I was actually disappointed in the small, which is what I would typically wear. Thank goodness I sized down for the backup - it was much less thick and less fabric that it fit a lot better. Got compliments on it all night, and was stretchy enough where I felt comfortable walking and dancing!

This was such a fun dress and definitely a crowd favorite at the wedding I went to. It fits fairly snug, so I would probably recommend sizing up to be on the safe side. It did stretch out a bit throughout the night, but not in a way that compromised the fit of the dress. As always, another awesome dress by RTR!

Fits tight on the hips and bust. I have a smaller bust so no issues there, but my hips were definitely too big for a S. I was thrilled I could still fit into it because the M wasn't available and I was taking a gamble, but with a bodyshaper short, the dress looked fine, just rode up a lot. Loved the skirt rippled hem and loved the length. The fabric is also a pretty texture not clear from the pic. I'm always looking for a good tall girl fit that doesn't show too much leg. This was it, just size up!

I felt like Audrey Hepburn in this dress! Form fitting and the flare at the bottom gives it some sass.

This dress was very flattering, super comfortable, and easy to accessorize. It hugs curves in just the right way, and really shows off your shoulders and arms. It looks great in pictures. I wore it with strappy high heels and the Citrine by the Stones Honey Cuff bracelet and got tons of compliments.

I ordered both XS and S (typically wear XS). The XS was a little too tight on my bottom half that I didn't feel comfortable even though the length was perfect. The Small was slightly longer than I wanted but the overall fit was very comfortable. The dress is a stretchy material so it's flattering and forgiving in problems areas. I paired it with gorgeous teal earrings and got lots of compliments! I would totally rent this again as well as in white.

The dress was worn at a Black Tie event. I was a little nervous going with shorter but it was great. Snug all the right areas and has lots of stretch to it so it was comfortable all night. I wear a 0-2 and rented the XS. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a classy black dress!

I wore this to a wedding in Charleston, SC. The Large was too big and the Medium was pretty snug, but I ended up wearing the Medium because it just looked better. The stretchy fabric was amazing, hiding all of those "problem areas." The length of the dress made me feel tall and lean! I got so many compliments and it made me feel great! Make sure you have someone to help zip you up in the back. It's definitely a two person job. I'd love to add this dress to my own wardrobe!

This dress was perfect for the work party I rented it for. It stood out among the other little black dresses and I got a ton of compliments. It was also incredibly comfortable. The stretchy fabric hugged in all the right places and I didn't feel restricted at all. Would totally get this dress again!

The fit is definitely true to size, and I LOVED this dress! Would definitely recommend it for petite girls who don't want a short skirt but are hesitant to rent a long dress because the length may not be right. The fabric had a ton of give which made it very comfortable, and it really accentuates curves / flatters. Also loved the flaired hem, made it a bit whimsical but still sophisticated. Would love to wear it again!!

This is such a classic, fun, flirty dress! The material was a bit thicker than I was anticipating but it worked well and fit so well! I could wear the small but preferred the medium because it was a bit stretchier!

Fit is tight and very true to size. At 100lbs and 5,2", fit perfectly XS and hit a few inches above my ankle. Black tie wedding. Was the perfect dress.

They only had a medium left when I went to order, otherwise I would have gotten a small. It still fit great because the fabric has a good amount of stretch and it's nice and thick so it's pretty forgiving too! I felt so comfortable in it and I got so many compliments...I wished I didn't have to give it back!

Absolutely loved this dress! The length was great & the ruffle at the bottom was a cute and fun detail! It's really stretchy and comfy! I fit into the small except it was hard to zip up once I to my upper back so I ended up wearing the medium. Luckily, I am tall so the extra length was not a problem for me. However, I could see someone shorter with a large bust (I'm a 34b) have issues with this dress since the medium was still snug around the bust.

It laid a little unevenly over my bum if it wasn't 100% pulled down so i had a little tugging going on all night but the dress was worth it. Loved it. This dress was very comfortable but it does run a little small. I normally wear a size 4 and the size Small was a little tight on me. It is very form fitting, which is what I was looking for. This dress showed off curves beautifully. The ruffle bottom is the perfect addition to make this dress stand out.

Runs very tight and snug! As a 34DD it gave me great support and sucked me right in. I wore a body shaper underneath because every panty showed an outline. It was very very difficult to zip up. I needed another person to help me in addition to me having to lay down. Thank God I received an alternate size because the original SML zipper popped so I went down a size which was still good. It's very flattering and if you are busty like me, it will smash your top so be prepared to have a bra that has a great form. I will absolutely rent this dress again!

Would advise going up a size on this dress. Wore a small (and I am a size 2/4 in dresses usually) and would have definitely worn the medium if it was available the weekend I wanted. But material is very stretchy, so I was still able to fit into the small -- just think I would have been a bit more comfortable in the medium. Great form fitting dress for someone who is curvy! Fabric is thick so hides flaws.

I liked this dress and wish I could love it but it rode up when walking. I could have worn xs or s but chose small bc around the arms holes it was larger. Dressed it up with statement necklace and silver heels for my daughter's senior ball. Received many compliments and love style but wish it didn't move bc hate yanking down a dress.

I love a great fit & flare dress for a wedding, however this wedding was black tie recommended, in January...in Miami which made me look outside of my comfort zone. This dress did the trick! The length was perfect...formal with some flare. I added a think ribbon black belt for some extra texture.

Could have worn the M as the material is fairly stretchy but it was a bit snug in the bust so opted for the comfy L. Wore a skinny belt on it to break it up. Overall, super cute. BF and BFF both loved.
