Smooth, substantial knit fabric, flat waistband. Runs a little longer than shown on the model and hit me just below the knee. Wore with ankle boots and a chunky sweater. LOVE!

Easy to wear and stylish.
The small fit perfectly (the waistband is elastic) and the length was perfect for me as far as pencil skirts go. Paired this with a cute black top and heels and it was a great work outfit.
