I’m 133lbs and 5’4”. I usually wear a 4 or 6 but I read the reviews and wore a size smaller. Looks great! I followed another reviewers style and paired it with a turtleneck onesie and forgets and boots. I wore this for a semi dressy business function.

I think after seeing the fit bars and reading some reviews from bustier gals I went with my bigger size, but I think either would have fit. I'm usually either a 10 or 12 depending on brand. After losing 20 lbs I'm more often a 10. I'm barely 5'5, 160 lbs, between a 36D-36DD, really thick legs with a lot of muscle, mostly flat stomach, broad shoulders, and pretty busty. The 12 fit fine almost everywhere. I don't wear a bra often which helps with fit sometimes (it can make me look too top heavy), so without it fit everywhere with some room. With a bra I was maxing out in available space for the bust. My waist is 9" smaller than my bust, so it's bound to be tight or loose somewhere in a fabric with no give like this dress, but it wasn't horrible. The twist in the waist still helped give some shape. The cape/scarf is adorable. I didn't realize it could come forward all the way though so that got in the way when I was bending over picking up after my 8 year old or the dogs. This could be cute for everyday, low key family events, or a low key date. I love it! I won't be keeping it at this price though. It's not quite that great! I will be watching for the price to drop though. I liked the slit in the legs. Added a little sex appeal to an outfit that could be too modest. The color, pattern, and fabric give me fall & winter vibes so I love it for the season. It would probably be cute with tights (and maybe knee high boots if you're taller than me). It's a unique dress. Can't wait to wear it out of the house monday!

I have rented this dress before but have gained some weight so sized up. It fit perfectly both times I rented and the draping is so flattering from every angle! Definite rent again

I wore this to a rehearsal dinner on a warm night in October and I loved it! The cape adds a bit of drama without being too over the top and the fit is very flattering in the mid-section. I will say that the leg slit was unnecessary and slightly annoying when I sat down (I'm 5'9 though so it might be a non-issue for a shorter person). Overall I thought this was a fun rental!

I love this dress except for the front slit. I dislike that design in all of my work dresses because I feel like it's too revealing for office attire. I wore this non-maternity dress as a maternity dress and I love the design with the cape. I felt very confident wearing it. But unfortunately it's getting too tight to comfortably wear as my pregnancy progresses. Hopefully I'll get to rent it again in a few months!

This one armed cape dress is terrific! The traditional print is a wry contrast with the modern silhouette. It was a little short for me hence the 4-star and not 5-star rating. Otherwise, a perfectly sophisticated dress for work!

This dress worked with other wearers, just not so much with me. My issue is twofold - first, I don't like front slits on hemlines that are above the knee, I think it's overkill since your movement isn't restricted and leg is already showing. The other issue I had was the cut of the sheath, it's too roomy and did nothing for me. Add a cape and it's just too much shapeless fabric on me. If I try this dress again I'll order down a size so as to give some shape to the lovely fabric.

Wore this fabulous dress for a design workshop and meeting. Felt filled with confidence and can do attitude all day! Fabric has no stretch but cut is comfortable. Cape bit doesn't really add warmth if your office AC is strong. Styled as shown in office and swapped the pumps out for combat boots on the commute.

The fitted torso with gathering was slimming and stylish.

Wore a turtleneck underneath for winter. Super fun, comfortable and lots of compliments.

I loved the fit of this dress! Super easy to wear. I got more than one comment comparing the dress to a Scottish kilt with the draping plaid fabric. I made it work, but something to be aware of.

This is the chicest dress, I just wish it ran bigger. It was tight across my chest and the slit road up.

I'm usually a 4 but went with the 2 because I didn't want it to overwhelm me. It was a perfect fit. The fabric is light with some give but no stretch. The ruching at the waist is super flattering and the cape - LOVE! Highly recommend.

This is a standout dress. The caps is amazing. I ordered two sizes up. Do that if you are hippy or curvy. Just wish it was a little longer. Great rental for work!

This was exactly what I was looking for to give a training without needing to wear a suit. The fabric and style dress it up and it fall just right on my 5 month pregnant belly. There was still room to grow, but it still fit well. I could probably wear this another couple months.

I’d been watching it for the price to drop and I pounced when it did — the positive reviews are all true! I am so happy that I bought it — it makes me smile just hanging in my closet. It’s a wee bit snug across my large chest but works with the right bra. I feel confident and happy wearing it — it’s different without being wild, perfect for a senior role in a creative industry. I love this dress!

You'll look like a member of the Scottish royal family (and isn't that every Outlander fan's dream?) in this dress. Love the over-the-shoulder sash/cape. LOVE that the other shoulder has a short sleeve instead of being sleeveless or cap sleeve which I can't really pull off anymore. SUPER flattering ruching - pop on a brooch like I did and go for the whole Highlander look. Wore to holiday lunch with the girls and paired with Spanx skinny pants in black because baby, it's cold outside and also I favor longer lengths these days - treated the dress like a tunic top. Would totally rent again.

The fit was true to size or slightly big. I'm almost 5'8, 122 lbs, size b, and a size 2 was comfortable. Because of the slit, I could not have sized to a 0. This is definitely not conservative enough to wear to the office, even with tights, for corporate work in the South. Maybe on the East or West coast in a start-up, but not a more traditional large company. Overall, I LOVE the dress! Stunning and it grabbed the attention of many!

I loved wearing this dress. The cape on one shoulder did not get annoying as I thought it might - it stays pretty well in place unless you bend over, and you can easily put it back. Lots of compliments. Comfortable in air travel and meetings.

This is the only thing I've ever rented that I would actually consider buying. I loved the drama of the cape! The dress did run a little big in my opinion -- I'm a true size 0 and I pinned it in at the waist to be a bit more flattering. The draping made it easy to hide my pinning perfectly. The fabric wasn't totally amazing as it was polyester, but I liked that it was lighter so the cape wasn't heavy.
