forgiving and is snug and loose in all the right places. I'm 5'4" and this hit the floor with 1.5" heels. Chest is tight so if you're bigger than a C cup you may have trouble. Love, love, love this.

Top is tight so definitely order a size up. Im 5'9, 145 pds so I ordered a 6L. Dress is heavy fabric but stretchy, so very comfortable! Loved it so much!

Fits like a glove! Material is lightweight enough for a beach wedding but yet enough weight that it feels luxe. So comfortable and I received so many compliments on the color and style!

I liked this dress but beware, it runs small. I almost always wear a 0 and the 2 fit like a glove. I have a very small chest and am quite thin so it might not be work for someone more curvy. The fabric was nice - heavy so it didn’t wrinkle after sitting.

Wore as a bridesmaid. With heels the dress was a bit shorter than I would have liked. Fabric was heavy and the area around the wait where the fabric pulls was very unflattering

The dress color is similar to pink ballet slippers very thick material. Was able to just wear silicone cover ups instead of a regular bra. Very comfortable and elegant Wore my backup size 6. Couldn't get the zipper up on my back on the 4. Received multiple compliments all night.

i am 5'3 and 135lbrs, pear shaped. i should have rented an 8 instead of a 6 but wore it anyway. the zipper kept moving to the sides but even with that all went well and i would def recommend!

I'm a smaller chested gal, and this dress held them in place with no wiggle room. Those who are larger up top might have some issues. Overall, I got compliments on the way, at, and after the wedding, and would definitely rent again!

As other reviewers mentioned the top is smaller that expected for the size. It worked great for me as my hips and bottom are general 1-2 sizes bigger. The dress is a thicker material so no lumps or bumps. I loved it!

Rented this dress for our medical school commencement ball and it was perfect. I'm usually a size 4 so I got the 4 and 6 based on other reviews. The 4 was tight on the bust but with no bra it was no problem. Fabric is nice and heavy. I'm 5'4" and with four inch heels the length was perfect. I got so many compliments on the color. Would recommend to anyone for a spring event.

Wore this to a Mardi Gras Ball and it fit like a glove! The top portion does run small so I didn't even wear a bra. But the ruffle gives a feminine flirty feel and I felt very pretty in it! Highly recommend this dress. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered a 10, I generally wear a 10, & back up 12. The 12 was so tight that I don't think I could have gotten a bra on! If I had needed it to wear I would have ordered a 14 overnighted!!! Beautiful, love the peach/pink color! It was very long, I have a 33" inseam & I would have needed at least a 11/2 inch heel..... But this dress looks amazing on! Bride decided she wanted short dresses!!!

The fit of this dress was incredible! I got compliments all night! I am pear shaped and this dress flattered my curves while hiding the parts I don't like. I am pretty small chested 34A-small B and the 4 was pretty right up top. I wish it came in black and I would be buying this!! If you're on the fence, definitely rent this one!

I loved wearing this dress. I wore the 8L and really liked the length. I am 5'9" 140lbs. I typically wear a size 6 so I ordered the 6L and the 8L after reading reviews. The 6 was too snug around my ribs and pressed my breasts down (I am a small cup size) The 8L fit. I wore 2.5" heals. This is a beautiful dress. It's made from a heavy, good quality material that lays nice. It's lined. I wore this to a Black Tie Christmas Gala.

I wore this dress to a wedding in the Dominican Republic and received so many compliments! The fit was perfect and I loved the color. I would be aware of the length of the dress. I'm 5'2" and had to wear 4" heels so that I wouldn't step on the dress. I also opted for a strapless bra since my regular bra started to peek out from the arm holes. I would definitely recommend this dress as a flattering option which will highlight your figure!

The color of the dress was very unique which was great. It was a bit tight in the midsection so eating a full meal would be difficult but otherwise, it was great. Having the high slit up the side made walking & dancing super easy! Highly recommend!

I usually wear a 2 in pants. 5’6” 120lb. I have athletic legs, average hips and narrow waist. Best for small busts. Forgiving is stomach area due to pleats. Tight but stretchy, so will hold you in but not uncomfortably.

I wore this dress to a formal, early-October wedding and it was perfect. The dress is a beautiful color (less peach-colored than the pictures look). The material is thick and elegant but is breathable too. The leg slit doesn't come up any higher than the knee so it's very classy. I am 5'10" , 150lbs, athletic build and I wore a 10L with 2.5-in heels. The dress definitely runs small (especially in the breast area) as I am normally a 6L pants and a M top. The fit is very snug but also very flattering and functional. I received compliments all night. 2/2 now on my RTR purchases! :)
