I tried the dress on at the showroom ahead of time and knew that a 44 would be too big, so I ordered a size down. The waist is a little tight and is not elastic, but it still fit fine. The dress itself is quite sheer and does not come with a slip so I bought a nude dress slip to wear underneath. Despite the necessary adjustments of ordering a size down and buying a slip, the dress is so cute and I received many compliments on it! There's a good chance that I will rent this again in the future!

I rented this in the size 6 when I usually wear a 4. It was big, but since it's so flowy and belted it wasn't too obvious. Beautiful colors and material. As others have said, there's no slip so you have to BYOS :) the length feels a little matronly but that's mostly because I'm used to wearing either maxi dresses or short dresses. I rented this as part of unlimited - not sure id pay the full amount to rent it!

I liked the style and color but ran large on me. Would have been better off sizing down.

The dress itself is unbelievably see-through. It is supposed to come with a white under-slip, that fits true-to size, if not a bit snug. I ordered the 44 & 46. The 46 did NOT arrive with the slip, rendering it unwearable. The 44 fit fine, wasn't too snug in the arms. It is very flowy over all. The underslip was short, tight in the hip area, and a bit small for how big the sheer outer part is. The belt was very tight. I could barely get it on the last loop, and felt squished. I wore the 46 belt with the 44, and had it on the 2nd or 3rd hole, and was much more comfortable. I'm not sure if the 44 even had the correct belt on it. The top was super big, and hung over the orange belt, nearly concealing it. Not fitted at all like on the model. In general, I'd order the size you normally wear, but each piece of the dress runs so differently from the next. Super small belt. Super big outer layer. Smaller underslip.

The dress was so comfortable and easy to wear. It is very sheer, but comes with a white slip underneath. The dress did not arrive with the cute orange belt, but RTR was very apologetic and I just wore a skinny black belt. The dress bloused over it so it was not impactful at all. This is one of my favorite RTR dresses ever, even without the belt. Best of all, the dress has pockets!

This dress does run large so size down. That said, I did end up wearing the 42 slip with the 40 dress. Dress was elegant, easy, pockets, and just right for a warm July Malibu wedding. I loved it.

Loved this dress, I felt like I was wearing a piece of art. It does run large, I wear a size 10 and ordered a 42 which fit perfectly. The belt and slip did not come with it, so I didn't wear a belt. It is see-through so you definitely need your own slip. Would rent again.

I loved this dress! Cons- I'm always a medium or large but the medium was huge. Small fit just fine. It's very see through, but I wore a nude one piece bodysuit underneath and it was fine. Also the belt is a really bright orange, so I toned it down and wore my own burgundy belt. I wore this for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding and it photographed really well!

There are two pieces with the slip and dress so the only downside was the slip strap falling occasionally but otherwise great

The dress is wonderful! Top layer is a little sheer, but over a white slip (included), it looks great. The bright orange belt is an amazing pop of color. Comfortable, stylish, would love to wear it again.

It was a little loose, but the belt held everything together. I loved how flowy it was, and how light the fabric was. The length is a little long, but with heals, it's actually a fun & different length!

The dress runs large as reviewed by others but the belt runs slightly smaller. Also the inner slip may fit shorter if you are bottom heavy like me. Still, beautiful flattering dress and versatile!

The colors of this dress are super fun! This is a great casual dress to wear in warm weather. The loose fit was definitely what put this into a casual category. I wore it to a family dinner on vacation in FL, but I wouldn't wear this to a wedding or more formal event. Definitely just a fun, casual summer or late spring dress. One thing to note is that you'll need a slip to wear under it (at least I felt like I did), as the fabric is pretty see-through. Luckily I had a slip in hand that worked perfectly, but it would have been a pain if I didn't.

I loved the pockets. I wasn't crazy about the fluorescent orange belt. Great spring dress.

Didn't get to wear this since it was overly large. You'll definitely need a belt and a slip since the dress is sheer. Having pockets was a great aspect. Might rent it again in a smaller size.

Dress looked wonderful and I received many compliments. Fits true to size. Only problem was that there were only two flimsy belt loops and the belt is quite stiff, so it never sat properly on the dress and you had to fidget with it quite a bit.

I wore the dress to go shopping during a bridal party event. The dress was cute and perfect for a brunch or tea. The dress itself ran a little large and was incredibly sheer. There was no slip, so I would recommend having a slip on hand, unless you are planning on wearing the dress as a coverup.

I would rate this dress 3.5 stars if I could. The print is pretty, but the dress itself runs REALLY large. I usually wear a 4/6 and the 40 was still a bit baggy on me (though the underslip was not baggy at all).

I ran to CVS at one point during the day and the lady behind the counter said "you know your dress is completely see through" - i had asked my boyfriend in the morning if he thought it was see through and he said no (i kind of thought it was). other than that, the dress was really cute and very comfortable and the belt really brightened the look up! i would wear it on a beach vacation, but not in the office/professional setting

I didn't wear this dress because it was not a flattering fit for me. I am large-chested (34DD) and the top of this dress is baggy, which made me look really top heavy. The bright orange belt was too bright for the pattern, as well.

I am usually a size 6 or 8, so I ordered a 44 and 46 as my backup. I tried on the 44 and there was no slip with it, and the thing is completely transparent! Luckily the 46 had a slip. However, the slip and dress had so much static that it was unwearable, despite the fact that I used dryer sheets and anti-static spray to try to help. Nothing would get rid of the tons of static! Also, even the size 44 was at least 2 sizes too big. To make matters worse, neither dress had the belt with it.

This dress did not work for me at all. It was very long (almost to my ankles) and unflattering for my 5' 4'' frame. There is a ton of material that is meant to be flowy, but it ended up feeling and looking like I was wearing a trash bag. One of the best things about RTR is reading other people's reviews and seeing what it really looks like on, and I rented this without seeing others review (it was new), won't do that again.

This dress is beautiful on the hanger... Goes down hill after that. It is completely sheer and he sizing is totally off.. I am typically a 6-8 and the 6 was soo loose and very unflattering... The belt is actually true to size . Just had such a strange fit, ashame because the colors and patterns are beautiful. this dress was my first total miss with RTR, and I have been renting for years. Love RTR service!

I love this dress. The way the fabric flows is so pretty and flattering! I think I could have gotten away with a size 40 but the 42 was comfortable. I didn't wear the belt it came with as it is quite bright and I just wanted something a bit softer. I wore a dark navy belt instead. The slip it comes with is a bit short (came to mid-thigh on me) but I didn't feel it was too revealing or inappropriate. I will definitely rent again!

I wore this to an interview and on my birthday—it was perfect for both occasions. It was comfortable, flowy, and so much fun.

Very beautiful and lightweight fabric. The bright belt anchors the dress back down to reality. I felt like the top was a little too blouson for me—I'm smaller on top—so I wore a cardigan over to hide how it was baggy. The fabric is gorgeous though, making me feel like I was wearing a Monet.

I wore this to an arts season luncheon. The pattern and fabric are beautiful. The elastic gather hit me at a funny spot, but it was probably because RTR forgot to include the orange belt that is pictured. I tried to make do with a piece of ribbon, which looked fine, but caused the dress to slide a little. This dress is super forgiving and allows you to eat two desserts if that is appealing to you. It certainly is to me.

Should have sized down one more, but still made it work! RtR provided a slip which was a necessary as the dress is quite sheer. I added a belt and neutral cardigan to give it some balance + structure. The dress is a gorgeous water color print that looks loves and flattered my light coloring. It's very light and breezy, perfect for a hot summer day.

This is a very thin piece of silk, you can NOT wear it without purchasing a slip. It looks like it should come with a slip (and RTR thought it did too, they even sent me a second one but it didn't have a slip either!). But the color is so pretty it is worth buying a slip to wear with it.

Size down!! It was definitely too large, but it didn't matter toooo much because of the belt. It was extremely comfortable and swooshed around beautifully.

This is totally see through!!!! I didn't have the proper undergarments to wear.

You'll need a slip if you plan to wear this. With any amount of backlighting, you can see every outline of your legs and rear. You can also clearly see even nude panties/g string lines. This fit accurate and it flowed/draped nicely on the body.

This dress is adorable online, but I didn't like it nearly as much in person unfortunately. It does not come with the belt - I must have missed that. Plus it is very see through. It also doesn't lay flat, the area above the belt poofs a little. That can certainly be fashionable, but not what I expected from the images.

Important reviewer tip: **This dress is almost completely see-thru. You WILL need a slip of some sort.** Other than that, gorgeous pattern, silky fabric, and the elegant, billowy fit made this a beautiful dress. Also, mine did not arrive with a belt, so be aware that the dashing red belt shown on the model is not included.
