It’s a little snug but I ordered the M and the L and the M looked much more flattering once I managed to zip it up. Others have complained about the itchy fabric and it was, but not unbearable! I loved the cap sleeves. The neckline. And the asymmetrical hem—so sophisticated and modern.

This scuba like fabric was great for traveling it did not wrinkle. Super cute dress, the stripe is subtle but a nice touch.

It runs way too small. I am a 10 maybe 12 in most dresses. This is a L and you can see every bump. Ian not wearing this dress and I have no back up. This is awful. Thanks RTR for nothing

I love this trendy dress by Opening Ceremony! Running true to size with a little stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going up for your back up. This style is fitted throughout the midsection and roomie at the hips. It works for A-C cup sizes. You are not able to wear a standard bra with this dress so you should wear nubra or no bra. At 5’3”, the length hit tea length on me. The pattern on the dress is amazing in person. Pair with nude heels and fun earrings to complete your outfit!

Really great dress! The material is almost like foam- so it was thick enough where I didn't have to wear any special undergarments to keep everything smooth and tight. Really comfortable. The cut and lines of this dress are the real showstopper- it hugs in all the right places and is very flattering. I felt both sexy and elegant. I had fun pairing this dress with another RTR item; Kenneth Jay Lane "Enamel Geo Drops" Necklace. I was honestly blown away by how many compliments I received about the dress. I even had a friend comment how my current job must be paying me really well to afford a dress like this! I said no, it's just RTR ;)

I originally rented this for my husband's birthday party, but wound up wearing it to a concert instead. The dress was flattering in the midsection, but poofs out quite a bit at the hips. The front of my arms were chaffed at the end of the night where the armholes of the dress rubbed against my skin. I am very small busted and the dress was very fitted, large chested women may need to size up.

This dress (wore a medium) was very comfortable to wear all night to a formal event. Even though it is a black dress, there is texture in the design and the bottom asymmetrical style is beautiful. I am only 5 2" and the bottom had a kind of slight train effect that still looked good. I did not wear a bra nor needed spanx but you could if desired. Many compliments all night.

It was just the right texture for a dress, not too warm and not to thin. The style dress covered up my varicose veins so that I could wear my high heals bare skinned The bust line was a little too low for me, but it passed.

I wore this to a fundraising gala for work. I loved it! It is very form fitting and has a lot of shape to it. It made me look good in all the right places! The dress was longer than I expected but it was perfect with heels on.

This is a very flattering cut and I recommend it but size up. I usually wear a small, but a medium would've been much more comfortable as it's narrow in the armpits (I saw that in other reviews as well) and the seam there dug in. My bra size is 30D/32C to give you an idea of the chest size for reference. I'm 5'6" and the bottom of the hem almost went to the floor when not wearing shoes.

The dress is beautiful and thick material so covers all "bumps", however, I am 5'7" 140 lbs with a 34 D cup and the bust would not fit. No way... no how. I rented a medium based on other reviews feeling confident my bust would fit but I couldn't get the girls in that dress no matter what I tried. I am usually as straigh up size 6 so I am trying the large hoping the bust will fit and not be too loose around the bottom.

The fabric of this dress is hard to describe, it's very unique. It's thick and stretchy and a little shiny and really structured, almost like a thin sheet of foam. Because of this, the seams are really thick and since it's unlined, so I found the seams rubbing against my skin really uncomfortable. The asymetrical hem line in playful and fun and spices up the LBD, but I didn't feel it was quite formal enough for the black tie wedding I was attending. If you adjust the straps, you can wear a regular bra with this. I'm a 32B and didn't have quite the boobs to fill this out.

Sculptural piece. Love the idea, but would've been too formal for my event. A small would be better as well. The sleeves didn't cling enough to my shoulders.

I loved the fabric of this dress and the interesting hemline, unfortunately it was very tight on the lower stomach and hip area that made me feel uncomfortable. I normally wear an 8 or 10 in pants and wondering if an extra large would have even fit over my hips.

Unfortunately this dress did not work as a replacement for another dress I rented. The cut and style are very nice but the fabric made it look cheap. Didn't end up wearing it for the city wedding we were attending, returned it.

The dress runs small. I am a size 0 or XS usually and I couldn't zip it up. The fit seemed odd on my body. Material was itchy. I did not end up wearing, will return.

I love thicker material dresses (like the scuba material etc), but this fabric was SO itchy that I wanted to remove it as fast as I could! The fit was also funny - unless the cut falls perfectly on a person's torso, it doesn't look right.
