Yes, it's oversized. Yes, you should size down a lot. This shirt is the perfect, classy, risky business chic. I received so many compliments. I wore to work, to good bye party with friends, to happy hour. It was comfortable, relaxed, not revealing.

This was that great boyfriend button up but it had a ton of details that made it feminine as well. It is a little boxy but think it's meant to be that way. FYI there is slit on the sides and the back of the shirt tapers out. Maternity friendly!

I loved this shirt dearly. The oversize fit is great (though I would size down) if you're looking to feel comfy and chic at work. This top took me from work to brunch to errands easily.

i met timothee chalamet at a screening for beautiful boy and he complimented this shirt so definitely rent it immediately :') iconic. this was definitely an oversized look and not a classic button down, but the details/tailoring made it special/fashion-y and worked day to night. i liked the slits on the side and chose to wear it a little off-the-shoulder. as others have mentioned, the little stripes are actually a print of opening ceremony, which was a detail i personally appreciated/enjoyed but is something to be aware of.

I totally loved this shirt. It is not a joke that this is oversized - I went with my normal size because basically everything is tight at my shoulders/biceps, but this was roomy everywhere. Despite its hugeness, I thought it was flattering at some angles. At others, it looked like a total tent but I didn't really care because it was so comfortable, unusual and cool.

Glad I saw this at the RTR store. Almost passed this over online, it looks nicer in person! It also might look like just a normal striped shirt, but the "stripes" are formed by the Opening Ceremony branding. Runs large! I usually wear 12-14 and was able to size down to a 10. If I wanted it less loose I might have been able to get away with an 8. Nice, thick material.

Always essential, this button-down shirt is fashioned in an oversize silhouette and patterned in elliptical "Opening Ceremony" stripes for a playful take on classic style. Wore to work and out to dinner, this 'statement' button-down was far from basic. Running true to size for an 'oversized' top, I would recommend to anyone looking for a subtle statement piece!

This top is very comfortable but it is SO big! I should've listened to the other comments in terms of sizing down. I rented size 10 but I'm going to go down to an 8 the next time I wear. I didn't wear this to work because it's a little too big but I have full intention on wearing it when I size down. Overall, it's super comfortable and great quality and can't wait to wear it when I get a smaller size!

I like big tops, but this was a bit too big. struggled trying to figure out how to wear it to make most flattering. ended up wearing it unbuttoned with cami underneath. comfortable and received a lot of compliments.

Wore this more than expected, even though it ran a little large for my taste. Probably could have sized down, but then would have been too high on the sides of the waist (especially because slits were slightly torn). Comfy & versatile, though, for work-to-bar.

Absolutely loved this shirt. Must've worn it about 10 times during my rental. I tied the front together to cinch in the waist and give it shape. I got so many compliments on it! I took it with me to Hawaii for the plane and as a beach cover up. It was so comfortable and didn't wrinkle. Loved that I didn't have to worry if my butt was covered while wearing leggings. I only sized down 1 size, should have sized down 2 sizes. Loved!

the top obviously runs very oversized but wouldn't look right if sized down for a more fitted look. super comfy and fun print

Definitely a lot of fabric but the high cut up the sides helps make it feel feminine. The logo as the stripe is an interesting detail, not one that bothered me. There are a few other details to the shirt that made it feel fun but still the perfect fit for work. Wore it with both skinny jeans and a baggier fit jean - loved it both ways.

Definitely a funky, loose fit. But super trendy worn with leggings or skin-tight jeans. Got many compliments because the shape is so unusual. Definitely a keeper!

I originally ordered this, thinking it was just an oversized dress shirt but still appropriate for a conservative workplace. I ended up wearing it out on the weekend instead. The seersucker-y fabric and the breast pockets make this top look a bit like pajamas. But it's comfortable and a bit unusual (in a good way). Runs very big.

Huge fun

Tried to make it work, but it was just too large. Loved the design and cut, just needed to size down by maybe 2 or 3 sizes. If the material were sheerer and you could slightly see a silhouette through the material showing that you are actually smaller than how huge this shirt is it would look better in my opinion. Material is a bit thick and completely opaque white. Will likely try again with a smaller size eventually as I really did love the design.

This is a pretty huge shirt but I wore it over leggings. It worked well to breastfeed in and sort of dressed up my leggings!

I am normally a 2 or 4 in shirts and ordered a 2. I wore it once but it is so large I sent it back and will be ordering a 0 as I really like it. It didn't wrinkle easily and stood out in a really classy way! Adore it

This fit me but made me look even bigger in 3rd trimester because of the thick fabric and lack of flow.

I get that this is supposed to be oversized and I liked it for that. But the slits up the sides are cut too high. I had a hard time wearing this without having my sides exposed - whether I tied it, tucked it in, or just left it flowing. I have a long torso and have this problem at times, but this shirt just didn't work perfectly.

May order again in a smaller size, the 12 was way too big for me, which is rare. This runs extremely large.

The shirt itself was comfortable, but it was absolutely giant. I went down a size because I had read other reviews, but it was still giant. If it would have fit, I would have loved this shirt. Easy to dress up or down for work or for casual wear.
