Loved the dress, especially with the sleeves. While I initially thought it was a little short, it was great overall and worked out perfectly. I wore this to a graduation in Flagstaff, AZ which can have the weather vary drastically from freezing to 70 F and always has wind. I paired this with very comfortable, and somewhat sparkly flipflops, a cardigan, and a necklace (also from RTR). I've included two pictures, one of how I wore it, and the second when I tried it on to make sure it would work for me. I ordered the 8 initially, but because it had a slight flair, I thought I could get away with a smaller size. The 6 worked great for my top and bottom. (I'm a 2/4 on top and 8/10 on bottom). I'll definitely look for this dress again, either in this color or the red.

Such a well made dress- the paneling gives it a great fit that really flatters your waist line. My friend was wearing a similar fit and flair dress, so I could really notice how this one is better quality. The fabric is thicker than I thought, so I could wear it on a cooler day with a cashmere cardigan and boots. I later wore it out for a date night with heels for a more playful look. I also LOVE the color- such a great shade of blue that's bright without being loud.

Love this dress! Beautiful color and fabric, and extremely flattering fit that was true to size. I found the skirt to be slightly longer than it appeared on the model, even though I am 5'10". I wore it to Easter brunch with bare legs and heels and then to work the following week with tights and a blazer -- it felt perfect and appropriate for both!

This style was a perfect fit but was still snug in the waist area, so I recommend sizing up in your back up! The fabric has stretch and is very flattering. Overall this style was form fitting but comfortable and the blue color was the perfect pop in a sea of navy and black dresses. I highly recommend this style for the next time you need to dress up, but still want to look conservative. If you have a larger bust, I recommend sizing up in your back up because even though this style did have stretch, you may be more comfortable with a larger size.

I am 5'4" and 133 lbs. Muscular build and a 34B. It was stretchy, which I like, but really wrinkled. Like, super deep wrinkle. And very short. I did not feel comfortable because it was so short and therefore did not where this one. I wanted to like this one, but it ended up being a dud. Not a very formal dress either, very casual.

I wore this dress for an event during the morning/afternoon. I really liked that it was casual and classy. The material was thick and that was nice since weather was slightly chilly. I would rent it again.

Wore this the day after the Cubs won the World Series! It's very flattering, but a little short for work.

This was a nice, simple fit and flair for work. The mid-section was a little less flattering and close to the body than normal, which showed a bit of my pooch. But other than that, comfortable and easy

I was expecting this dress to be too big on me so I rented the 8 as my back up but I knew when I opened up the dresses that even a 10 was gonna be a tad snug. My chest and waist fit perfectly but it hit a few areas around my tummy that I felt self conscious about so I wore spanx under. It was also a tad snug with the arms area but I expected that since I do crossfit :) A fair warning: it is on the short side even with me being short. Wasn't distasteful at all though and never had to worry about it with dancing. The material was thicker so I kept warm on the brisk spring. Overall it was a fun, sassy, BOLD dress. I wish I could keep it!

Loved the color, perfect spring/summer dress. Not flattering for those with tummy issues. I rented it for work but didn't wear it.

This is a really cute dress perfect for a lot of different occasions. I rented this for everyday use and wore it to work the first day and a date the next night! It's such a nice color that I recommend you wear it in the daytime, preferably for an outdoor event. I rented this in the fall, which was nice, but I would definitely rent again in the spring/summer to do this dress justice.

I wore this dress on a birthday date; we did a lot of walking around and this dress was comfortable and fun to wear!

I am an apple shape and this dress did a great job of making me appear to have somewhat of a waist without being too clingy. The material is thick and high quality. It is somewhat clingy through the torso but thick underwear or spanx would help even everything out if needed.

Rented this for a casual wedding and it was perfect. The fit was great and the flair skirt added a nice contrast. Because it ran short, I'm only 5'5", I was glad to have a higher neckline for more modesty. My only complaint was the material was a little hot for a late spring Florida wedding (80 degrees). But I received so many compliments on the color and cut.

The fit was perfect- I usually run between a 4 and 6 but the 6 fit the best. The material was light and comfortable. The length just above my knees (I'm 5'4"). I was really happy with the dress!

I wore the larger size because I wanted the extra length for a work-party. Very flattering dress, received several compliments. Would definitely rent this dress again!

This is a well-constructed and fashionable dress. The design is conservative, but the scoop neck is very flattering. The length falls above the knee, but--depending on most office environments-- is still a work-appropriate length (for reference, I also wore this to work with a black blazer and I work in finance). The color is striking (and more vivid in person) and the fabric is heavy and resists wrinkling over several hours of wear. The garment has a bit of stretch and I worried about the tight fit emphasizing my problem areas. However, the size 8 was too large and actually added girth to my hip area that made me appear larger. Overall, I am very pleased with this dress and wish I could purchase it!

The con of this dress for me was that it seemed extremely short. I'm plus size, 5'6" and I couldn't wear it out of the house as a dress on its own.

This is a cute and flattering dress. I'm petite and feel the length is just right ... might be a little short for taller women. The arms are a little tight but if you don's plan on doing jumping jacks you should be fine!

Beautiful color and great style! I do think it runs just a bit small... The fabric is thicker, but stretchy and the outline of my bra straps could be seen on the back. I only rented the size 4 so I'm not sure if upsizing would've fixed the problem.

The material has a slight stretch so it's a very comfortable dress. I accessorized with a pair of colorful heels, bag and necklace. The dress on its own I felt was too plain.

I didn't end up wearing this, because it was a little short for work, but the color is gorgeous! The knit fabric is fairly tight through the bodice, and isn't forgiving, so if you're self conscious, it maybe isn't the dress for you. There's piping that adds a lot of character, so it has potential.

I wore this to work, it is now 10am and I am a bit wrinkled. The dress is a little short for my taste, so warning tall ladies this will be very short on you. If it was windy outside I would not have worn it at all and I'm only 5'3". Bottom line, its a cute casual dress in a lovely color, also it has a lot of stretch. I received lots of compliments.

I did not wear this as it was quite short (I'm about 5'7"). I rented this for my family's relatively casual Thanksgiving and just felt it was too short for the occasion and the crowd. Also, I did not expect the fabric to be cotton, which didn't do my pear shape any favors. The seaming didn't hit quite right on my body so it was very unflattering; it would probably look great on someone less curvy or with different proportions (I'm kind of short waisted). If you're on the taller side, it'd be fine with tights, but otherwise, be wary.

This was a beautiful color and very comfortable fitting dress but not for my body type. I am very busty and I think that this contributed to the dress rising to an awkward position and also made the hemline way too short.

This dress is beautiful color and thick material, but I didn't end up wearing it because it's very short. I'm nearly 6ft tall and did not feel like it was covering enough leg.

Wanted to wear this to work with a cardigan and then out to dinner after. Was too short and fitted to be appropriate for either. Diagonal lines going down the sides also were kind of unflattering.

I am 6 feet tall and usually even the short dresses from RTR work for me - No this one- this was the first time it was waaay to short. Bum hung out the bottom. Couldn't wear. :( Fit was good though.

I got this dress in my Unlimited package, but if it was a normal rental, I would have ordered a size 4 backup & ended up wearing it. As it happened, I received only the 6 and it was too big. Specifically, it looked like it was made for a much taller person. I returned it without wearing it.

Pretty color, cut and fabric, but the 6 was really snug. Might try again a size larger.

I love the color, but the fit was very fitted and tight in the arms and waist.
