This purse had a weird design that made it pretty impractical to use. As you can see in the 3rd photo in the main listing, there's a weird black liner with handles. Unfortunately the effect is that you can't get anything in or out of the purse easily, and it looks weird. I'm sending it back.

The correct way to use this bag is to tie the black straps and a loose bow on top. I may buy this one. It was extremely handy and I loved having the option to grab the smaller handles or use the strap. The design just worked well for me. My items were secure, it was a great size, and well-made, of course. Loved it.

A very comfortable and elevated bag, it works well as a cross-body and is such a nice mid-size. The tote-bag interior is a luxe satin and brings a vibe. Perfect for vacation and for a statement. As a day-to-day bag, the tote interior could be impractical, but it wasn't a problem for me!

Would only fit a phone and cash

This purse is very nice, but.... it's impossible to go through a day with it without regretting using it just because the tie on top is so not practical , I wish I could rate it a 5 stars purse because if the looks but to me the fact that it makes your life harder is more important

For a bag that looks practical, everyday, throw it on with anything, it is super dysfunctional and not very big. If it was a statement bag for a cocktail party or night out i could handle it. Read the reviews and don't waste a spot with this item.

It was not a good bag. It has a piece inside that makes no sense. You have to pull it out to put things inside then stuff it back in. I would not recommend this bag at all

The tie top in order to access whatever is in your purse is so inconvenient. Even transferring items from my old purse to this one proved annoying and difficult. I immediately put it back in the rent the runway bag to return.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. My only critique is that it has a "lining" that will expand with handles to allow you to really pack this baby to the gills if you need to; turning it into a mini tote of sorts. The only problem with these expandable handles is that they take away from how utterly chic this bag's silloutte is.

I liked the lining! I just put everything inside it and tied the handles together, so my things didn't get lost in it. Didn't find it difficult or impractical at all, and it was nice to have some protection from my purse being open. Could also be used as an alternate way of carrying the bag, but I liked the cross-body. I love the black and brown color combo, makes it extremely wearable with a variety of outfits. Perfect size for everyday - easily fits wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses, etc. It was a little bit of a lighter brown/less red then in the photos, just as an observation.

Wanted to love this purse. Couldn't get past the tote handle. I prefer a zipper. Returning.
