I wasn't sure I liked these at first but my husband loved them on me. Wore them for date night. Strangers stopped me over and over to say they loved these pants!!!! So flattering!! Just a little sparkle with a gold thread running through in places but subtle. I paired with RTR black sweater and black boots on a cold day and an off the should silk cream top and Carmel heeled sandals on a warm evening. A must rent!

I expected to like these but I ended up LOVING them! Not at all cropped on my 5' frame but didn't think they would be. On me they are cute wide leg pants. The waist is a little small compared with I the rest of the pants but I didn't find it uncomfortably tight. Easy to wear and unfussy. Someone said they were itchy. I can see how they may be itchy but they didn't bother me at all and I am the itchiest person I have ever met :-)

Lightweight fabric, a great “September look” with suede boots, all fit well except the discomfort of a very tight waistline with no give whatsoever!

Pants fit well. I wish they were a little longer (or shorter) so they looked better with heels. Not sure I'll rent again. They didn't really wow me.

The waist is very high and small, and was super tight. Very uncomfortable to wear. The fabric was very thin and light. I did really like the gold thread in the plaid.

For pants to accessories with

There is a thread of gold that runs through the plaid. Beautiful! The fabric is light and moves elegantly. The pleating is flat across the front and folds over to hide the pockets. I felt I could have sized down.

Easy to dress for work or for a night out. Material doesn't stretch

Great pants for petites! A small waist & perfect length. I typically wear 00 so they probably run one size small for most. Loved the trendy pattern. Dressed it with both a black long sleeve top/leather jacket and black booties for an edgy look, and a cream cashmere top with cream colored booties for a style that my husband called “70s London street vibes” haha! Minus one star because I felt the fabric quality wasn’t as nice as it should have been given the retail price.

Giving these a 4 instead of 5 stars only due to the fact that they run a bit small. Others had commented but even sizing up I changed out of these before flying home for a meeting as I did not want to be uncomfortable. However, I loved the cropped length and the gold thread running through the plaid was such a great +1 detail. Would definitely recommend.

I agree with other reviewers that this fabric is lightweight, has a metallic thread running through it and doesn’t have a particularly high-end look to it. But, they can definitely be styled in different directions and they’d be perfect for certain occasions. I’d say these pants more “edgy suburban” than “cool urban”. They are flowy and comfortable and would be perfect for a work dinner where you wanted to break out a bit but still be professional/conservative. More New England or Southern than LA or SF.

Loved loved these pants. They fit great with a higher waist and were a thin, comfortable fabric. I paired with a cream sweater. I'd rent them again.

the material is extremely itching the waist like is very small for sizing

I sized up but found the waist to be high enough and hips wide enough to avoid that need. Ended up being a little too big in the stomach area. But if that's where you are wide - I guess sizing up makes sense.

Love the print, but don’t think they can even be altered to fit.

I couldn’t wear

very thin material (felt like it was made of paper), a bit itchy (i could feel every thread), and shiny (metallic thread is woven throughout pant). i rented it because i want to wear more plaid but these are not the pants.

I wore pants to a work meeting and received SO many compliments. They were the perfect choice for an early morning flight, sitting all day and heading into a work dinner. They are very comfortable and while they did wrinkle a bit, others didn't notice because of the plaid pattern. I wore them with a chambray blouse, tied at the waist and booties and felt like a million bucks!

I wish I could have bought these. They are so comfy, and light so they breathe well, have some nice gold detail weaved into the checker lines and I got a ton of compliments. I paired this with an evergreen crew neck t, a longer brown duster and a metal gold belt. Also paired with a black cropped turtleneck sweater. I was worried about how my legs would fit but because the pants are wide throughout you really only need to consider your waist and high hip measurements. I may have been able to go a size smaller but liked the more relaxed, boho chic look.

It looks beautifully made. has a very subtle glitter in form of very few golden threads spread all over. I wore it with a cream or beige top and nude heels. Its very comfy and sits just right on the waist line. perfect for shorter women. for taller women the lenght might not look that great. Looks expensive .

Good fit

Wish the waist on these wasn't quite as nipped in as it was - didn't fit my waistline - everywhere else was perfect. I'm larger, now, than my profile - about 175lbs - and a regular size 12. But these would be fabulous to wear in a business casual setting or even a more formal one with a blazer. They are a lighter weight than they appear in pics - easier to wear than the assumed heavy plaid fabric.

I like these a lot but can't believe how expensive they are given that the material is very thin and not soft. I don't want to say itchy, but kind of coarse.

These pants fit but the fastener was a little tricky--i think it was seen on weird so it kept coming into eat random times (not due to overeating, ha! Just out of nowhere). But the wide leg is great.

Super cute but both my usual (2) and sized up (4) were way too small in the waist. A 6 would have been giant in the legs. Too bad since the style looks fantastic.

Beautiful retro look but super tight waist! Color of tan is a true camel. The dark part of the plaid is a dark olive. The light color Hs a little pink to it. It was really tough for me to to match anything to these. These are very thin fabric and have a metallic thread. Too wide in the legs to go up a size. Too tight in the waist to down a size. The weird fit and hard to match colors made these pants a no-go for me. Really cute though. Sad I couldn't wear them!

I do wish they fit I was super excited to wear them. They are thinner than I expected. Great looking.

Runs small, so was very tight in the waist. Hated the metallic gold thread running through them which I couldn't tell the pants had from the pictures- but then I hate metallic thread in general, I think it's tacky, But I did wear them, and they were ok. Wouldn't rent again.

Too small

The color is more blush toned than tan. Material is very thin and quite cheap feeling for the price. Liked that it had pockets. I tried to make this work but couldn't. Sent back unworn.
