Wore this to work and felt like a kweeeennn! Pockets are fabulous. It fit great and tie waist covered problem gut areas. Would have been okay with it being a bit longer, if you're tall it may be too short for the office!

Fit nicely, and comfy for all day wear. Color was nice and flattering, so was the material. Pockets were a nice feature. Belt was adjustable for better fit.

This dress dress is so comfortable I didn't mind being stuck at work in it for 14 hours. The material is thick (no shapewear necessary and I basically always wear spanx) but still breathable. The pockets are great but I will say they add a little unnecessary volume to the hips because of the way they're cut. The belt is attached at the back, which is nice because it keeps it in place, and gives you shape at the waist. Considering buying.

Rented for work- good style for summer - just long enough for me. Will def rent again

I loved this dress. I wore it to perform in a show but could easily picture myself wearing it to work or a more casual outdoor wedding. it received endless compliments throughout the night. The tie at the waist accentuated my (mostly) hourglass figure. As you can see in the photo, the shape heavily emphasized how bottom-heavy I am which may make some self-conscious but I embraced for the evening. Highly recommend this versatile occasion dress. Beautiful color, light material, easy to dress up or down.

I'm usually a size 2 and rented this in a S. It was more flattering than I expected-cozy too. The fabric is thick and didn't wrinkle. The tie belt is attached in the back, so you don't have the option of swapping it for a different one. I will rent again.

I ordered this dress for an important mass and ceremony I planned for my juniors, and it was perfect! The material was extremely comfortable and forgiving. Having pockets was a major plus, especially since I had to carry around my keys, a pen, and a checklist! My teenage students even gave their approval. This dress earned an A+++!

I LOVED this dress. Quality fabric and fit adorably. I would recommend sizing down a tad, because the 2 even had a tiny bit of room to give and I am generally a 0. Will definitely rent again.

The belt is attached to the middle of the back of the dress - tie it as tight as preferred and it works wonders on a pear or hourglass shape. The chest/shoulders are billowy(? Spacious maybe?) enough so if you have a larger chest, it makes it less noticeable. Sleeve openings were flipped up possibly from wear? Fabric was neopreney. Perfect work-appropriate length. Nice color (little darker than in RTR preview image). Very flattering and comfortable.

Was this the most flattering dress I've ever worn? No. But it was just so easy to wear while still looking put together too. Material is like a loose scuba which was unusual. Needed to steam the sleeves to make them sit right. Would not suggest sizing down if you're a little bigger through the hips. A square knot or tie knot helps the belt sit a little better.

I really liked this dress, I was worried about fit, as I am 21 weeks pregnant. Large fit fine, soft material, I had trouble keeping the wrap tied but not a big issue. Would rent again. Wore for an outdoor wedding ceremony.

The dress is a gorgeous deep purple/plum color and the bow on the front made the dress unique and flattering. I agree with some of the other reviewers that while practical, the pockets added unnecessary volume to my hips. I also felt this dress was a bit short on me and I was frequently tugging it down. I did wear it to work, but my office is casual. It would have been too short if my office had a stricter dress code.

Others recommended sizing down so I got the small and overall it fits perfect. It's a couple inches shorter than I normally wear for work but still totally appropriate. It's a really pretty navy/midnight purple color and the tie on the waist was easy. Overall great dress for a day in the office.

I felt like this ran a tad big. It was super comfy and dressed up nice. Someone suggested the fabric was "neopreney" and that is a fair description. I felt like the belt needed to be retied several times during the day. But it was comfy, traveled well, and really cute.

This has been my favorite work outfit from RTR! It's classic. I love the tie belt at my waist. It hid my midsection. ;) It hugged all my curves in the right way but was appropriate for work. I got compliments all day.

This dress is a perfect dress if you are pear shaped! It is slightly a-line. The material is thick. I wore a long gold necklace and nude strapped heels that are on the casual fun side. The color is in between a navy blue and indigo. I will definitely rent this again.

I get a little excited for pockets. But this dress is great. It is super flattering and a great color. Almost a bit of a dark purple. Great choice as it can be dressed up or down.
