This is a very special gown! The size 2 fit me perfectly! It runs a bit small, specifically in the bust so I would not recommend it for anyone with a 36C cup or higher. Definitely size up for backup! I really love the asymmetrical, tea length look. If you're in search for an edgy, unique style for a black-tie event, this gown is it! Pair it with gold accessories to complete the look.

This dress fit like a glove, runs true to size. It has a corset style closure (prior to zipper) which made it difficult to get on without help. I did wear shape wear just to help the fabric lay smooth, but it is not required.

The waist was a bit uncomfortable and rigid, but that didn't hold me back from dancing and enjoying myself. I'm short and all RTR floor length dresses drag on the ground when I wear them - even with the tallest of heels. I didn't want to wear something short or knee-length to this wedding, so this dress was the perfect compromise.

Fits true to size although the length was slightly long even with 5" pumps. There is an inner corset which really helps keeping the dress up and smooth and no need to wear a strapless bra.

I was sooo super excited to wear this dress. I'm between an 8 and 10, but went with the 8 (I think that's as big as they go) despite reviews that said it runs tight in the chest. Well, as you can see in my photo, I had the exact opposite problem! I don't have an exceptionally small chest (34c). This dress was huge all over, not just in the chest. If I wanted to wear it, I would have had to pin about 1.5" on each side. It says it's a U.S. Size 8, but that can't be right! So, I'm letting size 10/12 ladies know that they can get this 14L (U.S. Size 8) and it'll work!!

I am small busted so I needed to wear a bra with the dress since it didn't fit tight around the dress and you could have peered down. Overall it was great though and gave me a great waistline!

This came as a back up for another that was too damaged beyond repair. It was beautiful and the fit was almost perfect a little tight in the bodice. I'm short and this hit me weird with the highlow. We're I about 3 inches taller it would have been perfect and is very flattering in the chest and waist area since it has a built in bodice and corset. It's definitely a stapless dress that felt like you wouldn't have to worry about pulling up all night. If your taller than 5'3" with a natural thin waist and trying to hide any hips or create hips this is a perfect elegant dress! Soooo wanted it to workout.

This dress is beautiful. However, RTR sent a UK 6 and UK 8 (which is a US 2 or 4) so I never got to wear the dress, or even attend my event for that matter. I'm reviewing this to let you know that the dress runs long. I am 5'5" and wear 5" -6" heels and the long side of the size 4 hit my ankles and the high side didn't seem very high. I'm wondering how long my appropriate fit would've been as I selected the dress for its shorter length. The dress really is beautiful and there is gold on the underside of the black fabric which gives it a slight shimmer all over. Be prepared to steam the dress before you wear. (iron won't work on this fabric).
