Nice fit and true to size. Fabric is thick and has a little bit of stretch. Color is classic but the material has a slight iridescence to it, which I wasn't expecting from the photos and description.

Based on other reviews I sized down and the fit was perfect. Loved the unique color. And not easy to find long sleeve dress options so this was a plus.

Lots of give in the material fitted in a flattering way. Length was great long sleeves kept me warm wore blacker jacket over it but was fine by itself (as pictured). Heavy thick material so best in “office winter” environment. Was never cold (or too warm) in this dress.

Fabric has give so it should be flattering on a lot of types. Slight sheen/silkiness of fabric. Great option for the office.

Very stretchy material and a pinch on the large side making me look frumpy at times. I could have sized down to an 8, however a 10 still fit. Sleeves were about 2 inches too long, not a problem rolling them in . Rented for work.

Love the idea of longer sleeves for work, which means I don't have to worry about another layer for "office winter." But I should have read the reviews and sized down! Although the darts in the bust may have been misplaced if I had done so, and the length may have been inappropriate for the office. All in all not a bad rental for work.

I wanted to love this, because the color was great and the fabric was thick and comfy. The fit just went quite right for an hourglass -- the 8 was a little tight in the hips and the bust, but there was already extra fabric in the waist. It was also a little short for my conservative workplace (though fine for most at a few inches above the knee). I'd try it in the 10 for a straighter fit, but I expect it wouldn't look particularly polished.

I ordered a bunch of dresses fast without reading reviews because I realized I forgot to put in an order about 1/2 way through the month. It was a bit big at the hips but the worst was that it made a noise almost like a 1990's track suit and kinda feels like a scuba suit. I won't wear it.

It’s a thicker material so it was perfect for an outside fall wedding. The fit was perfect and very forgiving for some “fluffy” areas. Just wish it had pockets 🤣

This dress is great! It fit me perfectly and was incredibly flattering - it looked like it was tailored to my body. Very slimming and comfortable. The only negative is that the fabric is a little odd and is noisy when you move. It's not terrible and other people probably didn't notice, but I definitely was a little self conscious of it.

This was a great dress to wear for a large work meeting with almost 1500 leaders from my company. I felt totally professional yet stylish and - thanks to the long sleeves and fairly heavy fabric - warm enough in a freezing cold ballroom. Not the kind of dress that people really comment on, but that's not always a bad thing!

This a great basic dress for work. I wore it with a statement necklace and a longer cardigan that I had on and off all day. The fit is great because it is a little heavier material so it really smooths everything out. Because it is a heavier polyester type material, I wouldn't recommend it for the summer time. Great for a cold winter with tights.

This dress is a beautiful color. It fits well and the material (yes, it's a little loud) is forgiving. Great work dress.

I rented a 6 and it actually fit and looked good, but due to tightness in the bust, I couldn't wear it in comfort. I would have replaced it with an 8, but the 8 wasn't available. Will try again. The fabric is flattering and the shape would have been great for my smaller hips, medium waist and larger girls. Since it's not unusual for me to have this problem with Size 6, I rated it "true to size."

This dress is very chic! I didn't end up wearing this one to my event. If you're looking for a tighter fit, size down. I'm originally a size 6 and rented a size 4. It was still rather big.

The dress fit well and was an appropriate, classy dress for work in a conservative office. I wore a black blazer over it when I needed to attend more formal meetings. I could have worn it out to drinks or dinner after work and looked appropriate also. It fit true to size and was not too short or long.

I struggle so much finding good work dresses with sleeves! It's ultra stretchy, doesn't wrinkle, and not that i need it with RTR, but machine washable! Now I just need to track this one down in 4 more colors.

Yes, a perfect fit! BUT the fabric is a little strange - almost wetsuit material. So not the most breathable dress I've ever worn. It's pretty plain, too, so dress it up with a long necklace. Looks great/works well with tights and booties.

The long sleeves and length are great for work. This wasn't as flattering as I wanted it to be - I should have sizes down. The fabric is also quite stiff and not that nice to the touch, but it gives it a dressy look.
