Pictures do not do this dress justice - the color and sparkle are even more stunning in person. I normally wear a 2 but I ended up wearing the 0 I got as a backup and I loved the fit. The neckline is a LITTLE low, but for me personally it didn't pose a problem. This dress was super comfortable and perfect for dancing the night away! I would highly recommend.

LOVED this dress. Didn't have to wear a bra and could still dance like a mad woman. This was a backup dress for me, and I was most hesitant about the length, but it was actually perfect. Amazing color and even more stunning when pictures are taken with a flash.

Fits true to size - I'm petite and 5'3" and the 2 fit just right. The cleavage was perfect - not too much (I'm a B cup). Lightweight, the metallic fabric is not itchy, super comfortable and is well made.

I wore this to a friend's wedding and loved every minute. The color is great and the fit is flattering. I styled it over another skirt, which added some extra volume and a playful pettycoat look to it, and wore with a cropped black leather jacket and black velvet pumps. The top fits true to size but doesn't have much give around the ribcage. The bust is very low cut and I wasn't comfortable skipping a bra so I just let it show (luckily it was black & copper so it matched). I got tons of compliments and had a blast dancing in it!

The neckline seems a little daunting, and I have a small chest so I wasn't too worried. The lining of the dress is SO soft that you were comfortable the entire time. AND it has POCKETS! Total win! I wore this to my college graduation and everyone was all about it! STAND OUT! WEAR THIS DRESS!

The color on this dress is AMAZING. Its definitely more of a rose-gold metallic color than the model picture. The material was also amazing, something different, so I liked it. The fit overall was pretty good. I normally wear a size 2 but wore the 0 for this because the 2 was a little lose. Also this dress is probably better for bustier girls otherwise the chest area looks really lose and flat. Bigger B-cups and C's would definitely fill out this dress well. This was my 2nd time renting from RTR and not my last :)

This dress was perfect for the Britney concert in Vegas! I went to the Cosmopolitan store and the whole process was awesome. Fit was great and I loved the pockets.

I wasn't sure about the dress but then I read the reviews and thought it would be great for my engagement party since it ties in with our wedding colors. The dress, as everyone mentioned, is even prettier in person and the color is beautiful and so unique! I ordered both a 2 and 4 as I vary between the sizes and they both actually fit but I went with the 4 so I could have a little room to stuff my face that day lol. Everyone at our party LOVED the dress. Someone even commented on a picture afterward saying, "Is that opening ceremony? Fabulous!" I highly recommend the dress and this company is wonderful as well. I'm thinking of ordering my bridesmaid dresses from here. :)

I was a little scared about renting this dress due to the low cut front and the flow bottom (I have a big butt) but the dress couldn't have worked out more perfect! I normally wear either a 4 or 6 and ended up wearing the 4 in this dress. Also, the pockets were awesome since I was at an event wear I couldn't bring a purse or clutch! I'd definitely recommend this dress!!

I wore this at my friend's bachelorette. We had a party and then went to rooftop of The W for bottle service. It was perfect for the occasion. I was really nervous it would not fit when I found out the 8 was not available a few days before the event. Luckily, I was able to get zipped into it. This dress definitely highlights your boobs so be ready for that. I normally have to wear a bra, but did not need to with this dress. think it would have been a little more secure with fashion tape, but the bust was tight enough that I did not have any wardrobe malfunctions.

Loved this dress! I was a little self conscious that it was going to be really boob-y but it looked great! It was very comfortable AND it had pockets! It's also a little longer so you can get away with the lower cut in the front. I can't wait to rent it again :)

I'm usually a 4, but this dress was swimming on me in the chest and ribs so I downsized to the 2 and it was perfect! Sparkly and flattering for mommy tummies, I was even able to wear a regular bra since the plunge landed right at my bra line! The girls looked perfectly perky with the fit of the dress and I received compliments all nite. The dress was in good shape, a few frays I had to tend to but not noticeable with all the sparkle. Pictures don't do it justice! Another great rental, I've never been let down!

I wore this dress for a broadway opening and it was perfect! I was choosing between a couple options, and what sold me on this dress was that it looked good on EVERYBODY who rented it. I thought that was safe for me to rent, knowing my chances of it fitting right were high. I'm tall with a long torso and small bust, and the dress fit great! The skirt part fit like a high waisted, so the flare started above the belly button. I thought the tightness around the middle was a little longer, but it ended up being fine. I got complements all night and it was so super successful!

I LOVED this dress. It was great for my 27th birthday celebration! It's a good amount darker in person, and way more "boobalicious" than it appears to be on the model, but the 6 fit me perfectly (when I'm normally a 4). So if you're ordering two sizes, size up for your extra dress!

I wore this for a night out in Atlantic City. I received tons of compliments on the dress and it fit quite well. I loved the pockets.

As most of the reviews reveal, the dress is wearable without a bra and is longer in person than shown on the model. I do think that it runs slightly large, but is mostly true to size. I did fit into the size 6, but the cleavage was over the top for me, so I ended up wearing the 8. The pockets also a major plus, and overall a very lovely, fun party dress!

Wore this to Vegas and had a fun time! It was longer than I expected, and that was my only complaint since I wanted a shorter dress for clubbing. Obviously I'm a lot shorter than the model in the photo, so it is what it is. Unintentional modesty aside, the dress was very fun and I got a lot of compliments on it! I loved the fit on the bust and waist, I loved the sparkles, and boy does that skirt twirl (see second photo)! I wore a paste-on front-only low cut bra from Victoria's secret to allow for the dress's neckline. I normally wear a size 4, so I ordered the 4 and a size 2 as a backup, and I ended up wearing the backup size 2. The size 2 was not snug at all and even made me wonder if I could have fit in a 0. I was positively swimming in the size 4.

I don't think pictures will ever do this dress justice or give you an exact color of what the dress looks like. Good thing is that it photographs beautifully. I was so nervous about this rental because A) It was my first experience with renting a dress and B) My free 2nd size was not available the weekend that I needed. I also fluctuate between a 4 and 6 too often than not, so I was very concerned about the 6 fitting or possibly being too big up top (given that I am of modest bra size). Long story short, the dress fit and was snug enough up top to not have to worry about making sure "the girls" stayed in place. I would recommend renting your true size and a size larger. Also, Rent the Runway Customer Service is more than dedicated to making sure that the rental provides for a weekend to remember! They gave immediate feedback when I had a question/concern and even went above and beyond in providing different options in case my one chance at the dress fitting was unsuccessful. highly recommend this dress and highly recommend this company! I will be renting again for sure!

I wore this to a holiday party and got SO many compliments!! It fit great and the dress was in good shape. I wore a 0, which is typical for me with dresses that are fitted on top but not as much around the hips. It was pretty tight around the rib cage so I couldn't wear a bra, but it was well structured so I didn't need to. Highly recommend this dress!

The dress was true to size. The material was a little stretchy, so there was some room. The dress also has pockets which was nice. Also, in person the color is very metallic, almost like a bronze. The model's picture does not do it justice.. I wanted to keep it because I liked it so much!

So.. yes... it is a bit low cut; however, the dress was ah-mazing! There are def ways to still keep it classy, even with the super deep V. Covered up for the ceremony wearing a black cropped sweater. Worked out well. As for the dress itself.... the color was gorgeous, super comfortable, and you can't beat a dress with pockets!!! Seriously, I wish i owned this dress!

I loved this dress! I am 5'6 and weigh 135 pound and size 6 fit me perfectly! I would recommend this dress if you have a fuller bust as the V is very deep and you definitely need to be fuller to fill out the dress and not risk flashing anyone. I wore the dress to my sorority winter formal and got comments through out the night about how beautiful the dress was. The copper tone is darker than in the picture but still very pretty. The dress is perfect length wise, if you are shorter than me it might be a tad too long(depending on what style you're in to). Overall great dress and I would highly recommend it

Wore this for a high school winter dance. Like everything else from RTR, it was gorgeous and fit perfectly. I'd recommend going down one size. Be mindful of your bra choice (if you chose to wear one).

I wore this dress to my work semi formal Christmas party and it was a HIT. The subtle sparkle of the fabric wasn't over the top in your face cliche Christmas party bling, but a more sophisticated and stylish way to still add some shine to a holiday party dress. I'm 5'1 and usually wear between a 2 or a 4, but I went with the 2 because I wanted a more fitted look through the waist and chest. The fabric has a little stretch to it, but still maintains a structured look. Usually short dresses tend to be too "long" on my frame, but this one hit a few inches above my knee and was the perfect length. The front V neck is very low, but because of my chest size it was appropriate for a work party. I did end up securing it with a couple pieces of fashion tape because you can't wear it with a bra. That being said, I wouldn't recommend this dress for girls larger than a C cup unless they are comfortable showing some serious cleavage. I got so many compliments (from girls and guys) all night in this dress, and I really was so sad to send it back. Definitely my favorite RTR rental so far. Rent this dress!!

If only the dress came one size larger, this would have been perfect. I'm a tall hourglass figure, and though I'm not considered to have a large bust, the girls were trying escape from the dress, and my ribcage was constricted. For those who are a true size 8 or less, this is a fantastic dress. It wasn't too short, and the color was as shown on the model. It's a structured fabric, so don't expect stretch. There was no room for a bra, but plenty of support. Very flattering all around.

This dress was great for my sorority informal! Perfect to dance in, and I received so many compliments on it. The midsection is pretty fitted, but I wore a size down from what I usually wear. The plunging neckline looks great on even the smallest of chest sizes. Overall a fun, elegant dress that is a crowd pleaser!

I was able to try this dress on at the Flatiron RTR store before renting. I fell in love instantly! The only slightly negative issue was that there was a small hole in the armpit above the zipper, but it wasn't visible unless I raised my arms above my head. *Larger-chested girls: unless you are totally comfortable having cleavage front and center, do NOT rent this dress. I loved everything about it, but it is not for anyone uncomfortable with having the "girls" on display! I didn't wear a bra, but the dress was fitted enough that it wasn't necessary. Amazing!!!

I rented two dresses for a futuristic/space-themed wedding, this one and an Herve Leger. I assumed I'd wear the Leger, but ones I tried this one on I couldn't leave it in my closet. It was incredibly flattering, and for a girl with a small chest, it made the girls look spectacular!

This dress was a hit! The fabric was great, sparkly but not too shiny. The pockets were a great feature and the length was just right. I would recommend getting the backup dress in a size up if you have a larger bust like me (34DD) because it was pretty tight up top and very cleavage revealing...not a problem for me but be aware! Overall, loved it!

The dress is really beautiful. It's an amazing color, more purple than in the picture. I wore it to my homecoming dance. Everyone said it looked great. Definitely a sexy, stylish dress without being tight and trashy. The boob situation was easy as I was able to get away with a bra with a bit more of a plunge to the neckline than the usual bra, but didn't have to buy the U plunge bra like I was expecting. I think black shoes look best with this and I personally wore black pointed toe suede pumps. It ran true to size for the most part, but the top was a little more snug than usual. I opted for my usual size that was a little snugger because the skirt looked better. The skirt isn't as full as some of the pictures may lead you to believe. It is just as full as on the model. The length was definitely a non issue. It came to my mid thigh and I'm 5'6". The fabric is a brocade, so it isn't very light but it's not terribly warm either. Overall, hands down would recommend. It was a gorgeous dress for an amazing night.

This dress made me feel like a million bucks. It was fun, comfortable, and fit my body perfectly. This dress has a deep neckline, so you might feel a bit exposed if you have a bigger bust… wear it If you're comfortable with some cleavage showing. I'm short, and the length was perfect, not too long or short. It got tons of compliments all night, mostly because of its unique color and form.

This dress fit me like a glove! I was a little hesitant about the color at first, since it's pretty shiny. In the beginning I felt like all I needed was some roller skates, and I would easily fit in a disco era theme party. Instead I put some crazy laced up sandals, and ended up looking like a sexy warrior princess gladiator type. Everyone thought I looked magnificent in the dress. Definitely don't need a bra. It's a super deep V, and either way the material is pretty thick and supportive you won't feel like you're ever "popping out". I was dancing all night in this dress and I had a fantastic time. I will recommend though that you wear some nice undies cause if you twirl in this dress you will be flashing everyone! Awesome awesome dress! I may just rent it again!!!

I had so much fun in this dress! I got so many compliments. I felt glamorous but not too stuffy like I would in an evening gown. I was moving around all night because I was the coordinator at my friends' wedding. The best part of this dress are the pockets! I put everything I needed, including my phone and the bride's handwritten vows, in them. The fit was great but I probably could've used a little more coverage up top or worn a different bra so just a heads up for those of you who are shy or a bustier than most... Overall I loved it! Really the perfect party dress.

Everything about this dress rocked. The torso was a bit tight but not uncomfortable - also the dress begins to flare out at just the right time. Makes the waist look so tiny! Loved it!
