I rented this dress with no high expectation, since I'm pregnant & I need office attire. I found the design of the dress flattering for the baby belly and all. The fabric is of great quality.

I'm 5'7" & 135-140lbs. Small bust. I rented this dress for a job interview and loved it! The first thing my interviewer said was "cute dress!" I'm usually a size 4-6 in dresses. However, size 0 was the only size in this dress left. So I gave it a try and it fit like a glove! It can be a little tight around the cap sleeves but that's only if you're raising your arms really high above your head. I also wasn't able to zip it up on my own. Overall, loved the dress. Great for work.

The 6 was a tiny bit snug, so I opted for the 8 because I move around a lot when I speak. I felt like it was a tiny bit big but I wanted to feel comfortable. If I was simply going to a cocktail party, I likely would have opted for the 6.

Rented this dress through unlimited. This dress is a great everyday work staple. The length was good and the cut was conservative with a little detail. Not a traditional sheath dress. The grey has a texture to it and on the sides close to the bust it is solid black and stretchy so accommodates larger busts. I would rent this again for work or a conference.

I originally ordered this in a size 6 but it ran too small. I ordered in an eight and it was still surprisingly snug but acceptable to wear to work.

Loved this dress and got so many compliments. It doesn't have much give, so I ordered a couple sizes up from my usual (I'm usually a 6 or 8, and wore a 10 in this dress which gave me lots of wiggle room). Perfect for a professional setting.

I originally rented this in my normal size 6. While I could zip it up just fine it was really tight against my stomach (which I admit looks like the stomach of a 40-something mother of 2 who likes chocolate and bread). Everywhere else fit fine and it sort of worked due to all the stretch but I wasn't comfortable in it so I got the 8 instead. Much better. It was still snug on the waist - I probably could've even done a 10 - but it was good enough. And a cute dress for a regular day at the office.

I liked the cut, and the black inset under the arms was nice. Someone told me the cut looked like 50s retro, and we liked that.

The attached slip kept getting stuck and riding up

Made me look moderately pregnant. Ordered this hoping to use for an all day job interview. Nope. So weird bc size 8 of Mercer blazer was perfect fit for me but this dress in size 8 is very tight in my stomach and butt. If you are flat stomach and flatter butt it might work. Fit fine in bust at 34 D. Probably won't size up because I believe brands should not be all over the place w sidings and I am just not a size 10, so I protest this, even though if it fit right it would I be a great interview dress I think.

Lovely color and pattern, but fabric wrinkles easily. Neckline flops weirdly open. Waaay too big, even for my ample lower half. Had to wear it with a belt and cropped blazer to look halfway decent. The trouble might be that I'm a straight size 16; 16W is often too large for me, but 14W/16 isn't offered.

This look was great for the office. It ran small, so I got it in a size up. Good coverage and conservative for the office. I'll wear it again!

Fine for work. As a person with large/muscular shoulders and arms, the armholes/sleeves were uncomfortable.

I'm in the land of 12-14 so sizing is bit hit or miss for me right now. Lovely dress and it's lined! Tho that may be have made it too tight (or its just me lol). Bummed I could t wear it. May try it again later

I layered a black turtle neck underneath and got so many complements! I am glad I ordered a size up though. It was a snug fit even with spanks on. The material felt expensive, and as a sweaty person, I was really appreciative of the black darts under the ams.

This dress is very pretty, perfect for work. You look polished but not overdressed. It has a little edge so it is not too serious but it runs very small. At least 2 sizes too small specially if you have a bottom. Other people have mentioned this, I failed to read the reviews so believe the rest of the ladies here. Otherwise a great choice!

I paired this dress with black Calvin Klein pumps and my Dagne Dover Legend Tote Bag and it tied in the black detail from this dress. Definitely would rent again!

I rented this dress to wear while presenting at a conference. It fit true to size, was figure flattering while still professional and made me feel confident in front of a large crowd. I also liked that the underarm panels were black, which hid sweat.. essential when feeling nervous!

I loved this dress, I'm typically a0 so I sized it as runs small, but in fairness, I'm a 32DD...the size 2 was perfect fit. The black side details have a bit of give to them, so there's no pulling of the front chest area. Will rent again.

This is the epitome of a classic work dress! I loved that I didn't have to wear a cardigan to cover my shoulders. And the black detailing under the arm is very chic. If you're between sizes, size up.

The only downside was the cap sleeves kept folding up- I was self-conscious about it so wore my blazer all day.

I rented this dress for work. Its seams are very flattering, but I found the material to have little give. If you're slightly pear shaped or have an ample booty, size up
