I think this shirt is fantastic; it's professional but fun and fashion-forward. I wore this on a cold day in winter, though, so I had a shirt on underneath, and didn't realize that there were slits up the arm of this shirt, until about the elbow. You can see where in the picture I posted. I also just didn't need the slits at all. If the sleeves were fully closed, I would have given the shirt 5 stars. I still would rent again.

I received many a compliment with this top! But like other reviewers said, the arms are small. I would give further detail to that comment and explain that it is the openings for the arms that were designed without give. Because they are placed a bit posteriorly, you have not choice but to pull your shoulders back; so I guess this top is good for posture!

It's a no for me dog. The sleeves were really tight and I don't have big arms.

This shirt is so fun. Loved the fit. Very comfortable. Great material. Runs a little small.

RTR suggested a UK size 8 for my American size 0 frame. Much too big. I liked the concept, though!

This was a really cute statement top, with almost a "baby doll" appeal with all the layers and slightly long sleeves (although I do have short arms, so maybe that's just on my body). It was definitely very voluminous, which made it super fun, and I was excited to wear it. However, it did not button up around my bust; for reference, I am 34DDD. That's why I gave it 3/5 stars, as it's a huge pet peeve of mine. I wore a size 12 (Sizing up per some recommendations) but it was still too small. It also ran small in the arms. I will try sizing up one of these days when a size up becomes available to give this top another try. Hopefully it will fit in a larger size.

Runs VERY small in the arms. I sized up and still couldn't fit in it. Really nice design though, and the rest fit well
