I work in the arts, and always need something subtle yet artsy for larger opening nights. This dress perfectly fits the bill! It runs a bit small, but once it's on, it looks sooo good. Bigger busted girls beware - if I was bigger than a 34C I would not have been able to zip her

I absolutely loved this dress and wished it would’ve been available in a bigger size. I got a 16 but it fit more like a big 12/small 14 in my opinion; I was really having to suck it in all night and I couldn’t bend down or raise my arms past a certain point. The leg slit is cut very high too so be aware of that. The cape is gorgeous and the statement of the entire look. Despite the small sizing, it really is a beautiful garment. If it’s ever available in bigger sizes, I’d surely rent again.

Wore this to a memorial service. Hid my trouble tummy (where I tend to accumulate excess weight) nicely. Agree with others that the slit was a titch high, but easily camouflaged with black hose. Received several compliments and felt comfortable and classy despite not being at my goal weight.

Fits great. The material was wrinkly though and I didn't love the slit. But the cape was so fun!

I'm curvy - dress had nice stretch and beautiful tailoring. Lovely & high quality fabric. Keeping it for one more work presentation I have to make. Then will be sad to return.

I rented this for a charity gala and felt so beautiful in it. It's not your average LBD - such a different fun style. The fabric is thick and comfortable. I'm 5' 1" and a size 4. This fit perfectly.

This dress was really fun and really comfortable. I wore it to a stylish LA wedding. At first I wished I went more fashionable but in the end really happy with it. I'm 6 months post partum so the fabric made it very easy to feel comfortable in and hid any problem areas especially in the tummy with ease yet the cape created a great style and statement. It's not sexy but very chic. If you're between sizes probably go smaller. Perfect for feeling sexy without being self conscious.

This dress is absolutely perfect for a memorial service or a funeral. I wore it with completely opaque, black tights to play down the leg slit and it disappeared. I am petite at 5’3”. The length was just above the knee on my body. If you’re taller, it could be too mini for such an event. The fit is perfect. I generally wear a 0/XS and this fit perfectly TTS.

Great sophisticated dress for either a nice business affair or other formal daytime event like a funeral. Wore it for my uncle’s funeral and just felt like I was dressed to respect him and all he was.

This dress is flawless. It flatters every figure, is sophisticated, makes you feel beautiful and can be worn to a professional work event and then continued for a night out. I love that it is knee length (especially for those of us in our 40s who prefer our dresses to be at least knee length). If you haven't yet worn this make sure you get the right size and go for it. I'm 5'7 and covid weight am 150 so size 8 or I could do size 10 if I didn't want anyone to see I had a body.

slot was just right, length was perfect- never felt too short, it hung off my backside perfectly. great dress. i loved the hanging swag and short sleeves. this dress covered all the right spots.

The material is not forgiving so it doesn't fit if your. Not a perfect model size which is a huge bummer since I really wanted to wear this to the Grammys Ot was SO cool but if you have even a slight tummy buldge or your back is not toned the zipper is not going up so get a size bigger

I really wanted this to work. Not sure if it comes in other sizes but I am willing to bet it will be perfect in the next size up. I need more space in the hip/butt area. It's a fun dress and nice take on another LBD. I'll try in another size for sure!

I did like this dress but it was a bit too short/sexy with the slit and the short length when my legs aren't my greatest feature. I rented because of the interesting cape on the back, and was going to an outdoor wedding in the fall, but I'm glad I didn't wear it as I may have been too hot (the day wasn't as cool as expected). I may rent again for a different occasion. It's a beautiful and unique dress.

The top fit beautifully but it was tight in the hips, which made the slit way too revealing for my taste (I'm talking upper upper thigh!).

I wore the larger of the 2 dresses because I wanted to be comfortable. It was super flattering and I could move around in it. I got a lot of compliments!

Loved the shape and cut of this dress, but the cape was just too long/too much on my short frame. I felt like it'd get caught on things and dipped in my salad dressing or something on accident so I didn't end up wearing it. The slit is also rather high, I'm short so it wasn't a problem, but I could see it being a bit high for someone with longer legs.

Way too short and too tight with no give or stretch. Well above the knee like a miniskirt. I was planning to wear this for a corporate fundraiser. It gave more vegas club vibe. I couldn't even wear it the event.

It was a great fitted dress and the half cape really made the dress stand out. It was super comfortable, great for when you needed to hit the dance floor, and overall was super sleek and modern looking.

This LBD is next level - from the rushing to the cape and asymmetry! I am 5'8 and the dress was the perfect length, although the slit does go a little high once you're seated. The size 16 fit, but was just a tad snug (disclaimer: I'm wider on top and narrow in the middle) for it to be 5 stars.
