I loved this dress. Not what I normally would get but so happy I tried it! A fee notes about the dress. The straps are not adjustable so shoulders set - no slouching. The ruffles at the shoulder need to be pinned up. The top is cut to be blouse. I tried in in the RTR store another dress by this same designer. That dress had a long full skirt and the same top. I thought this dress would be the same cut but shorter. No. This dress has more of a slight A-line skirt. I usually wear a 12 but had sized down because I wanted the top to be more fitted (looks better than blouse). Imagine my surprise st a fitted skirt, not the full skirt I had expected! Time for Spanx (luckily I had black Spanx so it was not obvious as you could see the end of the shorts through the opening where the buttons are on the skirt. A fun flirty detail!)! It all worked out in the end. I felt great in the dress. Received many many compliments. Very fun dress!

Super cute dress. Fits true to size. The top / bust area is a little baggy, but I'm not especially busty and not sure if that's the way designer intended. It didn't bother me. The buttons are a cute detail, but will pop open if you're not careful.

Great dress! Had to pin up the little floofs because they kept falling over, and the straps could have been a smidge tighter (they're not adjustable) but I would definitely rent this again!

I can see how this dress may have an awkward fit as some of the reviewers say, but if you have a larger chest, this dress is a dream! Dresses with zippers are generally very hard to fit on me as anything that fits in the waist will be way too small in the chest, but this is one of the best fitting dresses I have ever tried on. Fits so beautifully and perfectly, creating a really lovely retro hourglassy/tulip dress shape. It also was a perfect "not too long not too short" length for my 5'9'' frame. I was also able to wear it with a strapless bra easily. As reviewed say it does run a bit large. I would usually do a 12 in a zippered dress but the 10 fits great. I am not a fan of prints generally and tried this in the print and solid black and was very surprised I loved the print one more! I've worn it on vacations and out to girls nights. I will likely buy this one; one of my favorites ever (and one of my partner's too! ;))

I love this trendy dress by Prabal Gurung Collective! Running true to size with no stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going up for your back up. This style is fitted throughout the bust and midsection and loose at the hips. It works for cup sizes A-C. You are able to wear a standard bra or strapless bra with this dress. At 5’4”, the length hit tea length on me. The pattern on the dress is amazing in person . Pair with black or even hot pink heels and fun earrings to complete your outfit!

I wound up wearing a Camilla dress I own, but this dress was very pretty and flattering.

Loved this dress! The pattern, buttons down the skirt and ribbons on the back are fun details that make it special. As others have said the top is loose, great if you have a bigger chest. I didn't fully fill it out but still liked the silhouette. My dress had 2 buttons missing on the skirt which was annoying but not super obvious. You do need to pin the shoulder ruffles to the straps so they stay up - i had 2 tiny black safety pins that worked perfectly.

I got so many compliments on this! As the other reviews note, the ruffles don't stand up on the top. I ended up pinning them (can't use fashion tape because it'll get stuck in your hair). It's the perfect length and is super flattering. The bust was a bit large, but nothing that would prevent me from wearing for a night. Would totally rent again!

Almost spot on with fit. From the waist down was perfect! The top had to be pinned on the side and the back had to be tied to fit to my body. I normally wear a 6 or a 8 and wore the 6R and think if I tried to size down the waist to bottom area would be too tight. I made it work and it was a hit!

I get that the chest is supposed to be flowy but it wasn't flattering. I paired this with a blazer for the office. Flower on strap was permanently flopped. Skirt portion was nice. True to size.

This is an odd dress. It looked so pretty in photos, but is just ok in person. The fit is odd, true to size thru waist and hips and very flattering, but the bust was huge and I wear a 32D!! It was a bit long, which I was expecting, and the straps would not stay up. The little flounces at the straps kept flopping over. Probably better on someone taller. I wouldn't rent again.

My usual size fit very well from the rib cage down but, even with my most heavily padded bra, the chest was still baggie and gaping.

I'm usually between a size 2 and 4 and the size 2 was plenty of room in the waist but not too much. Made it comfortable and when I sat down my skin didn't squeeze between the buttoned slots (which come up pretty high on your thigh). There was too much room in the bust but wasn't too low. Definitely midi length so I suggest wearing heels. I wore with a cardigan to work and then I didn't have to worry about the ruffles staying up at the top (double stick tape didn't work. You've got to use fashion tape). It was pretty but I prob would not rent again

I LOVE this dress, but the other dress with the same details is a lot more flows than the dress, so I was not expecting the skirt portion to me a little on the slim side. The fabric is a really soft satiny fabric. The colors are really pretty. Yes, the little ruffles on the straps don't stand up - so what! I'll pin it or use double sided tape to make it stand up - No Biggie!! Lol But - returned it, and I'm hoping I can actually snag the bigger size once my returns are logged in.

I love the pink pattern on this dress. The cut was fantastic and the dress just feels like...love. I felt beautiful and like I could take on the world in this dress. I would rent again. Also I wear a 4 but was able to fit into this perfectly. I am curvy w/ a small chest. So certain body types could size down.

Sized down to a 4R instead of usual 6R which ran much too large in the bust. Well made dress, quality tailoring. You will need fashion tape to keep the ruffles up top from flopping down. Just tape them to the grosgrain ribbon strap -- works perfectly.

I found this dress to be very comfortable and flattering. It was comfortable and elegant.

Gorgeous dress- a head turner. I wore this on vacation in Florida and it was stunning. Yes the ruffles at the shoulder flop down a bit, but easily fixed that with double sided tape. As other reviews say, it does run large. I'm between a 4/6 and wore a 2 which had a little room in the chest but it worked. Rent a size or 2 down!

The straps were a bit long on me, but just made my posture better. Loved the buttons. Very feminine and sharp!

I LOVED this! Got lots of compliments at work and at an evening event I went to. I wore it with a thin black turtleneck underneath for a layered/covered up look. I also paired it with black tights and ankle boots one night, and with white sneakers for something more casual. The print is fun and not too loud. Would rent again!

This dress just gave me the feeling of sexy with out showing a lot of skin! The bottom detail at the knees to thighs is subtle but sexy.

Fit a little big on me but was flattering and still looked nice. The fabric on the straps wanted to bend out of shape but I was able to force it into place by securing it with straps.

I liked this dress on the model, but when I tried it on, it just didn't flatter me at all. It might fit an hourglass figure well, but on my straight up and down frame, it was too big and blousy in the chest and tight in the waist with no give in the fabric. Also, there are long ribbons on the back of each shoulder. I'm not sure if they were supposed to serve a function or were just there to look pretty, but they just looked weird. Too bad, too, because it's cute otherwise.

Fit was a little big on the straps, which are not adjustable, snug by rib cage, but loose in waist. Made a little uncomfortable. May go down a size if i rent again.

Runs big - especially the top. Couldn't wear it.

I wore a size 8, am a 34 D and the top was still large on me.

I ended up not wearing this dress. As others have mentioned, it was large in the chest (and I'm a 34D) and the detail on the shoulder did not stay up at all, I would have had to tape them to stay up. Between those two items, it was just not a flattering dress despite it being a nice fabric.

Loved this dress. The bust area was too large in me I'm a 32 B. Size 0 would have been better.

Large in chest, smaller through hips. Non-adjustable straps, and the flowers on either shoulder unfortunately droop down to show the underside of the pattern.

Beautiful dress, but the fit didn't work for my pear shaped frame. The top half was at least 2 sizes too big and the bottom half probably a size too big. The fabric is much thinner and has more movement than I expected from the photos. It would be a great dress for spring/summer cocktail events!

The fit was very flattering and perfect for work since it was not revealing. The issue was the fabric- it felt cheap. It even looks a little cheap.

I'm 5'2", and it was just a bit too long and odd for me. Other comments about the flower-y flair on the straps is true. They don't stay "up" like they do on the model, so they are droopy and kind of weird. The straps aren't adjustable either, so I'd have had to pin them down to wear this. With the odd length and a bit of tightness around the tummy, it just wasn't worth the time to fix the straps too. Didn't wear it.

Didn't end up wearing. Did a last minute change. I was choosing between two dresses. It was just 'meh'. Fit comfortably. Almost too comfortably for a size 0R. At 5'8, if I'm in a 0, I imagine smaller ladies would be swimming in it. The cute flouncy details on the shoulders were a let-down. they were flopped over and looked messy - you couldn't tell what they were. Fabric is super soft and silky and pattern super cute. The pink splooshes are awesome! Way more casual than I thought it would look. I tried it on with a pair of "character" shoes - heavy heeled patent Mary Janes and tights and a little black moto jacket - it was a cool look. Just not for a dress up night.

Thought I could wear with a sweater for work, but it wasn't quite right. Cute dress though.
