This was my first time renting, so I ordered two sizes just to be safe, but the size 8 (size 2 American) fit like a glove. I wore it to a charity event cocktail party that I helped organize, and it was a huge hit. Thick fabric made the dress comfortable and classy. I loved it so much, my boyfriend and I both wished I could keep it!

This is my first RTR and I couldn't be more please. The dress held everything in place and received lots of compliments. I'm 133lbs, 5'4" and 34A and wore the 8. Only negative is the armpits felt snug and zip can be difficult to zip up. But all in all I was very happy. Have 2 more rentals in process. And the staff are so pleasant and respond to you promptly with any concerns and made my experience with rental at ease.

This was the perfect dress for a creative black tie design industry event in Chicago. Conservative enough for a work event, yet different enough for a design event. Loved it!

The dress fit absolutely perfect. I am 5'3" and a true size 0. The material was elastic enough to provide comfort while moving around (walking, dancing). The dress was fitted and hugged my body in a tasteful way. The length, surprisingly, hitting right at my knee, was very flattering. (I usually have trouble finding dresses that can work with my petite body without making me look stumpy). Though a red dress can be seen as a "daring" color for a wedding, the modest length and silhouette of the dress allowed it to be appropriate for an A.M. church ceremony, but sexy enough for an evening reception. (In the morning I paired the dress with pearls and at night I wore a pair of ODLR jeweled chandelier earrings). What made the dress a complete standout was obviously the cape detail in the back. Absolutely beautiful. Not only did I receive plenty of compliments, but I enjoyed all the looks I got ;) The dress made me feel elegant, stylish, and unique without being garish. If you want to want a dress that denotes a sexy sophistication and a sense of style, rent this dress!

I wore this dress for NYE and it was prefect. It is a simple red dress but the cape gives it that little something extra to make you stand out. The fit is perfect and makes you look super skinny. The dress was comfortable and wearable. I loved it and so did everyone else! Glad to have worn this as my last outfit of 2013!

Beautiful. Decided against the dress only because the material (my fault, I should have double checked) and color are more appropriate for the winter season. It's mostly wool. It's a great dress, just not the most flattering on my body type (not so hippie/ narrow hips). Current dress size 2. Enjoy! PS. Don't mind the tags on the jewelry...

Fit relatively well, and I received a lot of compliments . Vibrant red , heavy quality material. Would've preferred if it were form fitting throughout the whole dress as it flared a little by the knee . (I find most pear shapes have this problem) -- but overall a perfect dress for a perfect day.

The fabric is nice and thick and the color is the perfect shade of red.

Just got this dress for my valentine's day date and wanted to review the fit for other women even though I haven't worn it out yet. I am going to wear the 10, which was listed as a 4 on the website. Usually my top half is a 2 and my bottom half is a 6 or 8, so I expected to have to wear 12/6 the but this dress worked in the 10/4. It was a bit tight through the hips in that size, but defined my waist and fit well in the top. It looked huge in the 6 and the real issue was that there wasn't any definition around my waist. If you are between sizes on this dress and you are looking for a sexier look. I recommend sizing down. It would be lovely on an older women or for a more conservative event in the other size. Cape is super fun!

The dress definitely runs large. I am typically either a size 6 due to chest size or size 4 if the fabric is stretchy. The 4 was not available so I got the 6 and would have loved to see what the 4 looked like as the 6 was too large through the hips and the bust and I am very large busted so this is not normal. Follow the advise and go smaller than your normal size. I did wear the dress even though it was not as figure flattering as I hoped. Also the fabric is very heavy so this may not be a good choice for Spring or Summer.

Unfortunately, the size I rented was too small for me so I went with something else.

This dress was a hit. It was a perfect mix of classy and sexy. I wore it to a work holiday event and I loved it. I needed help getting it on as the zipper was super sticky. Also, where the zipper started, the fabric gathered funny and made it poof out a bit. My boyfriend thought it was because my hips were too small - not sure if that is true or if he was just trying to earn some bonus points. But it was probably something that no one else noticed.... Would definitely rent again.

I ordered this size based on reviews. Entirely too large. I was swimming in the material. I will order again in a small size. It's a beautiful dress.

The zipper was stuck...had to wear the larger size.
