I wanted to love this but size 4 was big on me. The sleeves and shoulders fit fine so it may be the cut that I don’t like. I loved the color for a fall blazer but when I tried to pair it with my clothes everything looked odd. Maybe a cream colored blouse would work but not white.

I'm still looking for a blazer that doesn't feel like football armor. This isn't quite the sleek, streamlined blazer I had hoped but it was nice diversity in my otherwise black work wardrobe. Pockets are very handy and material is nice.

Felt like I was channeling Prince the entire time I wore the blazer. It was a bit large on the shoulders and sleeves so I rolled it up and wore it at 3/4 sleeves.

Cute and comfortable work blazer with functional pockets! I think it runs a bit small in the bust area, but not too much. If you’re busty and want the look of the blazer closing all the way, size up.

I love this blazer, but I wish it was a more flattering cut for my pear shaped figure. It's a little formless, but the fabric is soft and smooth.

I wore this to a board meeting and evening fundraiser. The pockets were a plus but unfortunately did ruin the sleekness of the look — the blazer doesn’t really lay flat at the bottom and the hem looks a little blousy. I ended up sizing down and it fit perfectly so I’m pretty sure this runs large.

It was a nice fit. I used it for a party, and it worked well. My only discomfort was the lack of buttons, but that worked out.

Beautiful color and very comfortable. I had originally ordered this in a size 14 (the size recommended by RTR), but it was **WAY** to big. The 12 fit better but was still a bit big on the sides. But oddly, felt small in the shoulders. I have kind of broad shoulders, but an hourglass waist. I usually wear things that are more fitted to accent the curves on my waist. This was more of a boxy fit, but it was still fine for Zoom calls.

I'm typically between a 4-6 so I originally ordered a 4. I returned it for a 2 and it fit perfectly. I wore this for a conference with a black top and black pants.

I listened to reviews and sized down. The 6 fit great. Wore this to speak at a symposium where I wanted a purple color (lupus) . Beautiful color, fit great. Neck line is a little different than traditional blazer. Great with black or navy. Felt powerful in it. Wore it to work the following week. Great price. I bought it! My first RTR work purchase.

I rented this to wear to work. I got a few wears out of it. I was testing how Of Mercer would work for me, and it is slightly over sized.

Flattering fit. Looked great over a business dress.

Fit my long arms perfectly to the wrist and complimented both black and blue suit dresses.

I have so many blazers but this one is different. The quality of the material looks good and feels good. It will be difficult to ship this item back. I may just purchase it.

slightly boxy cut

Super stylish but still office appropriate. And the color is fun but not too loud. It's oversized so I took my smaller size and it was perfect.

I. LOVE. THIS. JACKET!! It's soft and fits right and is just a nice sophisticated look. I wore it with black shirt and black pants to the office, I also wore it with navy pants, a white blouse, and brown heels to speak on a panel for work, and then I wore it with jeans and a blouse for drinks with friends. I have never worn of Mercer before this and now I'm interested in trying more. I received a million compliments. Definitely recommend this jacket!! Will probably rent again and might buy it!
