This dress was so perfect for a work conference I went to. It fit like a glove, didn't ride up when walking around, and the little pockets in front were perfect for my chapstick and room key. Very versatile to wear with a denim jacket or dress up with a blazer. I had to buy it!

Loved this dress! Fit great, was lightweight and comfortable all day in the office. The hips were a little large but not in an unflattering way. The zippers are a nice unique touch to bring some detail to it. I liked the fit and structure of the sleeves and bodice.

I wore this dress in the winter time so I added tights. It was professional and comfortable, and I'm sure in warmer weather it would work as well. The cap sleeve makes it kind of doable for any season.

This is a great LBD option for professional events. I wore it to give a presentation at a conference, and its comfort, style, and classic lines make this a great option. The dress fit beautifully and was modest enough to work nicely (yet stand out) in a sea of all men. It's very comfortable with a high-quality outer material and inner lining. This will remain at the top of my list for business occasions.

This is perfect for work or networking events. This is a conservative dress that fits very well. I loved the pockets and zippers on the dress because you can fit lip balm and business cards in it. Perfect for day to night work events. I felt comfortable enough yet professional throughout the day.

This dress fit true to size. It was a great LBD for work. The zippers give the dress the right kind of pizazz. The fit is a nice, feminine shape. It is the perfect length for work. I am 5'3 and it hits just above the knee. At first the zippers gave me some trouble but they loosened up and worked fine for my second wearing of the dress. I will rent this one again.

I wore this for a professional event held during the day at my state's supreme court. It was perfect. It was a nice update on the LBD, with the zipper details on the pockets and the zipper up the back. It had a great shape that was shapely, but not too overly sexy for the look I was wanting to achieve. The pockets on the side aren't really functional for your hands, but they would hold, say, a motel key card or a small lipgloss- they also do not add bulk. The dress held up very well- I ironed it once out of the bag several days prior to the event and didn't iron it again before. No wrinkles, even following a 3 hour car ride. This dress will be in my favorites for awhile.

I love black dresses and I love fitted dresses and I love zippers. So I obviously loved this. Appropriate for work but still totally stylish. Rent it!

Corporate LBD! Runs a little big, but made the dress very comfortable for a Friday full of meetings. The material is thin enough that you don't sweat walking around outside in 85° weather (always a plus). Definitely adding to my favorites to rent again!

This is a great professional look for the spring and summer seasons! The dress is truly a classic silhouette and the fabric has stretch and is also extremely comfortable. This style does run large, so I would recommend getting a size down for backup. I love the detail of the zippers of this style and you can use this detail to compliment the perfect accessories. Adding some classic silver bracelets and earrings would definitely complete this look!

Dress is great quality fabric but ran a little big. Im between a 2/4 with 24C cup and found it roomy in the chest area. I was still able to wear it but would order down next time. Front zippers get a little jammed too FYI

I was looking for a solid color, classic dress with a simple professional look, without being too boring. The zipper detail on front and back plus the subtle gathering at the shoulders on this dress gave it the exact look I was going for. Photographs well. Comfortable. Fits true to size, but just a touch loose in the waist. Loved it as a professional look for day, however with the looser waist, it wouldn't be the most flattering for an evening event. Again, so comfortable and easy to wear all day. Wrinkled upon arrival (I was traveling), but after hanging for a half-day the wrinkles were gone on their own.

Runs a little big - this could have been a little less fabric in the waist. As it is, it is quite sheath-like. I liked the zippers more than I expected, give it a little bit of a modern twist. I also though the shoulders had nice detail with the pleating. It's not as obvious in the photo.

This dress is as mediocre as they come. I didn't hate it enough to ship it back, so I wore it once and will not rent it again. The size two fit comfortably through the shoulders, arms, and bust. The waistline was huge. In the photo you can see it hangs acceptably, but there was probably 5-6" of extra fabric.

This dress had some shoulder and pocket details which added interest. Runs a little short and narrow across chest & hips.

Loved this look for work! Paired it w a wool blazer and tights bc it was a cold day. I for some reason ordered a size bigger than my normal size (can't remember if it was all that was avail or bc of reviews) and it worked fine, BUT the fabric of this dress is such that it doesn't hold it's shape all day. By the end of the day it just sort of hung weird and unflattering. Perfect for a rental and I would probably try again in a smaller size, but for me i prefer work dresses more fitted and tailored, and i like them to look that way from start of the day to end of the day.

Fits like a dream. Really soft, really flowy feeling, and absolutely perfect for work at a casual law firm. I thought it'd be too young looking, but it is definitely not. Throw on a blazer and it's practically business wear. Also, I repeat: pockets. Not teeny, garbage pockets. Big enough for my phone pockets.

This dress fit great and made me feel very confident for an important work meeting. I received several compliments on the zippers. I wish that RTR had more conservative but sassy work dresses like this.

I am curvy and tall(5' 9 1/2"). This was a perfect short-ish length for me.

I cannot tell you how many people complimented me in this dress. It's the perfect mix of sexy and classy!! just the right amount of stretch to show off your curved and be able to breath. will definitely rent again, and perhaps even purchase outright. LOVED IT!!!!

This dress was true to size, and very comfortable! I would have been happy to keep it as part of my regular work rotation. It was professional, but the zippers and unique shoulders made it more interesting than your average black dress. I am 5'5", and it hit an inch or two above the knee.

This dress fit so nicely that I ended up buying it!! I have an hourglass shape and the cut on this hit in all the right places. I am a 10/12 depending on designers and the 10 worked perfectly for me. Loved it and was so relieved it didn't wrinkle like crazy through a full day of wear. Rent it! And who knows, maybe even buy it!
