Good work dress. Comfortable

This dress is perfect for a conservative event or work function. I would suggest sizing up for backup, as it is fitted at the natural waist with a loose fit in the hips. I love that it can be worn with a standard bra and that it has some stretch. This style hit right at the knee on me at 5'7" so be mindful if you are more petite. Pair this look with a statement accessory and a black or nude heel!

I rented this for a work event that I wanted to wear something different but still classic. This fit the bill. I had a number of people (men and women) approach me to tell me that they loved the "chic," "classic" and "beautiful" dress I was wearing yesterday. I paired it with a trim black blazer because I would not go bare-armed for work and it was a cold day, and the blazer complimented it well. I felt very comfortable and confident in the dress. I am 5'2" and it hit me just below the knee. The asymmetrical hemline, with the slight flare, gave it some interest and I really enjoyed how pretty it was without being flashy (which was right for the occasion).

Wore to religious event and then work the next day. Fits perfectly. A little snug in the torso, so might size up if you're larger than a D or have a larger waist, but overall beautiful fit and great fabric. Love the silver details on the shoulders. Would own this!

This is a cute fall transition dress that works for work and after work/weekend dinners. The S fit perfectly for me and has a slight stretch to give with normal activities. I paired it with a blazer for work and took the jacket off for a happy hour. The silver buttons on the shoulders give a nice extra detail and accents for silver jewelry.

This dress was a nice dress to wear to work. I thought the picture made the dress look like a comfier material - the material is not that comfy and doesn't have much stretch. I thought the dress needed to be belted to give it more shape. The two tone look is a nice touch though. I would consider renting again, but wasn't blown away by this dress.

Definitely overpowered my petite frame. I didn't wear this, returned immediately.

I'm normally between a 0-2 and the size small was a bit too big. I wonder if it would be more flattering in a smaller size. This dress is prob best for ladies with less curves - it's got cool geometric detailing.

Love the idea of this dress but in execution it's not that great. Usually wear an 8 and the M was way too small- the underlining kept riding up instead of smoothing it out, but worst thing was how much it smooshed my chest. I think if I had a bigger size it would've definitely helped, but the fabric wasn't that nice either so I won't be renting this again.

This dress is beautifully made and looks great on. I'm glad I read other reviews, as I would have ordered a small (I'm a 6) but I got a medium and it fit perfectly. The material is heavy and high quality, the two colors and interesting hemline make the dress a winner. I wore it to a religious occasion, but it would do well for a date night, work, after work party, special birthday dinner, etc. I loved it and would rent it again!

Loved the fabric, the give and cut of the dress. I loved the swoop of the design around the bust. Fabric is forgiving (even though fitted beautifully at bust) and doesn't wrinkle.

Love the shoulder details, the asymmetry, and the perfect fit.

I paired this with a cardigan and black heels. Well fitted through the waist. Great length for the professional woman. I normally wear a size small but the medium fit perfectly. 5'6" 125lbs.

Good for even a very conservative office

Dress was great. The fit worked really well for me because I am pear shaped. I found that the bust and hips were just right. The waist was a little big, so I wore a black belt. I read other reviews that said the material was uncomfortable, but I didn't find that to be the case (and normally I am pretty sensitive to texture). I would definitely rent it again.

I loved the way this dress fit. Sometimes I need a Small but a Medium was the right fit. It was super comfortable.

Rented this for the office using my unlimited subscription. It is fitted at the waist so keep that in mind. Worked well and looked great all day long (fabric does not wrinkle!).

I rented this dress through Unlimited for work and really enjoyed wearing it! With the hemline it was just different enough to be fun while still appropriate. The XS fit perfectly (I'm normally a 2) and it hit just below the knee on me, which I liked with heels.

I was not able to wear this dress. The size label was out of it and it was so tight I could not zip it. I think it was a Small on the Large rack. I told customer service and they said they would address this. I would certainly try this again.

the fabric is thick which gives it the flow - that's one of the things that instantly makes a designer piece stand our (RTR you evil thing you, once you get a taste, with unlimited RTR, it's impossible to not to) but my problem is (always) small top - and this one was again a fail in this department - didn't zip - too small - perfect in the waist but not for the ta-tas :(

Very cute dress but my boobies were smooshed and I'm a 34B.

The fit around the arms is a bit tight, but overall it's a nice dress. The length was pretty conservative - it came to right around my knees, but looked flattering.

Rented for work. I'm between a size 8-10 and the dress I got in size M was too small in the bust and waist. Will try a larger size in my Unlimited membership but wish this has fit.

It was very tight through the bust. I had to squeeze into the medium. Heavier fabric. I thought it looked great on, but wasn't so comfortable for my large chested self. I'd order a large next time. Probably not an issue for the "B" cup crowd.

Please, please, read the reviews for this dress. I typically wear a size 4 or 6 and the size medium of this dress was too small. I could not zip it. I reordered it in a large on my unlimited plan mostly because I am curious if this dress is even made with anywhere close to normal proportions. Also, I like the style of it and the fabric. Well, the large fit me -- at least I could zip it. However, the large looked too heavy on and went right to my knee which made it look frumpy. If you are very flat chested, this is probably the dress for you! If not, then I would probably skip it. It just isn't flattering in these dimensions.

This was a replacement for the back-up dress I had selected (my back-up selection wasn't returned in time and this replacement was selected for me by RTR). I typically wear a medium, but with some clothing I can fit into a small - I rarely have to go up to a large. With this dress, I was unable to zip the side zipper, so luckily my original dress selection fit me as I wouldn't have been able to wear this dress. I had to laugh when I saw what they sent me. The wedding I attended was for a Clemson alum, and this dress is solid U of SC colors!! I am sure the bride would have forgiven me if I had worn it...

Unfortunately I was unable to wear this dress but it is pretty. I am a size 12 and the Large was still too small. I was able to get in it and zip it up (eventually) but it was too tight.

I ordered the large hoping it would fit over my 36DD chest but was so small on top I couldn't even make the zipper sides touch. Too bad because it is a pretty dress, well made.

I loved how different the cut of this dress was. Unfortunately, the bust was super tight on me. It resulted in a lot of side boob spillage. It was a heavy fabric and the side that fits closer to the body didn't lay right at my hip because of the way the zipper stopped there.
