I was very skeptical about the size but always go with your first mind. The dress fit perfect and i couldve even gone down a size . I had a 4 inch heel and the length was perfect as well. Great for busty women like myself. There's a slit in the front that you cant see and adds a little "pizzazz" to the dress. I m a first time user and have already fallen in love rent the runway !

Pretty much fell in love with this dress. Not only did it compliment my body shape, but it moved SO WELL when I walked. I got SO many compliments wearing this, my feet hurt from stopping to talk to random people at the wedding! Seriously, this dress was amazing. The sheer layer was beautiful, and the bottom layer was so silky and wonderful. The color ABSOLUTELY POPS! Don't be afraid of the color, it really works well. Also, there's a little opening by your neck that doesn't show on the model, but it's perfect. Isn't too deep, and is just right so you can wear any bra. Just make sure to pack static cling spray or laundry sheets, because sometimes the material got a little staticy (but I think that was because we were in a dry area in winter). Otherwise, this dress is perfect and you'll hate to have to give it back.

This dress just oozes elegance! Although it runs small and the fabric is unforgiving it's extremely flattering and felt wonderful! I ordered this dress to replace another gown that I was unsatisfied with (I believe I was sent a R length instead of L since it was much too short) and could not have been happier with the result. I was unfortunately not informed by the chat specialist I spoke with to size up since the dress runs small but I (thankfully) went back and read reviews after getting off the phone. By the time I called back 45 minutes later it was too late and the dress had already been shipped. I therefore ended up paying shipping 3 times for one event! But again, the dress ended up being so perfect I'd gladly do it again.

The dress was a beautiful color. I love the keyhole in the front as well. It was very easy to wear and not too tight fitting. Others suggested going up a size or two but I felt like it fit pretty true to size. I usually wear a 4 but got a 6. I think the 4 would have been fine. I got compliments on the dress all night!

The second I saw this dress I knew it was the one I wanted to wear to the Inaugural Ball. The only size that was available was a 6L and after reading that it ran small in the chest, I was unsure it would fit. I ordered it anyway and although it was a tad long, it fit absolutely perfect! It was beautiful! I got so many compliments! I truly felt like a princess all night.

RTR upgraded my dress for free after another dress I ordered became unavailable. This dress was simply stunning, the color photographed really well and I can't say enough nice things about it!!! There's also a keyhole in the front of the dress that really added an extra element I wasn't expecting! I wore about 3.5 inch heels and length was perfect. My only suggestion is to order up. I normally wear a size 4/6, and I barely fit in the 6 - the bust is kind of tight, so if you're large chested just be careful.

It runs small. I usually wear a 6 in evening wear but wore a 10L because the 8L was not available. It fit well, but had some room. I am 5ft 9in and wore 3 inch heals and the 10L went just to the floor. It was super comfy! Key hole in front is just right. I would rent it again. The only draw back is that it came really wrinkled, maybe due to the fabric so I had to spend sometime steaming it. The material also picks up lint, like static cling so watch the bottom of the dress on carpet.

I found the dress to run true to size. The keyhole, which you cannot see in the model photograph, is a nice addition. 4R was perfect length for me in 4" heels.

Rented another dress for an adult "prom" held in conjunction with a Marriage Conference but on by our church. The initial dress I rented was ruined by the previous renter so RTR said I could pick another dress or two (no matter the cost) to be sure I had a gown for our prom. THIS was the dress I wanted initially but it was over my budget. However, as fate - however it was fate and I felt like a princess. The fabric flowed while walking and especially while dancing. The only change is to not order the 12L - it was very long, but i just tucked it into itself at the waist band and it worked fine. There is a peek-a-boo at the chest that i didn't notice in any of the pictures and as conscious as i was - it was never a problem. Thanks RTR for your gracious customer service and "going the extra mile" after myu first gown became unavailable.

I had been working on a custom made gown for my daughter's wedding for four months. Two days before the wedding, I decided it just didn't come out the way I envisioned and decided to turn to RTR. I ordered this dress overnight, tried it on, and instantly knew this was the one. The color, the fit, the movement of the dress was just stunning. The gathered top does run a little tight so I sized up. RTR really came to the rescue. This dress was a dream.

Dress is lightweight and not "fussy," It runs slightly small, so I went up a size. The color is gorgeous, and I got tons of compliments. There is a keyhole in the front of the top that can't really be seen in the photos that is very pretty. The back is perfectly cut and not too low. I wore it to a conservative, formal event, and it was perfect. Pretty earrings and bag are all you need to finish off this classic, lovely look.

I did not wear this gown because it was too tight across the chest, which I saw in another review and I agree. I have a large ribcage, but not terribly buxom so I thought I would give it a shot as a backup. It would likely fit better on a ruler type, or a true pear that is smaller on top. Also, the layers of the skirt are very light and wispy, so be prepared to handle static.

Ran a litte bit small... would've needed the 4 so i didn't get to wear it. The color is GORGEOUS but there is a slit in the middle of it to give you a little cleave that doesn't show in the model picture.

If you fit in between two sizes because of your breasts, go with the larger for this dress. There is no stretch in the fabric, and when I put it on, my chest looked like it was going to pour out of the slit that is in the front. You can't see it in the picture of the model, but it is definitely there. Also, the hidden zipper is a huge pain to zip due to how the fabric bunches around it. If I had a larger size, it would have been fabulous.

Based on the other review I thought a size 2 would work, but this dress was a little big in the bust and waist. Also It was VERY long. I had on 4' heels and it was still dragging on the ground. I also noticed a small rip in the bodice. So it stayed on the hanger. It is a really pretty dress. It would fit best on someone with a B-C cup size and a 26 inch waist.
