This was such a cute dress to wear for work. The fabric is light weight and did not easily wrinkle. The style was flattering with the belted waist and wrap around feel to the dress. The dress was of great quality and the button details in a diagonal made it uniquely stylish. The color was like a rich pink burgundy. This was a great choice for warm weather professional dress.

Love everything about this dress. Nice and cool for summer. Great color. Cute buttons. Will wear many times.

Wore this dress a couple times on a long work trip. It was so easy to dress up or down - especially in hot Texas weather. I’m between a 6-8 in sizes and went with an 8 to be safe. Could’ve worn either. Loved this style - work appropriate but also feminine and more modern than the average “work” dress. Will rent again!

I wore this on a very long 15 hour work day in Miami. It was a great color and had unique elements in the design that I liked.

I rented this for a big meeting I had coming up at work and it ended up being a perfect fit! I was a little wary of the fabric when I first pulled it out, but it gave the dress a nice shape. It didn't wrinkle easily, and didn't show bra straps. The belt cinches at the waist nicely. 10/10 work dress!

This dress was super comfortable, lightweight and a great color. But one warning if you'll be outside, the fabric does not hide/camouflage sweat.

I wore to work with a jacket and then happy hour after. I like the fit, as well as the belt that cinches the waist. The belt was a folded over so that wrinkling of the fabric didn’t look great. My main complaint is the buttons in the back. Similar to the front, the buttons go down the middle of the back. It came unbuttoned after sitting so just be careful of that! Only happened once. Try it!

Great summer dress as the material is light. The color was a deep maroon which I didn't love. It fit fine but was just ok for me.

Lots of unique detail but the lines of it weren't particularly flattering. The dress fit but was very tight in the bust area. The fabric needed ironing and really showed sweat rings.

This sensible dress by 3.1 Phillip Lim x RTR arrived new with tags! I feel like it runs a tad big and recommend renting a size down if you prefer a more fitted look. The fabric felt a bit stiff with no stretch. This style is roomy throughout the midsection, and has an adjustable belt to cinch the waist. It has pockets! The v-neck allows for all cup sizes, and I was able to wear a standard bra. At 5'7", the length hit me about 3 inches above my knees. The buttons running along each side of the dress were a fun twist to your typical button up style. The second set runs along the back side. The cranberry is a fun summer color, and it's an easy style to pair with sandals and a simple necklace!

This dress is really boxy. It has no shape whatsoever except what you give it by buckling the belt at the waist. The fabric just hangs limply and doesn’t flow or move with you well. It was too big on me up top but the neckline can’t be pinned so it just gapped away from my body. The color is gorgeous but I found the fit to be pretty disappointing and unflattering. Didn’t wear.

Material is thin. It fit ok at the top but the waist as too big and the belt is sewn in so you can’t adjust it

Ideal travel dress. You can dress up or dress down. Easy to hand wash and dry while traveling. Lovely design.

Loved the color and fit of this one. I typically wear a Size 4 and sized down to a 2 for a more fitted look. I'd say size down if you're in between sizes. The belt was a bit tricky on this one- it's sewn into place and I didn't quite like how it was positioned, but I made it work.
