I rent from RTR a lot. I like everything I rent, but I LOVE this jacket! I wish I could afford to buy it. I will definitely rent again. I ordered up as I have broad shoulders and a large chest. I'm normally an 8, but the larger size fit perfectly.

I'm busty and normally I would have avoided this kind of jacket . But it works. I've worn it with a skirt, jeans and capris. So versatile- feminine without fussy. Professional without being too dressy.

I wore this several times to work and for a girls night out. My friends loved it. It's very comfortable and classy. The tie front adds a unique touch. The cut in the back is gorgeous. Very flattering.

Rented this for work, and loved the garment. I would probably drop a size down as the tie allows for more room in the hips.

I am a typical size 4 and that is the size I rented. It could have been a bit more fitted through the waist but it did not look right with the ties cinched too tightly. Received compliments on this piece. I wore it with high waisted trousers. The material is on the thick side so I don't think this would be a good rental during warm weather. I would rent this again.

This blazer is beautiful on and brought in a lot of compliments. However, it's SUPER tight in the underarm/upper bicep area. Like so tight it was literally causing my arm to fall asleep. The rest of the blazer fit great, slightly big even, but those arms were ridiculously small.

This fit like a glove and was really cute. But the shoulder pads are super weird. It feels almost like it's a ball of socks jumbled right at the edge of the shoulder instead of a traditional shoulder pad. I was thinking maybe it just got weird during cleaning and tried to flatten it out but there's no way. Even though it looked okay it was very uncomfortable and awkward feeling because of that. Size up if you are broad shouldered.

I wanted to like this jacket, but the shoulders were too tight to be comfortable. Material was nice and thick; definitely a high-quality piece.

Don't recommend, would not wear in public unless you really want to look your worst. The tie falls right underneath your bra and the entire shape is way off. If you're in a pinch, you could find a better piece that looks more professional from Costco.

Wore it many times. I normally wear a 6 or 8, and 12 was a little big but the tie helped cinch it.

I usually wear a RTR size 10 (size 6 in Ann Taylor, BR) and made the mistake of ordering a 14. I wanted the jacket to be more closed than what I saw in the photos but then the shoulders were too broad. I still wore it and loved it. I wore it for work with a black top but could have worn it more casually as well if I paired it with a graphic T. I will def rent again but in my size

This was a great blazer for work, a little different, but tailored and sharp. Only negative is the tie came loose throughout the day but wasn't a dealbreaker. Would definitely rent again.

This jacket was so flattering and fun! It's a bit on the dressier side for my business casual work environment but I liked it so much I didn't care! Would be great for an interview because it's not your classic boring black jacket and it would definitely be remembered!

I'm normally an 8; size 10 or 12 was recommended; they only had 14 which was huge on me, even tying the sash as tight as possible. Honestly, I thought it would be more interesting; it's just a tad more interesting than an everyday work piece. Which is great if you want something conservative for work that is just a tiny bit more interesting.

I was impressed with the quality, weight, and style. Interesting tie feature instead of button up. The formality is nice for lots of different occasions and styling. On my pear shape, it would have been more flattering if it would have been possible to tightened the ties under the bust more.

So I have no idea how I wound up with a size 12. I'm usually an 8 so I must've clicked a wrong button. Anyway, it was really cute! It kind of has shoulder pads and when I tied the middle part, you couldn't tell that it was too big. I just had to keep pulling it a lot.

Arms were very very tight. Great look but I ended up not wearing it.

The tie did not work well for me. It just looked bulky. Maybe getting a smaller size would be better.

Sleek and professional.

I couldn't wear it. Everything about this blazer except one fatal error is luxe, beautiful, and cut nicely. HOWEVER, it has massive, overstuffed shoulder pads that made me look like a lineman. I'm pretty petite too. It was comical looking, unfortunately. I also should have sized down one or two sizes (but 6 & 8 were not available).

Excellent quality fabric and shape. Wore with long sleeved black crew neck and leopard skirt. Tie was a little awkward. Had to redo it several times as fabric is too thick to pin. Still liked the jacket. Recommend.
