I could not say enough wonderful things about this dress. To start off, I have a slightly short torso so we had to do some alteration with the dress but the straps are easy enough to pin and the way the back is cut makes it easy to have little nips and tucks. Once the alterations were done, the dress was absolutely gorgeous. The material is nice and thick but not too heavy and is very flattering. The scalloped hem and cut out back provide the dress with a very unique style but it is an exceptionally classy dress. The plain front paired with the open back is a wonderful combination. For me, the slit up the scalloped hem hit at about my knee and with 4 inch heels (I'm 5'4"), the longer edge of the hem was just touching the floor. As for sizing, Osman is tricky. I tried on a 10R in another dress from Osman and couldn't even get it zipped up but with this dress, I might have been able to squeeze into a 10R just because the zipper is right on the lower back and then the top strap has a clasp. Another plus, you can wear a regular bra with this dress. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dress!!! 100% recommend

European sizing works better for me-even though the smallest this comes in was a 6 and I'm typically a UK 4. The dress still fit beautifully and you have the option to wear a regular bra even though I Didn't. I didn't want to be worried about the straps poking out. What I love about this dress is the asymmetric hem made it easy to walk in-many long gowns are cut WAY long even in regular length, so me being 5'2" in 4-5" heels puts me at 5'7" and that's still too short for a lot of regular length gowns. This was wonderful. It was the perfect amount of sex appeal for a classy event without showing TOO much and yet interesting enough to be my just another black gown. I got SO many compliments.

I wore this dress to Queen of the Night in NYC for my friend's birthday. It was the best dress I have ever worn. I was obsessed with the cutouts and I could even wear a regular bra with it! I love the asymmetrical hemline- this dress can easily be dressed up or down depending on the formality of the event. I highly recommend it!!!

Fits true to size, definitely a tight-fitted dress so there's no room to hide.

This dress is made from a very nice material that feels very high quality. I was able to wear this without a bra in the smallest size; it was a bit snug on the waist and a little long because I'm 5'2, but it still worked. It looked great, although having a short torso meant that it would sometimes bunch up near the material at the waist. This didn't bother me enough to not wear it though, and I've actually already rented this again for another occasion. Beautiful!

The 12 fit like a glove. It didn't ride up in the torso area like some of the other users described. And the length was perfect once I put on my 4 inch heels. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was after a while it started to fit a little looser just from having it on all day. But that was just a minor detail and the dress still was amazing.

Would order it again

This dress has great potential and I would love to buy it and have it altered for me. So overall it was great. But my chest wasn't enough to fill it up. The waist fit well but the top was just too big. I wore it anyway because it wasn't that noticeable but if you have a smaller cheat and narrow shoulders the top will probably be too big. I couldn't have worn a size down because the waist would have been too small.

This dress runs completely true to size. I was concerned that the hem might be difficult to style and that it might look a bit strange on.... but it looked great with every shoe I wore it with - amazing with high heels as well as with flat sandals. I wore it for a casual/nice brunch with girlfriends over the weekend and also to my mom's fancy birthday party. It can easily be dressed up or dressed down depending on your event. I love this dress so much that I've rented it twice - the 2nd time for a girlfriend's bachelorette party in NYC. I get tons of compliments every time I wear it.
