Runs small, I'm usually a size 4 and the 6 fit perfect. I'm 5'7" so went with a L and it was a bit long with small heels but the R would have been too short. Quality is great, very comfortable.

Loved this dress, it was perfect for a black tie optional wedding we went to. I was worried that they could only send the backup size I asked for which was smaller than my usual, but it ended up fitting, so the dress had enough give. Super comfortable, didn’t need a bra since the fabric was thick and snug enough. Comfy to dance in, too.

The dress fit perfect! I usually wear a 0-2 so I ordered a 2 L. Got a lot of compliments. It was comfortable to dance in and didn't fall down. It may run a tad small in the boob area compared to some of the other dresses

This dress was exactly what I hoped it would be. Elegant and classy. The fabric had some stretch to it, so it was easy to move in and was pretty comfortable. I'm not quite 5'5", so I definitely needed 4" heels so the dress wouldn't drag the ground. Return process was super easy as well. I would definitely recommend this dress and RTR. I will be using this site again.

At 4'11 even in 3in heels the petite length was still a little bit long. However, the dress was very flattering and fit true to size. Would 100% rent again

Very nice dress. Thick fabric, flattering and stretchy. I wore this outside in the heat and I wasn't super hot (and I run hot). Im 5'7 & 170lb and I had to wear a the 10 and the zipper still wouldn't go up. Fortunately, the fabric is stretchy and I just shimmied into it haha. Really liked the gown overall and received a lot of compliments.

This was a simple elegant gown, but too long. It was my second style and I didn’t actually wear it. I may consider in the future as it is a nice elegant gown, but not too flashy. The material was thick with a bit of stretch. I think it would be comfortable for a long night.

I got this dress hoping it would work good with my bump for an army ball. And it looked amazing! I was so happy with this dress. It had the perfect amount of stretch to it which was good for me, with the right amount of support.

I loved everything about this dress! So classy with just the right subtle details to make it stunning. I always wear a size 0 and ordered the 2 after reading reviews. The size 0L was perfect. I'm a 30DD and I originally thought the top was going to be too snug. But once it was zipped (needed some help) it was perfect. Felt custom made. The fabric has just the right amount of give. I was completely comfortable all night....danced for hours. No tugging and adjusting. The length was just right with 4 inch heels. I'm about 5'7" and if I wore anything less than 4 in heels it would have been too long. I would absolutely rent this dress again!

This dress fit great and was perfect for the charity gala we attended. I'm 5'7", 129 lbs, 34C and wore the 4L with 3" heels and it was still long enough to touch the floor. This dress not have much give to it so if you are full busted take that into consideration. I had also ordered the 2L but would've been too tight in the busy. I felt so comfortable and confident the whole night. I accessorized with a black clutch and champagne statement earrings, bangle and peep toe heels. Would absolutely wear again!

I rented this dress for a formal military ball during the winter and it ended up being perfect for the occasion. The neckline, slit, and overall fit were super flattering, so I felt very confident and received plenty of compliments. It's a rather simple dress, but the ruffle makes it elegant and adds some fun. I'm 5'6", 140 lbs, 34B, with an athletic build-- broad shoulders and a wide ribcage. I ordered a 6R and 8R as the 4 wasn't available. I probably needed the size 4... the bust area was a bit loose, making the dress droop slightly up top and feel a bit heavy, but it was still fine to wear. I probably could have put on a strapless bra if I was really looking to solve the drooping problem. I wore ~4 inch heels for the night which made the hem hit perfectly. I wish I could've kept the dress!

Form fitting but comfortable. I wore this for a gala and it was simple and elegant. I normally wear a 6/8 dress but this fits more like a bridesmaids dress so I sized up. Length was good with 3 inch heels. Top was a little too big but manageable.

I am 5'4" about 130 lbs and the 4R fit like a glove. The fabric does have a little stretch, which is perfect and comfortable. Love this dress so much!

I am a 2/4R 5'6.5' and I wore the 4R because everything said to size up. Length was perfect for no heels or shorter heels up to 3". Dress was comfortable and easy to wear. I have 32Es (or I should say thats they size they were at the date of the wedding - *period swelling*) and it was tight, but worked with no bra. The waist was loose (i have an unusually small waist) but it worked and was no less flattering with a little extra wiggle room. Would recommend!

I originally ordered the size I get for most dresses in stores but this dress fit more like bridesmaids dresses do which for me is one size larger. I am 5'10 and the long was just the perfect length for high heels or flats! Loved everything about the dress though.

Beautiful dress, made with thick material. The dress was perfect for a black tie gala and being a simple black dress I was able to add a belt and jewelry to make it stand out more. Definitely size up, I went 2 sizes up for my backup since the 10L wasn't available and it was still a little tight, but not uncomfortable. The length was great for me being 5'10", and I was able to wear a small heel, it was just a tiny bit off the ground. Got so many compliments! Would definitely wear again.

I loved wearing this dress. It was comfortable and insanely flattering, and a tad va-va-voom with the slit. And although it looks like a basic black dress in the pics, it looks very special in person. SO many compliments, too! The construction was great -- heavy fabric, good proportions, nice lining. It was a tad longer than expected -- Im 5'8" and wore 4" heels and the 2L was still sweeping the ground. I also stepped on the hem a few times. I kind of liked that, though. I hate when "floor length" gowns don't actually reach the floor. I paired it with a cute palm tree embroidered clutch (also available on RtR) and gold heels.

Perfect dress for a formal evening!! It runs true to size, but we recommend sizing up for backup if you're curvier, and sizing down if you are smaller framed. This one-shoulder dress is extremely comfortable. I didn't even have to wear a bra because the material is thick and stretchy, so a bra is not necessary. I wore short nude heels, which is why the dress looks a little long, but it wasn't a problem at all. It has a knee-high slit in the front, so you can show off your shoes as well! This dress is perfect for a gala or black tie wedding. You can accessorize it with any king of jewelry, but I would recommend colorful earrings to dress it up and make it more fun! With this dress, the options are unlimited!

This dress was so comfortable! It was snug enough to feel like nothing was going to slip out, but had enough stretch to it to make it feel like I could easily move around. I rented 3 dresses, but this was the only one that actually fit - but I probably would have ended up wearing it even if the others had fit because it was so comfortable. I felt great wearing it and would totally rent it again.

First of all this was not the original dress I ordered. The first dress came in and had a defected zipper. I was so nervous because I'd never used this company before. But they were awesome to respond and even though they didn't have the same dress they overnighted me a dress I loved even more!!! Such a GREAT first experience with RTR and will use again! I wore a Sz 6 regular in this dress and it fit very true to size. Not too long and not too short. I wore this dress to a Heart Ball.

I was very close to wearing this dress. The material ruffles were adorable and made the dress stand out. It was a little short, the Regular was the only length available. If the Long was available I would have worn it!
