I sized up
Rented this during the CoronaVirus shelter in place and ended up buying because it was so discounted and why not. It's VERY cropped. I sized up to a L and was perfect. I think M wouldn't have been cozy enough. Looks cute with high rise leggings or even layered with a tank under if you don't want to show mid drift

For a crop top this was definitely cropped. Even with high waisted pants some part of your torso will show which I was fine with. It was comfortable and sporty.

Good crop sweatshirt
This is definitely a crop sweatshirt. Was shorter than I expected but still liked it. When I lifted my arms up you could see my bra at the bottom - even with high waisted leggings. I still recommend, but expect your stomach to be showing.
