This is a great dress for work- beautiful colors and pattern. I'm a 4/6 and got the Medium- next time I may try the Small because there's definitely some extra room. It's not the most figure flattering dress but for work it's perfect. I'd definitely rent again!

This dress was great to wear from the work day into drinks and dinner for my anniversary. It's light enough for the summer even with long-sleeves. I loved everything about this dress and wish I owned it!

The neck line definitely shows too much, even when tied tightly. I wore a burgundy yoga half top underneath, problem solved. I also wore this with light brown boots - you can wear any color with this, really. I got stopped in the grocery store and dentist office with comments and questions about the dress. Great for work to after work. The small fit fine for me, it's not too fitted at hips but waistline is nice.

This dress was flattering and extremely comfortable. The sleeves were wider than I had anticipated but I think it added a bit of fun! The material was soft. The only downside was the front. I had to wear a tank top underneath because of the opening. If it weren't for that I would have considered keeping this one!

This dress is great year round with boots or sandals. I wore it to a rodeo with cowboy boots. The dress was very comfortable and I loved the pattern.

I thought this was a super easy dress. The cut was both forgiving and cute. It was rather cold so I wore tights and boots, but i think strappy heels or something more comfortable would have worked too.

The dress is really charming, and I expect wearability 4 seasons of the year. The silk fabric is lined, and super comfortable. The pattern has a slight peasant/folklore look without being crazy. It was a great airline travel dress and does not wrinkle easily. Hope RTR continues to have Parker dresses. They are gorgeous and well-made.

This is a cute and bright geometric print dress. Was a little baggy so I wore a belt. It still was a bit baggy though. The print made up for it.

I loved the print of this dress and that it has sleeves. I wore it to a more casual, outdoor wedding and it fit the bill perfectly. I just had a baby and I have quite a gut left. I thought this dress was pretty flattering and it fit really well in my (large) chest area. Maybe a tiny bit too tight but I can't wait to rent it again when my bloat settles down.

Ended up wearing this to work and out to the bar with a few friends later that day. The V in the front is really low and definitely reveals some boob, but it's not tight at all. The inside slip was somewhat annoying as I had to keep adjusting it throughout the day. Other than that, this was gorgeous. Definitely renting again.

The quality of this dress is great, length is perfect for work (I'm 5'3")… Sleeves are a little more billowy then I would prefer, and keyhole neck required me to wear a black Cami underneath. Overall, a great day dress that I would rent again!

I love the fun touches on this dress like the elastic sleeves and the see through "train tracks" as my daughter said. But for a large busted person, the front slit is so low that it's hard not to see a bra peeking through. I also received this via Unlimited and it had a BO smell. Yikes! It needed more dry cleaning I guess.

For a Parker dress, this Large runs a little bit big; not big enough to clam it "runs large" because I think it fits like a true large should, but Parker typically runs a little small (especially in their larger sizes) and this one does not. I'm in between a 10 and a 12, but I could have worn a medium in this one for slightly more fitted look. The extra room wasn't bothersome, though. tThe sleeves, however, are very blouse-y. I wasn't expecting that from the model pictures. The sleeves are very wide! I tried to capture that in my picture. Seeing as it is still chilly here I paired it with black tights and black boots. The dress is a bit more navy than black though so this could easily be worn with other colors too.

This dress was comfortable and unique. I selected it as part of my unlimited subscription not really knowing where I was going to wear it. I ended up wearing it to work and received many compliments. Like the other reviews, you'll need to wear a tank or something underneath if you don't want to show a ton of cleavage.

I am a size 8 and ordered a medium. The dress was quite roomy due to the elastic waist. I found it not as flattering. The front is very low cut. But the print is beautiful and I loved the billowy sleeves.

This pattern is what my pillow dreams are made of! I'm not ashamed to admit that I wore it to work and then turned around to wear it again with friends that weekend. Worked with tights or without. Very comfortable!

Usually I order a medium, but following reviews I rented down to a small and glad I did. Great color, comfortable fit, wore it with tights and black booties.

This dress is a good one because it is super versatile - it can go daytime (I wore it for a school event) or for date night, you can wear it with flats or with boots for winter. As others have noted, the sleeves are a little puffy - which is the only reason I'm not buying the dress now. But I've kept it for longer than most simply because it is such an easy dress to throw on.

Low cut

This dress fit well and was very comfortable. I wore it to an informal anniversary party, but it would also have been work-appropriate. The neck is cut very low, so if wearing for work, I would have worn a cami. For an evening event, I was comfortable without a cami, and I just tied the strings and let them hang in the opening, obscuring a peek-a-boo show. The sleeves are more flowy than I was expecting, but it added a nice detail. I think this dress would work especially well for ladies who have a small waist and larger hips/glutes/quads.

This dress was one of my favorite rentals! The dress fit perfectly on both the top and bottom, and was a great length for me even though I am quite tall. The sleeves are a bit more 'billowy' than the picture, but it works with the pattern. The only small change I would make would be to have the neck slit a bit higher because it almost was too low.

I was able to pair it with flats and wear it to work.. cute dress.. elastic around the wrists was a bit snug..

Very soft dress, perfect for family celebration. Fit well and I got a number of compliments.

Length was short enough to give it a bit of sass, without being too short and the tie neck adds a bit of interest.

Parker dresses always fit true to size, and you're always the same size in their clothing - so it's so easy and reliable to rent!

The dress fits as shown, it feels very light and is very flattering without being snug. The colors are vibrant and the vee neck is low (a standard bra will show in the middle) but I paired it with a bright cobalt bralette and it looked fantastic. I wore it to a reunion brunch with girlfriends and got lots of compliments, and not just from my girlfriends!

I wore this three times, first time out to dinner and twice to work. I work at two different locations so I was able to slide in another wearing. The slip underneath runs a little narrow on the bottom, but not enough to pull when sitting. The hem was coming out in the front, but I put a piece of scotch tape on it, and held it in place without being visible.

Added a dark tank underneath for work. Otherwise too revealing. Length on the shorter side for me but still appropriate for work. Loved it and will probably rent again

I am a curvy woman, so it was a bit short on me than I liked. I paired it with some leggings, and it looked fine.

This is all about the details. Great pattern, fabric and details. The fit is a bit large. An under shirt is necessary based on how low the front is. Awesome dress.

I loved this dress- I could have gone with the Small though. The sleeves are bell-like, and it drapes really wonderfully. It was perfect for a casual friday at work.

This dress is adorable, comfortable and just great in general. I love the length, which hits just above the knee (I'm 5' 9"), so I don't feel overly exposed. My only complaints are that it's a bit baggy on me and that I have a rather large bust so the cut out in the front was a teeny bit risque for my taste. All in all, though, I love it.

Everyone loved the colors of the dress. It was really comfortable and easy to move in. I was the chair of a silent auction so I went with the Large for a bit more length. It was a great dress for a business casual event and I would definitely recommend wearing it!
