Love this business-like top. Wore it several times. That said, if you’re busty it’ll be quite snug in the chest. Still wearable. Would have been tempted to buy it but the bust issue makes it less appealing.

This was a fun piece to change up my work outfits. I wore it twice, once with jeans and once with all black. I typically wear a 6 or 8, and I rented an 8. Should have rented a 6; I think it fits fairly true to size.

British sizing. Got one size too big so found it a bit loose but it worked fine for my outfit. Zara pants, h&m blouse, miista shoes.

I loved this top. Sophisticated and confident for work presentation. Looks like a dress with black skirt. Euro 2, a bit snug in the arms and a tad short. Euro 4 would be better. Normally I'd be a 4 or 6 so check on US sizing.

Great under a blazer to bring some unique edge to the typical blouse/suit jacket combo. Thick material kept me warm in Boston winter weather.

This blouse is well made but looks like something one would find at a discount store. The buttons are a rose gold color and look inexpensive.

This worked with jeans but was cut a bit short. It's also lined so not the best for warm weather if you're wearing a bra with it.

This is a great top; it's flattering and I love the black/navy contrast. The only downside is that it's a bit tight in the chest. I had to wear a sports bar to make it more comfortable.

Fitted, with a flare at the waist for an awesome business look for day. Pair with Leather leggings for the night and you are ready for a night out.

As others have said, it’s a tight fit on the chest. The rose gold buttons make it look a little cheap but the cut is very nice. I wore it over a thin black long sleeve top and with loose black pants for a pub night.

I am a 4-6 and I rented the size 10. It was a tight fit in the chest and I am a 36C. Could not wear a bra with padding because it would be too snug. A blazer thrown over will do the trick.

This top had the perfect fit for me and was very flattering for my figure. I also really liked the neckline cut - it was just low enough before showing any hint of cleavage so it was very work appropriate.

I wore this top to a work summit and to the office and loved wearing it both times. The top is made with great material and the button detail added a nice little bit of flare to make it stand out. Fit - it fit great around my chest and was a little big around the stomach area but not enough to make it look bad or stick out. I would rent this again.

I really love this top and wore it with jeans and a pencil skirt. I have larger size bust and my shirt size tends to range around 12, given the cut. The only size available when I rented this was an 18 and although I thought it would be super huge on me, it surprisingly fit pretty good. For that reason, given that it was an 18 and I normally wear a 12, I think it runs small. The fit wasn't tight but not lose. For me and what I wanted it fit just right. On most of the reviews, I saw others wear this with a shirt under but I just wore a camisole with this. I would definitely order this again.

was fitted and structured but the pleats at the bottom made it less stuffy. it was a little tight, but sub out my padded bra it probably would have been perfect.

It fits well, can even wear a blouse underneath. Very elegant, love this top!

Other reviewers are right - the top is a bit tighter across the top if you've a bigger chest! Otherwise, it's gorgeous and so cute. Great material. May rent again!!

One of the better pieces I have rented with RTR.

I paired this top with a navy blazer for my work headshot. The top was very flattering on me, but the neckline went a bit low so I wore a cami underneath. The material felt like suiting material, very structured. The buttons are a great color, like a coppery-brass. Fit well overall.

I wore this for a work dinner - I loved that it felt trendy but appropriate. The navy was not quite as noticeable as I hoped, but I loved the fit!

The top fits well, and is nicely tailored to be flattering. Heavy material keeps it from bunching.
