This Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini dress is beautiful but runs small... The lace sleeve is anice touch but very fragile. I still wore the dress for a girls night out and made it work.

I rented this for a Cher concert. And after reading the only review saying it was a size too small, I sized up one size. As you can see in the photo I was able to get it on, however I panicked thinking I might not be able to get it off. Tight around the shoulders and needed assistance to get it off. The lace on the arm was way too tight to wear comfortably. Otherwise, it's a great dress! Silk material so it's pretty thin and wouldn't be good for colder weather.

I decided not to wear this for my event because it was not comfortable & the fit was awkward. Absolutely need to size up, especially if you're a C cup or larger. Also the lace inset was very thin and felt fragile. You'll likely need help with the tiny snaps along the left shoulder & up the neck as they're very small. I love this designer, but this just didn't work for me.

The material was very nice, but the fit did not work for me at all. The lace sleeve was very restrictive, and I was too concerned about tearing it to wear the dress all night. Meanwhile, the midsection was too large and so the fit was not flattering.

But it was inhumanly small. I normally wear a size 4. I was thinking about sizing up with previous experience from this designer, but I couldn't even get this over my head fully! Was this a case of worn and dry cleaned too many times? Felt more like a 00 than a 4!

Could not fit over my chest
