Wore to the opera. Perfect mix of conservative but not boring. It’s a thick fabric and beautifully shaped to flatter your waist. The hips were a little tight on me which made getting in/out of seats hard, but worth it! Note the slit is too high for shapewear.

This dress was gorgeous, if I had the money to drop I would have bought it- it felt worth a grand. Thick fabric and the flowers are picked out in shiny thread so they really pop. Rented for a work dinner, and I felt great in it. It was a little tight for me but still wearable. Just can't recommend it enough

The dress was tailored to perfection. It molds lightly to your body (in a good way). This is an expensive dress and it shows. Plan on receiving a lot of compliments when you wear it. I would recommend this dress for woman 50+.

I wear a 6 or an 8 and this came in a 6 and it was just too small - I think across the hips although I don't remember, I didn't wear it. But, I will order it again in an 8, the fabric is gorgeous and I love this designer so much.

This dress is gorgeous. I rented for back up for a party thinking I'd wear to work if not. Could not do that because the silver flowers sparkle so nsfw. But amazing-- looks expensive, fit and fabric are fabulous. I look forward to having a chance to wear sometime.

Fits very well. The material is thick, but that means it hangs very well. I wouldn't have wanted to wear it if I was any shorter than 5'5" given the length.

I wore this dress with a shawl in lower temps and was comfortable. The material is a bit thicker which I find more forgiving of an imperfect body. It didn't make me look heavy though and I got lots of compliments, especially of a photo of myself in the dress.

This dress is amazing! The metallic details are stunning. It looks (and is) like a very expensive dress. Wore the 4 because the 2 was unavailable, so it was a bit big, but because of the cut of the dress I could carry it off. Would love to rent again.

Nice pattern and cut- very flattering waistline. Comfortable to wear. Thicker fabric than expected. Also thought the dress was black based on pics but it's dark navy. Rented a 2R and probably should have gone for petite or sizes down - but still looked good.

The dress was made of very nice quality fabric and I was sad I couldn't wear it. It was loose up top and very tight around the hips. I would size up if you have hips.

There is no stretch to the dress. It fit like glove and definitely kept my posture in check even after dinner. This works for a professional event--just use your dinner napkin strategically when seated.

If you're over a D cup, this is going to be tight in the top. The material is interesting - almost like a very thin comforter. I didn't expert the gray to be shiny silver.

I wanted this dress to work so badly because the fabric is BEAUTIFUL. I read reviews and ultimately decided to go with size 4. I range from sizes 2-6, because I have larger breasts for my frame. I knew it might be a little tight in my bust, but planned to not wear a bra if needed. Neither "runs small" or "runs large" are accurate...it was tight at my bust and underbust, fit in the waist and was HUGE in the hips. The fabric is stiff, so the hips stuck out and made me look bigger than I am. This will only work if you have small breasts and are hippy. If I was buying it, I would need to buy a size 6 and take in the waist to a 4 and hips to a 2. Really disappointed because it's a great dress!

I wish this had worked because the fabric was really thick, lustrous and classy, but the cut was just all wrong for me. I tried a size 0 (I'm 5'4.5" and around 113 pounds, 34c, and usually wear a 0 or 2), and it was too tight in the bust to zip. The hips fit, but the side seams did not lie flat, visually adding width where I want it the least.

loved the dress, but didn't end up wearing it because I preferred the other item I rented. The dress fit well around the breast (I'm 36C) but was a little big around the hips.

Fabric is so thick like quilted. Once you get past the thickness it's beautiful. I got a few compliments. The waist is flattering but I felt that I could have sized down. It was bulky like too structured. I just didn't felt like my best.

Beautiful, well made dress. However, I didn't end up wearing it because of how it fit in the chest (very tight, but fit everywhere else), and how stiff/not flow-y it was. Came new with tags.

Unfortunately couldn't wear it since it was too snug on the hips.

I ordered this on a whim and regret it! I didn't read the description, but the material is scuba and the seams are THICK in the hip area, so I looked WIDE. The bust was weirdly small. Didn't wear.
