Simple Piece
Wore this piece to Beyonce's Formation tour with a simple tank and shorts. Very short, more of a choker and the dangling part can hit awkwardly depending on the neckline.

I wore this to a wedding with a relatively plain sheath and it gave the detail it needed.
The back is adjustable so you can make it tighter-shorter/looser-longer as needed. The side metal pieces/beading would occasionally fold under the front detail but otherwise stayed in place.
