This dress has so many beautiful details, and yet is very simple and chic. The fit is true to size and very flattering.

Comfortable and stylish- the buttons are only lined at the top so if you wear flats it should be fine but could be a bit revealing if you rent a smaller tighter size

You may not be able to tell from the pictures posted but the back of this dress is so June and stylish- it has a back "window" above the bra line. It's low cut but ok for work for me. The a lot had buttons- can't imagine that slit without! It's a little showy at certain angles but I loved it: lots of space in the middle/ almost too much. 36c 140lb 5 8

This is a lovely dress. Wanted to wear it to work, but it didn’t work on my body. The material, design, and quality is top notch. It’s so unique, the top is amazing. This would be an amazing dress on a woman with narrow hips. I am a pear shaped woman, it didn’t work. The skirt has buttons all down the bottom, if you have any curves it pulls the dress apart. There is also a cut out in the center of the dress and the back. You really need the right body for this dress. Lots of potential. Ladies with narrow hips - do it!

This dress is very comfortable and easy to wear, but difficult to place for any particular event. Too sexy for church or work (unless you're casted in Suits or Devil Wears Prada) but too "work" for a date or drinks with the girls. I closed the front up with a brooch and wore a scarf around my shoulders to make it more work appropriate. Definitely something I would purchase, however. I really enjoyed wearing it.

This is a statement power dress and I will be the first to admit that I think I'm wearing it wrong. Specifically, I think this dress would make a bigger impact layered over a crisp white blouse. Since the dress is wool crepe, it's really too warm as a short-sleeve and the skin detracts from the lines. There are exquisite details from the buttons on the skirt to the caped closure in the back. I will rent again in cooler weather and layer.

This dress fit well, but it is very low cut and open on the chest. Not for the modest without something under. It's a little hard to zip and I realized the open chest after performing contortions to zip so ended up pinning and it was ok. There is extra fabric in the tummy area which could cover a little pooch or just be loos along the waist. Button detail on the split is cute, though you can see skin, especially when seated it's a bit high.

It looks and feel great. Perfect for work.

it fits beautifully with just enough give to be really comfortable. the runs very low, so I had to do a little pinninig.

The knot in the middle really makes for a flattering waistline. There's a hook-and-eye feature in the v-neck so you can adjust the deepness of the neckline to be more or less conservative. The material is thick enough to wear without a bra, which I did. Some of the reviews mention the hook-and-eye clasp not closing in the back - I found that when I pinched the hook piece after connecting it with the eye, it secured the clasp for the entire day. Also note that you can button and unbutton the buttons in the front vent. It's a great desk-to-dinner dress. Will definitely rent again.

The dress was flattering. You need a cami underneath because even with the hidden closure it is still cut low.

I had to fix up the back a bit. Very pretty but May have been to big for me

I rented to wear to work, but the slit in the front goes ALL THE WAY UP... too revealing for work. Otherwise, I liked the shape and structure of the dress.

Loved the dress and it fit really well (Size 12, 36D, 5'11"/190lb). But needed for work in 90 degree heat and it was to heavy. I'll rent again when the weather cools down. Be forewarned that the zipper situation is weird. Was glad I had help to get the back zipper up- side zipper was easy once I found it.

Has a mini clip so the cleavage isn't too much. Loved this, looks flattering on but I didn't wear it cause it showed my belly curves. Perfect dress for work or dinners though!

I love the way this fits and would've bought it except for the inexplicable choice to put a slit that stops above my crotch (seriously, I'm not even exaggerating). Why make a dress for work purposes in suit fabric/style that is inappropriate for a work environment? I don't even find it appropriate with tights.

This is an absolutely beautiful dress! Beware - the dress has a PLUNGING neckline so not suitable for work. I'm not too sure where you can wear it as the navy pinstripe lends itself to office and conservative settings but the cut of the bodice is really, really low. Like, your chest is wide open and on full display. I ended up pinning it. I used 2 safety pins and still showed some cleavage.

This is a nice dress. The fabric is susceptible to pilling and this dress looked pilled and just "okay" so I did not wear and opted to swap it for another, different style.

I was planning to wear this to a work of that, but ended up going with something else because I felt like this was just too tight and revealing. It also wasn’t very flattering on the stomach area in my opinion.

The deep cut v neck in the front is way too sexy to be worn to work. The back gathers in an unflattering way above the butt. Big disappointment considering its retail price.

This dress is amazing! If you're like me and need to work on your arms and tummy a little, this dress will hide everything while also managing to give you an hourglass shape. Loved it!

This dress is gorgeous. I loved the way it fit and was extremely flattering. I rented it for a professional conference and wore it for the opening night party. You'll need a zipper buddy to get the back zipped up - that's the only con I can come up with. I wish this wasn't so expensive because this would have been mine forever. It makes a statement without being attention-grabbing. Will definitely rent again.

A great work dress that's just a little sexy but not inappropriately so. Only issue is the hook can come undone during the day. I might have gotten away with a size smaller but I liked that it was not super form-fitting while still being flattering.

This is a nice statement dress. The only bad thing is that the hook on the back opened all the time.

Overall I really liked this dress, but the back closure was a bit weird. The zipper doesn't go all the way up, leaving a weird gap, and the top closure was really hard to do on my own. The button details on the skirt were neat, but be aware there's no material underneath! Fortunately I wore dark tights...

Nice color, runs large overall with heavy yet wrinkly fabric. Nice length though for tall people / work appropriate. Need to pin or plan on wearing something pretty underneath - low neckline.

I hate a cap-sleeve, but had to try this dress. It went right back. I also didn't like how most of the buttoned slit in the front wasn't lined. I found it inappropriate for work, even if tights were worn.
