Definitely my vibe. Cute and easy to wear. The other reviews helped me understand how it wears (one piece, partially tucked). I teach middle school and it’s perfect for the fall or spring. Considering buying.

Phillip Lim dresses are amazing. Design, material and fit. If you are a petite, rent this dress, plus the french terry dresses. You will fall in love & get so many compliments.

Needed biker shorts underneath to feel comfortable at work (teacher), but otherwise a great dress.

The top can be a little awkward to know where and how to tuck in. But it was great for work. I was able to wear sneakers with it but really you can dress it up or down.

Look like you made an effortless outfit in just one piece! Such a great rental for when you just don't want to think about putting an outfit together. This definitely fits True to Size for the intentional oversized look of the dress. The skirt is sitting more at my natural waist like on the model. If you like your skirts to sit a little higher, you can definitely get away with sizing down. The netting on the inside had me confused at first, but it keeps the whole dress sitting in the perfect place.

I absolutely loved this dress, especially for work. It was easy to wear, and I received so many compliments. My one quip was it wrinkled SO MUCH, even after ironing. Otherwise it was perfect.

Yes, this is a tricky one like the reviews say. I gambled and the large was the right choice for me and it hit me correctly at the waist. There's this weird netting underneath the t-shirt and you can sort of see it through the white shirt. That was a bit weird. It was an okay wear for a day at school. I actually got quite a few compliments!

I love this brand. This was such a comfy dress. Perfect for travel.

I liked this dress as a concept but really didn't think it did much for my figure. I probably should have tucked the t-shirt portion in more on the sides.

This is why RTR is great. I would never buy this, but happy to wear it a few times. The top was a bit heavier than I thought it would be.

I didn’t have as many fit issues with this as others noted. The shirt is not really adjustable, so you have to like how it lays. It needed a lot of steaming, but was long enough on my frame and fun for a casual day of breweries

Casual one piece I liked the belt but the tee detail created a sloppy fit if not ironed perfectly. Maybe sizing down would help?

Super cool looking dress concept but uncomfortable to get on and off. Very wrinkly. Would be better as separate skirt and shirt.

I felt like a Girl Scout in a not great way. It’s weird with the shirt and skirt being attached and was not flattering

The top is connected to the skirt with two panels so you can adjust how tucked in the top is. The belt keeps everything snug.

Wore this several times, lots of compliments! Loved the edgy vibe and comfortable fabrics. Even in our HOT weather.

I would buy if it wasn't $$$$. Wore several times for work and errands. The T-shirt part is designed to have the perfect tuck already done PLUS perfect draping from shoulders to tuck. The skirt part is adjustable thanks to the belt. A little long, hit me just above the knee (I have long legs) and was very work appropriate as a result but petite ladies this might be too much fabric on you. Wore with sneakers and dressy flats alike.

Prob one of the coolest outfits I've worn from RTR! I sized down so that the waist hit me just right.

I really love this dress, esp because it looks like separates but without me needing to fidget all day to maintain the perfect "French tuck" look. Took this on European vacation and it was so easy to wear and comfortable while still looking put together in late summer/early fall.

If you have a perky booty, the skirt fabric is stiff and will lift in a rigid angle in the back. otherwise it is a very cool look.

Looks put together but so easy to wear. Skirt is plenty long! Does get wrinkled after wearing for a bit if you care about that kind of thing.
