This dress is classic with a fun flair! I paired it with pink heals that matched the trim, and got tons of compliments. It was a tiny bit looser than I would like in the arms and waist, but was not obvious. I could have sized down, but didn't want to take a chance of it being to small in the hips, which it wasn't. The fabric has plenty of give, so if you're debating between sizes I would go with your true size.

This is such a great easy work dress. The pink detail makes the dress interesting. Fit is true to size.

I liked the details on this dress. The band around the waist is not stretchy so it can be a bit tight on the stomach.

The Belt was very flattering around the waist. The pink piping is precious. I have a pretty straight body, but the dress somehow made me have hips! Loved it!

Beautiful fabric and color contrast. Fit like a dream. Perfect armholes (I hate how big armholes can be sometimes). Less tight /slimming than this designer's recent style through stomach/hips, but still fitted at waist. Overall awesome!

Overall a nice fit and flattering. Runs tts towards small. The band at the high waist is quite fitted - it felt ok but borderline tight and not a lot of give, so some might consider sizing up. I wouldn’t want to eat a big meal in this dress. Otherwise the bottom around the hips legs etc fit very nicely. Chest area was normal to slightly baggy on my smaller chest. Length was great for petite. Material and colors are nice and I like the play of pink and red. Overall great dress for the office!

Fabric not stretchy. Spanx we’re a must for me. A little tricky to zip on the waistband by myself. Easy to wear a cardigan over. Nice work dress. I would rent it again.

Paired with a blazer for an incredibly professional look-- Dress is thin, so I wished there was a liner. It was also baggier than expected.. most likely due to the Lack of liner. Great dress for work, but wasn't a show stopper.

I ended up not wearing this dress for the party I rented it for as it was a bit too business casual. The fabric was also thin and not structured, and I got a size too large.

Ordered a 2 and 4 and wore the 2. Got compliments, it looks good on screen/video, is true to size.

The color and cut on this dress were great. It was super flattering and definitely a good classic work dress. I wore it for over 12 hours and by the end of the day the waistband was a bit tight with little give, but not so bad that I wouldn't wear it again.

OfMercer is my favorite designer for comfortable and flattering work dresses, so I was disappointed that this dress wasn't very comfortable. As usual, the fabric was great -- thick enough to hide flaws and stretchy -- but the waist was very small and had no give. I think it was flattering overall, and definitely great colors, but not my favorite of their dresses.

I liked this dress a lot but it would be SO much better and more flattering if it were lined! The thin material just left me feeling a little unsupported/exposed. But with an oversized blazer it worked well and the color is fun.

Did not end up wearing the dress. It was awkwardly large in the middle portion as well as in the chest. I didn't think it looked flattering. Also, longer than I prefer.

Cute dress for work, since it had a pink detail, paired it with a pink blazer. Doesn't really wrinkle.

I wore this to work a few times, matched with a dark blazer or cardigan. The high neckline is a nice contrast to the bright color. I love the combination of red and pink stripe. It makes the sheath very fun yet elegant.

I couldn’t tell if this was going to be a basic little shift dress for work, or if it would be too sexy to wear at the office. But it is perfectly professional and fun! Amazing color, appropriate fit and length, and it has just enough detail that it makes it fun and unique enough. Fit true to size.

comfortable and easy to wear

This was a comfortable and flattering dress. Could be worn to work, church or a special occasion.

Fit well and fun colors. Got a "flight attendant" comment from one person, but I don't mind that so much.

Nice tailoring and the color is gorgeous. I probably could've sized down to the 2, but this fit fine and did not wrinkle.

Wore this for work and it fit nicely and was comfortable. A little longer then I prefer but still nice.
