This dress fits like a glove. It's simple, yet accentuated my curves perfectly. I wore it twice - both to work. I paired it with black suede wedges and a blazer the first time, then wore it with over-the-knee suede boots and no jacket. Both times I received compliments from my team and would 100% buy this dress. Looking into more styles from Of Mercer!

This is the perfect work dress. It fits true to size and is comfortable to wear. The material looks and feels expensive. I felt great all day. And received a lot of compliments. Would rent again.

Not special but good weight to the fabric and cut nicely to figure flatter. A little weird gathering of material at the hips but otherwise a reliable work dress in a subtle plaid print.

The hips have a little extra material, but the rest fit perfectly, so I bought it as a staple for my work wardrobe and will get the hips tailored a bit.

Well-made and designed. The arrow-ish details in the waist highlight your figure without being too much. Nothing too spectacular about it but enjoyed wearing it to the office.

I loved everything about this dress besides the hip area. I think there is extra fabric to accommodate women with shapely figures/hips. The extra fabric looked little wings on my hips. That was kind of strange looking so I it covered up with a longer sweater.

I tend to have lumpiness issues (thanks, pregnancy!) but did not have that problem with this dress at all. It is firm/stretchy/thick enough to smooth everything out, and since you can avoid shapewear, it's very comfortable to wear all day. This looked great under a blazer. The only con for me was that with the blazer off, the side panels were not flattering. They reached too far around the front and made my chest look large and imposing.

Rented this with a Rebecca Taylor black tweed jacket and wore it with spanx tights because it fit like a glove (next size up may have been too roomy though) and suede Stuart Weitzman platforms and got so many compliments....was comfortable and was able to pair it with multiple accessories that I already owned....

Paired this with a Theory blazer and received multiple compliments. Fit was perfect in the chest. Material was stretchy and super comfortable. Length was perfect. Only issue was the hips were too big but the jacket covered that up so it was fine.

Great work dress. This is my first time wearing this brand. The cut is super flattering for curves and the material has some stretch to it so its comfortable to wear at the office all day.

Good basic dress. Nothing special. Hits higher above the knee than advertised, but overall and solid look.

You have to get the sizing right but if you do, this dress is great for work. Fitted and flattering but not too much.

I love this brand but the sizing is all over the place. I'm curvy and this way right in the hips/butt/stomach area.
